本发明公开了一种隔热保温海绵及其制备方法,其组成原料为:聚醚丙三醇90-100、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯60-65、纳米陶瓷粉体8.0-10.0、醋酸锌0.1-0.3、柠檬酸三丁酯3-4、三乙醇胺0.4-0.6、4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼3.0-4.0、吐温80??1.3-1.8、改性纳米硅溶胶4-5和水6.0-7.5;本发明以聚醚丙三醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为主料,具有优良的柔软性、弹性、吸水性、耐水性的特点,纳米陶瓷粉体耐高温,导热系数低,采用纳米陶瓷粉体对聚醚丙三醇改性处理,提高了产品的性能,增强了海绵的隔热保温效果。

本发明涉及一种海绵的制备方法,具体涉及一种隔热保温海绵及其制备方法。
背景技术
海绵制品已经在人们生活中逐渐普及,其中有海绵制作的座椅、沙发、床垫等家居物品,聚醚多元醇是生产聚氨酯海绵的主要原料,现有的聚氨酯海绵生产一般采用的聚醚多元醇通常采用石油类聚醚多元醇,然而石油类聚醚多元醇制成的聚氨酯稳定性高,自然状态下难以分解;使之不具有可降解性,不利于环境保护和可持续发展,随着海绵制品的应用领域的扩大,市场需要大量的海绵供给,由于现行的海绵存在很多性能缺陷,使用海绵就存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔热保温海绵及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种隔热保温海绵,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:聚醚丙三醇90-100、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯60-65、纳米陶瓷粉体8.0-10.0、醋酸锌0.1-0.3、柠檬酸三丁酯3-4、三乙醇胺0.4-0.6、4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼3.0-4.0、吐温801.3-1.8、改性纳米硅溶胶4-5和水6.0-7.5;
所述的改性纳米硅溶胶的制备方法为:将15-20重量份水加入反应容器,加热到70-80℃;取2-3重量份聚乙烯醇加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1-0.15重量份纳米氮化铝粉、1.2-1.3重量份吗啉、1-1.2重量份纳米硅溶胶、1-2重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.2-0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1-2重量份硅烷偶联剂KH-550、0.1-0.2重量份玫瑰精油,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
所述的隔热保温海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的聚醚丙三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、改性纳米硅溶胶投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至35-45℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,高速搅拌3-5分钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到防腐海绵。
本发明改性纳米硅溶胶能使得玫瑰精油香气持久保持,同时,增加海绵的强度与分子粘接力。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明以聚醚丙三醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为主料,具有优良的柔软性、弹性、吸水性、耐水性的特点,纳米陶瓷粉体耐高温,导热系数低,采用纳米陶瓷粉体对聚醚丙三醇改性处理,提高了产品的性能,增强了海绵的隔热保温效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1:隔热保温海绵,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:聚醚丙三醇90、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯65、纳米陶瓷粉体8.0、醋酸锌0.3、柠檬酸三丁酯4、三乙醇胺0.4、4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼3.0、吐温801.3、改性纳米硅溶胶5和水6.0;
所述的改性纳米硅溶胶的制备方法为:将15重量份水加入反应容器,加热到70-80℃;取2重量份聚乙烯醇加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1重量份纳米氮化铝粉、1.2重量份吗啉、1重量份纳米硅溶胶、1重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1重量份硅烷偶联剂KH-550、0.2重量份玫瑰精油,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
所述的隔热保温海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的聚醚丙三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、改性纳米硅溶胶投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至35-45℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,高速搅拌3-5分钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到防腐海绵
通过上述实施例1制得的海绵性能数据如下:硬度52Kpa,回弹41%。

1.一种隔热保温海绵,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:聚醚丙三醇90-100、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯60-65、纳米陶瓷粉体8.0-10.0、醋酸锌0.1-0.3、柠檬酸三丁酯3-4、三乙醇胺0.4-0.6、4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼3.0-4.0、吐温801.3-1.8、改性纳米硅溶胶4-5和水6.0-7.5;
所述的改性纳米硅溶胶的制备方法为:将15-20重量份水加入反应容器,加热到70-80℃;取2-3重量份聚乙烯醇加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1-0.15重量份纳米氮化铝粉、1.2-1.3重量份吗啉、1-1.2重量份纳米硅溶胶、1-2重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.2-0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1-2重量份硅烷偶联剂KH-550、0.1-0.2重量份玫瑰精油,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的隔热保温海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的聚醚丙三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、改性纳米硅溶胶投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至35-45℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,高速搅拌3-5分钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到防腐海绵。
