If the supply position of cooling water (position of injection nozzle 176) is eccentric with respect to cylinder 500 center, the supply centre of cooling water can cylinder 500 turn to the opposite direction with chilled(cooling) water supply (CWS) time the moment.This be because when cylinder 500 turn to the supply opposite direction with cooling water time, cooling water can spread the long period widely along turning on the surface of cylinder 500 of cylinder, to keep for a long time the cool time of cylinder.
Therefore,, due to the water via water supply hose (or injection nozzle) supply, the outside of cylinder 500 can maintain the temperature more relatively low than the temperature in cylinder.

In other words, when cleaning and filtering 173, from the clean water of cleaning filtration member 170 supplies, can be used as removing the clean water of staying the fine hair filter 173.Yet the clean water of falling the outer surface of cylinder 500 can be used for reducing the temperature of cylinder 500, so that cylinder becomes cold plate.
Hereinafter, will describe in detail according to the dry run of another embodiment.
When carrying out dry run, by the dry air that is arranged on draft fan 210 in drying duct 200 and heater 220 heating, can be fed in cylinder 500 via hot air inlet 140, the dry air that is fed to cylinder 500 can again be sought and being recycled in drying duct 200 via hot air outlet 150.
In above-mentioned dry run, dry air can be inhaled in cylinder 500, for dry object to be dried, then via the through hole 502 forming on cylinder, is emitted between cylinder 500 and steel ladle 100.
The high temperature drying air that is inhaled into cylinder 500 can be taken away moisture from object to be dried by contacting wet object to be dried, so that they are dry.In this process, the through hole 502 that high temperature drying air forms on can the wall surface via cylinder 500 and being discharged into outside cylinder 500 with the state of low temperature and moisture.
The air being discharged into outside cylinder 500 can flow between steel ladle 100 and cylinder 500, with the hot air outlet 150 forming on the rear portion via steel ladle rear portion 120, is discharged into outside steel ladle 100.
Now, cooling water can be fed to the outer surface of cylinder 500, and can strengthen condensation effect.Can carry out cooling water supply by using from the clean water of cleaning filtration member 170 supplies.In other words, washings, via the feed path supply of washings, then can be ejected into the outer surface of cylinder 500 for the clean water of cleaning and filtering 173, so that cylinder 500 is cooling.Now, the amount of the comparable clean water for cleaning and filtering of the amount of clean water is many or few.In other words, can only supply the amount of the surperficial clean water of the cylinder 500 that is enough to get wet, to prevent from being leaked to (the residing space of object to be dried) in cylinder 500.
If the supply position of the cooling water of filter 173 or cleaning filtration member (or position of injection nozzle 176) is eccentric with respect to cylinder 500 center, the supply centre of cooling water can be in the moment with the opposite direction of chilled(cooling) water supply (CWS) that turns to of cylinder 500.This be because when cylinder 500 turn to the supply opposite direction with cooling water time, cooling water can spread the long period widely along turning on the surface of cylinder 500 of cylinder, to keep for a long time the cool time of cylinder.
Therefore, owing to supplying clean waters from cleaning filtration member 170, so the outer wall of cylinder 500 can maintain the temperature relatively more much lower than the temperature in cylinder 500.
Simultaneously, if carry out chilling roll 500 by cooling water (washings or clean water) being fed to the outer surface of cylinder 500 as mentioned above, the cooling water that is fed to the outer surface of cylinder 500 can be inhaled in cylinder via the through hole 502 forming on cylinder by accident.In the case, the cooling water of the generation condensation of supply touches the clothing that carries out dry run, and clothing may become wet.Thus, can make drying effect variation.
In order to solve this shortcoming, with reference to Fig. 9 and Figure 10, describe and be configured to prevent that cooling water is via the structure in the through hole 502 inflow cylinders 500 that form on cylinder 500.

Therefore, consider the condition of the blast of the diameter that is applied to through hole 502 calculating based on [equation 2], the through hole 502 forming on the cylinder 500 conventionally consisting of non-corrosive material can have the radius of 2~3mm.Cooling water can not be inhaled in the through hole that radius is 2.7mm.Yet, consider the blast condition of dry air, the diameter of through hole 502 can expand when blast condition increases.
As mentioned above, the position of the through hole 502 forming on cylinder and size capable of regulating, so it can prevent from being inhaled in cylinder 500 to the jet surface of cylinder or the cooling water falling.
Alternatively, the washings that the rotating speed of cylinder 500 can increase to the outer surface that prevents from being fed to cylinder 500 are inhaled in cylinder 500 via through hole 502.Here, cylinder 500 can rotate by desired speed, and this desired speed enough high so that washings that rest on the outer surface of cylinder 500 can not be inhaled in cylinder 500 via through hole 502.
For example, the rotating speed of cylinder 500 can maintain the scope of 40~110rpm during dry run.Preferably, the rotating speed of cylinder 500 can be 5070rpm.Conventionally, when the rotating speed of cylinder 500 is 110rpm or when higher, the clothing holding in cylinder 500 can rotate in intimate contact with the interior perimeter surface of cylinder 500.In the case, clothing can not effectively mix with dry air, drying efficiency possible deviation.Therefore, the rotating speed of cylinder 500 can equal 110rpm or less.In other words, rotating speed must maintain enough height, to rotate not the clothing with the interior perimeter surface close contact of cylinder 500, thereby clothing is mixed with dry air.
Therefore,, when cylinder 500 rotation, the washings (that is, being supplied the washings with chilling roll 500) that the centrifugal force of cylinder 500 can prevent from resting on the outer surface of cylinder 500 are inhaled in cylinder 500 via through hole 502.
