Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗收缩EVA发泡鞋材,由如下重量份配比的原料组成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物-1:35~45份;乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物-2:12~18份;聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物:15~25份;乙烯-辛烯共聚物:10~15份;线性低密度聚乙烯:10~20份;碳酸钙:5~10份;硬脂酸:0.5~1份;硬脂酸锌:1.5~3份;氧化镁:0.8~1.8份;过氧化二异丙苯:0.6~1.2份;偶氮二甲酰胺:1.5~3份;色母粒:4~8份。本发明与现有的EVA发泡鞋材相比具有优异的物理性能,克服了EVA发泡鞋材不耐高温、易收缩、尺寸不稳定等不足,能让消费者穿着更加舒适。且具有耐用性好、成本低、制备工艺简单的优点。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及鞋材技术领域,具体地说涉及一种EVA发泡鞋材。
背景技术:
中国是鞋类的生产大国,各类鞋应有尽有,随着时代的进步,人们生活品质的提高,消费、生活观念的转变,追求舒适、时尚、便捷是是鞋类发展的方向。EVA发泡鞋材在鞋材发展中已经流行很多年,是以EVA为主料,配以各种特殊的弹性体,经过特定的成型工艺得到的轻便、柔软、舒适的鞋材品种,但是抗收缩、耐高温的EVA发泡鞋材还未见报道,因此需要解决EVA发泡鞋材长期以来存在的容易收缩、尺寸不稳定的技术难题,提升此类鞋的使用空间和市场占有率。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗收缩EVA发泡鞋材配方,它具有在高温环境中耐热收缩能力强、不易变形、尺寸稳定等特点,能让消费者穿着更加舒适。
为达到上述目的,本发明的一种抗收缩EVA发泡鞋材由如下重量份配比的原料组成:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物-1:35~45份;
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物-2:12~18份;
聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物:15~25份;
乙烯-辛烯共聚物:10~15份;
线性低密度聚乙烯:10~20份;
碳酸钙:5~10份;
硬脂酸:0.5~1份;
硬脂酸锌:1.5~3份;
氧化镁:0.8~1.8份;
过氧化二异丙苯:0.6~1.2份;
偶氮二甲酰胺:1.5~3份;
色母粒:4~8份。
作为上述技术方案的优选,本发明的一种抗收缩EVA发泡鞋材由如下重量份配比的原料组成:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物ELVAX260:35份;
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物40W:15份;
聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物OBCS9817:17份;
乙烯-辛烯共聚物POE8150:12份;
线性低密度聚乙烯VL0003:10份;
碳酸钙:6份;
硬脂酸:0.5份;
硬脂酸锌:1.8份;
氧化镁:1.2份;
过氧化二异丙苯:0.8份;
偶氮二甲酰胺:2.2份;
色母粒:6份。
本发明的有益效果在于:与现有的EVA发泡鞋材相比,本发明具有优异的物理性能,克服了EVA发泡鞋材不耐高温、易收缩、尺寸不稳定等不足,能让消费者穿着更加舒适。且具有耐用性好、成本低、制备工艺简单的优点。

线性低密度聚乙烯VL0003:10份;
碳酸钙:5份;
硬脂酸:0.5份;
硬脂酸锌:1.5份;
氧化镁:0.8份;
过氧化二异丙苯:0.6份;
偶氮二甲酰胺:1.5份;
色母粒:4份。

本发明的抗收缩EVA发泡鞋材的生产方法与传统的EVA发泡鞋材相同,这里不再赘述。

乙烯-辛烯共聚物:10~15份;
线性低密度聚乙烯:10~20份;
碳酸钙:5~10份;
硬脂酸:0.5~1份;
硬脂酸锌:1.5~3份;
氧化镁:0.8~1.8份;
过氧化二异丙苯:0.6~1.2份;
偶氮二甲酰胺:1.5~3份;
色母粒:4~8份。
