背景技术
面包是日常生活中常见的食物,目前市场上有各种各样的面包,人们一般用面包来充饥,但是大多数的面包高油高糖,而且没有营养成分,容易造成人体肥胖,甚至会影响人们的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种水果五谷营养面包及其制备方法,用粗粮和水果搭配,提高了面包的营养价值。
一种水果五谷营养面包,以重量份计包括:面粉30~45份,全麦粉10~25份,小麦纤维粉10~25份,高粱粉10~15份,橘子2~5份,橙子2~5份,苹果3~6份,蜂蜜4~8份,麦芽糖浆1~3份,甜叶菊苷1~3份,牛奶8~12份,鸡蛋5~8份,酵母2~4份,纯净水5~10份。
上述水果五谷营养面包,以重量份计包括:面粉38份,全麦粉18份,小麦纤维粉16份,高粱粉12份,橘子2~5份,橙子3份,苹果4份,蜂蜜7份,麦芽糖浆2份,甜叶菊苷2份,牛奶9份,鸡蛋6份,酵母3份,纯净水8份。
上述水果五谷营养面包的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将橘子、橙子和苹果去皮切块,再把水果块放入榨汁机,得果汁;
步骤2,将面粉、全麦粉、小麦纤维粉、高粱粉、蜂蜜、麦芽糖浆、甜叶菊苷、牛奶、鸡蛋和酵母加入纯净水中,在室温下揉和调制成面团,发酵3~5小时后将面团和步骤1所得果汁同时导入面机内,搅拌混合后,得到含有果汁的面团;
步骤3,将步骤2所得面团切割成所需形状,然后将切坯的面团静置发酵30~35分钟,再进行50~60分钟的醒发,最后在200℃下烘烤20~25分钟,即可。

本发明制备的水果五谷营养面包不仅含有多种水果纤维和粗粮纤维,还富含多种维生素和蛋白质,相互协同可降低血液中低密度胆固醇和甘油三酯的浓度。

1.一种水果五谷营养面包,由以下步骤制得:
步骤1,以重量份计,将橘子2份、橙子2份和苹果3份去皮切块,再把水果块放入榨汁机,得果汁;
步骤2,以重量份计,将面粉30份、全麦粉10份、小麦纤维粉10份、高粱粉10份、蜂蜜4份、麦芽糖浆1份、甜叶菊苷1份、牛奶8~12份、鸡蛋5份和酵母2份,加入5份纯净水中,在室温下揉和调制成面团,发酵3~5小时后将面团和步骤1所得果汁同时导入面机内,搅拌混合后,得到含有果汁的面团;
步骤3,将步骤2所得面团切割成所需形状,然后将切坯的面团静置发酵30~35分钟,再进行50~60分钟的醒发,最后在200℃下烘烤20~25分钟,即可。
