本发明公开了一种高弹性海绵及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:三羟甲基丙烷聚醚87-93、甲苯二异氰酸酯33-40、E-12环氧树脂10-15、纳米海泡石粉10-12、辛酸亚锡0.7-0.9、醋酸锌0.2-0.4、二甲基硅油14-18、改性剂2-3、水5.0-6.5;本发明具有优良的柔软性、高弹性、耐水性的特点,而且纳米海泡石粉具有很好的润湿性、耐酸、耐高温和抗腐蚀性能,E-12环氧树脂具有一定的高弹性和粘接性能,增强了海绵内部的结构连接和海绵的记忆还原能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种海绵的制备方法,具体涉及一种高弹性海绵及其制备方法。
背景技术
海绵制品已经在人们生活中逐渐普及,其中有海绵制作的座椅、沙发、床垫等家居物品。人们除了用海绵制作的家居物品外,还利用海绵来作为清洁用具,如用海绵制品清洁家居、用海绵制品清洁碗筷、用海绵制品洗澡等。
现有海绵生产方法工艺单一,产品性能指标不能完全满足市场需要,迫切要求从不同的方面进行研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高弹性海绵及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高弹性海绵,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:三羟甲基丙烷聚醚87-93、甲苯二异氰酸酯33-40、E-12环氧树脂10-15、纳米海泡石粉10-12、辛酸亚锡0.7-0.9、醋酸锌0.2-0.4、二甲基硅油14-18、改性剂2-3、水5.0-6.5。
所述的改性剂的制备方法为:将25-30重量份水加入反应容器,加热到80-90℃;取羧甲基纤维素2-3重量份加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1-0.15重量份纳米碳粉、1.2-1.3重量份吗啉、1-1.2重量份聚氧乙烯醚、1-2重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.2-0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1-2重量份儿茶酚、0.1-0.2重量份2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
所述的高弹性海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的三羟甲基丙烷聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、改性剂投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至20-25℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,加热至40-45℃,高速搅拌5-15秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到高弹性海绵。
本发明的改性剂能增加海绵的耐腐蚀、霉变生菌性能及柔软性与回弹性。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明具有优良的柔软性、高弹性、耐水性的特点,而且纳米海泡石粉具有很好的润湿性、耐酸、耐高温和抗腐蚀性能,E-12环氧树脂具有一定的高弹性和粘接性能,增强了海绵内部的结构连接和海绵的记忆还原能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:高弹性海绵,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:三羟甲基丙烷聚醚87、甲苯二异氰酸酯33、E-12环氧树脂15、纳米海泡石粉10、辛酸亚锡0.7、醋酸锌0.2、二甲基硅油18、改性剂3、水5.0。
所述的改性剂的制备方法为:将25重量份水加入反应容器,加热到80-90℃;取羧甲基纤维素2重量份加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1重量份纳米碳粉、1.2重量份吗啉、1重量份聚氧乙烯醚、1重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1重量份儿茶酚、0.2重量份2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
高弹性海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的三羟甲基丙烷聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、改性剂投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至20-25℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,加热至40-45℃,高速搅拌5-15秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到高弹性海绵。
通过上述实施例1制得的海绵性能数据如下:硬度51Kpa,回弹36%。

1.一种高弹性海绵,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:三羟甲基丙烷聚醚87-93、甲苯二异氰酸酯33-40、E-12环氧树脂10-15、纳米海泡石粉10-12、辛酸亚锡0.7-0.9、醋酸锌0.2-0.4、二甲基硅油14-18、改性剂2-3、水5.0-6.5;
所述的改性剂的制备方法为:将25-30重量份水加入反应容器,加热到80-90℃;取羧甲基纤维素2-3重量份加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1-0.15重量份纳米碳粉、1.2-1.3重量份吗啉、1-1.2重量份聚氧乙烯醚、1-2重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.2-0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1-2重量份儿茶酚、0.1-0.2重量份2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的高弹性海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的三羟甲基丙烷聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、改性剂投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至20-25℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,加热至40-45℃,高速搅拌5-15秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到高弹性海绵。
