本发明提供了一种低糖降火糖果及其制备方法,其中低糖降火糖果以重量份计包括:白砂糖500~800份,山梨糖醇100~200份,乳糖醇20~30份,甘草8~10份,金银花20~30份,莲子心5~7份,竹叶3~5份,罗汉果4~9份,桑叶3~7份,芦根2~6份,芦荟1~5份,麦冬4~9份,陈皮5~12份;该低糖降火糖果的制备方法是先将中药成分水提、浓缩干燥得到中药提取物,再将中药提取物与其他组分混合后照硬质糖果常规制备工艺制备即可。本发明的糖果不仅具有清火的保健功能,还有很好的口感。

本发明属于食品技术领域,具体涉及一种低糖降火糖果及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖果是以白砂糖、粉糖浆或其他允许使用的甜味剂,食用色素为主要原料,按一定生产工艺要求加工制成的固态或半固态甜味食品。糖果可分为硬质糖果、硬质夹心糖果、乳脂糖果、凝胶糖果、胶基糖果、充气糖果和压片糖果等。现有糖果功效单一,缺乏保健的食疗功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种低糖降火糖果及其制备方法,该糖果不仅具有清火的保健功能,还有很好的口感。
一种低糖降火糖果,以重量份计包括:白砂糖500~800份,山梨糖醇100~200份,乳糖醇20~30份,甘草8~10份,金银花20~30份,莲子心5~7份,竹叶3~5份,罗汉果4~9份,桑叶3~7份,芦根2~6份,芦荟1~5份,麦冬4~9份,陈皮5~12份。
上述低糖降火糖果,以重量份计包括:白砂糖635份,山梨糖醇148份,乳糖醇24份,甘草9份,金银花27份,莲子心6份,竹叶4份,罗汉果7份,桑叶5份,芦根3份,芦荟4份,麦冬7份,陈皮8份。
上述低糖降火糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将甘草、金银花、莲子心、竹叶、罗汉果、桑叶、芦根、芦荟、麦冬和陈皮按重量份混合均匀后水提,浓缩干燥后得中药提取物备用;
步骤2,将白砂糖、山梨糖醇和乳糖醇按重量份与2倍重量的水一起熬制均匀后,再加入步骤1所得中药提取物,继续熬制,再按照硬质糖果常规制备工艺制备即可。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点在于:第一,各中药食用安全、配伍合理、口味独特,具有清火、保健养生的功效;第二,使用山梨糖醇和乳糖醇代替了部分糖的用量,低糖健康。

实施例1
一种低糖降火糖果,以重量份计包括:白砂糖500份,山梨糖醇100份,乳糖醇20份,甘草8份,金银花20份,莲子心5份,竹叶3份,罗汉果4份,桑叶3份,芦根2份,芦荟1份,麦冬4份,陈皮5份。
上述低糖降火糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将甘草、金银花、莲子心、竹叶、罗汉果、桑叶、芦根、芦荟、麦冬和陈皮按重量份混合均匀后水提,浓缩干燥后得中药提取物备用;
步骤2,将白砂糖、山梨糖醇和乳糖醇按重量份与2倍重量的水一起熬制均匀后,再加入步骤1所得中药提取物,继续熬制,再按照硬质糖果常规制备工艺制备即可。
实施例2
一种低糖降火糖果,以重量份计包括:白砂糖800份,山梨糖醇200份,乳糖醇30份,甘草10份,金银花30份,莲子心7份,竹叶5份,罗汉果9份,桑叶7份,芦根6份,芦荟5份,麦冬9份,陈皮12份。

一种低糖降火糖果,以重量份计包括:白砂糖635份,山梨糖醇148份,乳糖醇24份,甘草9份,金银花27份,莲子心6份,竹叶4份,罗汉果7份,桑叶5份,芦根3份,芦荟4份,麦冬7份,陈皮8份。
上述低糖降火糖果的制备方法同实施例1。
    以上实施例制备得到的降火糖果口感喂甜爽滑,食用后具有明显的降火效果,能够很好地缓解喉咙干涩疼痛、大便干燥等上火症状。

1.一种低糖降火糖果,其特征在于,以重量份计包括:白砂糖500~800份,山梨糖醇100~200份,乳糖醇20~30份,甘草8~10份,金银花20~30份,莲子心5~7份,竹叶3~5份,罗汉果4~9份,桑叶3~7份,芦根2~6份,芦荟1~5份,麦冬4~9份,陈皮5~12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低糖降火糖果,其特征在于,以重量份计包括:白砂糖635份,山梨糖醇148份,乳糖醇24份,甘草9份,金银花27份,莲子心6份,竹叶4份,罗汉果7份,桑叶5份,芦根3份,芦荟4份,麦冬7份,陈皮8份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的低糖降火糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将甘草、金银花、莲子心、竹叶、罗汉果、桑叶、芦根、芦荟、麦冬和陈皮按重量份混合均匀后水提,浓缩干燥后得中药提取物备用;
步骤2,将白砂糖、山梨糖醇和乳糖醇按重量份与2倍重量的水一起熬制均匀后,再加入步骤1所得中药提取物,继续熬制,再按照硬质糖果常规制备工艺制备即可。
