Abstract

MC尼龙游艺机滑轮，涉及游艺机使用的滑轮的结构，包括由MC尼龙材料浇铸而成的滑轮本体，滑轮本体的外周径向设置钢丝绳槽，滑轮本体的两个端面上分别连体设置凸台，滑轮本体的内周径向设置两个挡圈槽，滑轮本体上设置减重孔。本发明通过以上设计，滑轮通过轴承支撑在轴上，结构合理，并且由于采用MC尼龙材料制作，因此质量轻，不锈蚀，耐磨损，寿命长，环保。

本发明涉及游艺机使用的滑轮的结构。
背景技术
在游艺机领域，滑轮都是由铸铁或钢板焊接而成，由于结构的不合理使得滑轮质量重、易锈蚀、也不安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构合理、质量轻的MC尼龙游艺机滑轮。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：MC尼龙游艺机滑轮，包括由MC尼龙材料浇铸而成的滑轮本体，滑轮本体的外周径向设置钢丝绳槽，滑轮本体的两个端面上分别连体设置凸台，滑轮本体的内周径向设置两个挡圈槽，滑轮本体上设置减重孔。
本发明通过以上设计，滑轮通过轴承支撑在轴上，结构合理，并且由于采用MC尼龙材料制作，因此质量轻，不锈蚀，耐磨损，寿命长，环保。加上尼龙自带的禁示黄色，提醒人们注意安全，不要靠近。黄色不会退色，所以永远不要再上漆。

如图1所示，为MC尼龙游艺机滑轮，包括由MC尼龙材料浇铸而成的滑轮本体4，滑轮本体4的外周径向设置钢丝绳槽1，滑轮本体4的两个端面上分别连体设置凸台3，滑轮本体4的内周径向设置两个挡圈槽5，滑轮本体4上设置减重孔2。
