本发明主要涉及食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种红豆乌鸡粥。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,食品行业也在发生着变化,食品在口味以及产品种类上做出了很大的突破,但是很少有食品具有特殊的功效,这越来越不能满足人们对高生活水品的要求。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种红豆乌鸡粥的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种红豆乌鸡粥,由以下重量份原料组成:粳米300-350、糯米100-130、荞麦40-50、红豆60-80、板栗仁50-60、椰果粒80-100、乌鸡60-80、黄精8-9、黄芪8-10、当归6-7、冰草5-6、玫瑰花7-8、草莓叶7-8、绿茶18-20、白胡椒粉22-26、橘子汁500-600、蜂蜜200-300、牛奶80-100、稻米油10-15、黄酒70-80、食盐适量、水适量。
一种红豆乌鸡粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粳米、糯米、荞麦、红豆洗净,置于锅中,加入橘子汁、适量食盐、适量的水,加热焖煮65-70分钟,得到米粥备用;
(2)将板栗仁、椰果粒洗净,置于锅中,加入蜂蜜、牛奶,加热40-50分钟,取锅中所有物料备用;
(3)将乌鸡洗净,取其肉,置于锅中,加入稻米油,炒20-30分钟后,加入黄酒,加热熬煮50-60分钟,去锅中所有物料备用;
(4)将黄精、黄芪、当归、冰草、玫瑰花、草莓叶、绿茶用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(5)将米粥与步骤2和步骤3中所有物料、中药浓缩液混合,搅拌均匀后,灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种红豆乌鸡粥,营养丰富,制作工艺简单;添加了黄精、黄芪、当归等具有气血双补、滋补肝肾功效的中药材的提取物,具有一定的补血养肝的功效,适合大多数人食用。

一种红豆乌鸡粥,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:粳米300、糯米100、荞麦40、红豆60、板栗仁50、椰果粒80、乌鸡60、黄精8、黄芪8、当归6、冰草5、玫瑰花7、草莓叶7、绿茶18、白胡椒粉22、橘子汁500、蜂蜜200、牛奶80、稻米油10、黄酒70、食盐适量、水适量。
一种红豆乌鸡粥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粳米、糯米、荞麦、红豆洗净,置于锅中,加入橘子汁、适量食盐、适量的水,加热焖煮65分钟,得到米粥备用;
(2)将板栗仁、椰果粒洗净,置于锅中,加入蜂蜜、牛奶,加热40分钟,取锅中所有物料备用;

1.一种红豆乌鸡粥,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:粳米300-350、糯米100-130、荞麦40-50、红豆60-80、板栗仁50-60、椰果粒80-100、乌鸡60-80、黄精8-9、黄芪8-10、当归6-7、冰草5-6、玫瑰花7-8、草莓叶7-8、绿茶18-20、白胡椒粉22-26、橘子汁500-600、蜂蜜200-300、牛奶80-100、稻米油10-15、黄酒70-80、食盐适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种红豆乌鸡粥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粳米、糯米、荞麦、红豆洗净,置于锅中,加入橘子汁、适量食盐、适量的水,加热焖煮65-70分钟,得到米粥备用;
(2)将板栗仁、椰果粒洗净,置于锅中,加入蜂蜜、牛奶,加热40-50分钟,取锅中所有物料备用;
(3)将乌鸡洗净,取其肉,置于锅中,加入稻米油,炒20-30分钟后,加入黄酒,加热熬煮50-60分钟,去锅中所有物料备用;
(4)将黄精、黄芪、当归、冰草、玫瑰花、草莓叶、绿茶用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
