本发明公开了一种盲孔复合钻铰刀,包括钻头、铰刀、锪铰刀、刀杆和刀柄,在刀杆的前端上从前端至后端依次制成钻头、小直径铰刀、锪刀和大直径铰刀,刀杆的末端为刀柄,所述钻头的前端设有140°-150°的钻尖角,在此钻头与小直径铰刀之间设有锥度为60°的锥体,所述锪铰刀设有四个平锪切削刃和四个铰孔切削刃,所述小直径铰刀和大直径铰刀各设有82°-85°的排屑槽,所述小直径铰刀和大直径铰刀周面上各设有宽度为0.1-0.15mm的刃带和一次后角及二次后角。本发明与现有技术比较具有加工效率高、精度高和一致性好的显著优点。

本发明涉及一种刀具,特别是用于加工盲孔复合钻铰刀。
背景技术:
盲孔加工由于不易排屑,被加工表面易划伤、孔的精度较低,通常采用钻头、铰刀和锪铰刀多把刀具进行加工,加工效率低、精度和一致性较差。
发明内容:
本发明目的是提供一种加工效率高、精度和一致性好的一种盲孔复合钻铰刀。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是,一种盲孔复合钻铰刀,包括钻头、铰刀、锪铰刀、刀杆和刀柄,其特征在于:在刀杆的前端上从前端至后端依次制成钻头、小直径铰刀、锪刀和大直径铰刀,刀杆的末端为刀柄,所述钻头的前端设有140°-150°的钻尖角,在此钻头与小直径铰刀之间设有锥度为60°的锥体,所述锪铰刀设有四个平锪切削刃和四个铰孔切削刃,所述小直径铰刀和大直径铰刀各设有82°-85°的排屑槽,所述小直径铰刀和大直径铰刀周面上各设有宽度为0.1-0.15mm的刃带和一次后角及二次后角。
本发明与现有技术比较具有加工效率高、精度高和一致性好的显著优点。

具体实施方式: 
结合以上附图对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本发明为了解决现有多刀加工盲孔产生的缺陷,将钻头、铰刀和锪铰刀复合为一体式钻铰刀,其结构为在刀杆5的前端上从前端至后端依次制成钻头1、小直径铰刀2、锪刀3、大直径铰刀4,刀杆5的末端为刀柄6,所述钻头的前端设有θ=140°-150°的钻尖角,在此钻头与小直径铰刀之间设有锥度φ为60°的锥体,所述锪铰刀设有四个平锪切削刃和四个铰孔切削刃,所述小直径铰刀和大直径铰刀各设有ω=82°-85°的排屑槽,所述小直径铰刀和大直径铰刀周面上各设有宽度为f=0.1-0.15mm的刃带和一次后角α及二次后角β。
采用本发明的盲孔复合钻铰刀,一次装夹即可完成盲孔的钻、铰、锪和铰的加工,且孔的精度和光洁度好,加工效率高,盲孔的尺寸精度一致性好。

1.一种盲孔复合钻铰刀,包括钻头、铰刀、锪铰刀、刀杆和刀柄,其特征在于:在刀杆的前端上从前端至后端依次制成钻头、小直径铰刀、锪刀和大直径铰刀,刀杆的末端为刀柄,所述钻头的前端设有140°-150°的钻尖角,在此钻头与小直径铰刀之间设有锥度为60°的锥体,所述锪铰刀设有四个平锪切削刃和四个铰孔切削刃,所述小直径铰刀和大直径铰刀各设有82°-85°的排屑槽,所述小直径铰刀和大直径铰刀周面上各设有宽度为0.1-0.15mm的刃带和一次后角及二次后角。
