本发明所属保健食品研究开发技术领。本发明涉及一种高丽红参汤的制备方法。取高丽红参粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅,香菇和猴菇菌放入不锈钢容器内,加水煎煮3次,80-95℃,得到滤液和残渣;将残渣压滤,并与滤液合并;将滤液减压浓缩至15-30mL,加入甘氨酸0.15-0.3g,装瓶或装袋即可。每日口服1瓶或1袋。本发明产品具有强身健体的功能。

本发明所属保健食品研究开发技术领域。本发明涉及一种高丽红参汤的制备方法。本发明产品具有强身健体的功能。
背景技术
1高丽红参系由产自韩国的高丽园参经蒸、烘烤加工而成,在加工高丽红参过程中,有新的抗癌活性成分产生。高丽红参不凉也不热,属于温性;高丽参虽性温但补性强,益气助火。高丽参又分白参和红参,脾虚火旺者宜用白参,因“生用气凉,微苦补阴”;脾虚肺怯者宜用红参,“熟用气温,味甘补阳”。总体来说,高丽参更适合老年气虚症状明显的人服用,能强壮体质,增强免疫力。
高丽红参的功效:
(1)益智健脑:对记忆力减退和运动协调能力下降的人以及经常喝酒或接触带乙醇成分的食物、药物的人,高丽红参具有提高脑力工作能力、增强记忆力和改善脑缺血性障碍的功效
(2)镇痛:一些专家通过做传感神经细胞试验发现,高丽参对身体各种疼痛症状都有所帮助。
(3)防癌和抗癌:高丽红参的皂苷成分和非皂苷成分有抑制多种癌细胞的增殖活性,同时也可抑制癌细胞转移。另外,高丽红参与抗癌剂同服用,抗癌效果要好于单独用抗癌剂(丝裂霉素)。这是因为肿瘤化疗中癌细胞易形成耐受,高丽红参与抗癌剂同服用,增强对癌细胞的杀伤力、减轻抗癌剂的副作用。
(4)增强免疫力:高丽红参提取物可恢复因服用具有免疫毒性的抗癌剂(丝裂霉素)而下降的细胞性免疫反应,尤其***提取物可激活或增强细胞性免疫,及自然杀伤细胞的活性,对提高免疫力有很大的功效。
(5)控制糖尿病:高丽红参含有促进胰岛素分泌和类似胰岛素作用的物质,其中人参皂苷能改善高血糖,有效地控制糖尿病的发生。
(6)健肝:高丽参成分中有抗肝炎活性,具有解毒、保护肝脏及促进肝再生、恢复的作用。此外,高丽红参还有解酒、消除宿醉的作用。
(7)调节血压:高丽红参具有扩张血管作用,能改善血液循环,其中的皂苷成分通过促进血管内皮细胞释放一氧化氮,可达到降血压作用。
(8)抗疲劳及抗压:经研究发现,持续服用高丽红参可以提高运动能力和缓解疲劳,对促进运动员疲劳累积的恢复和预防运动性贫血有很大帮助;此外,高丽红参还可以增强对低温(5℃、O℃、-10℃)及高温(35℃)等不利环境的耐受力,通过对压力或环境变化进行精妙调节,提高抗压能力,维持机体稳定性。
(9)改善女性更年期障碍:据调查,有更年期障碍症状的女性在服用高丽红参后,有80%的人承认服用高丽红参后症状明显改善。专家称,这些女性如根据症状来调整用量,还可提高疗效。
(10)改善男性性功能障碍:高丽红参可防止因压力导致的男性性功能障碍。经临床试验,***障碍患者(90人)服用高丽红参后,在***程度、***及满意度等方面都有所改善。
(11)抗氧化及抗衰老:高丽红参具有抑制有害活性氧的增多和脂类过氧化的抗氧化效果。
2大枣又名红枣、干枣、枣子,起源于中国,在中国已有八千多年的种植历史,自古以来就被列为“五果”(栗、桃、李、杏、枣)之一。大枣富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁和环磷酸腺苷等营养成分。其中维生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅,有维生素王之美称。
3山楂可食用植物,质硬,果肉薄,味微酸涩;落叶灌木,枝密生,有细刺,幼枝有柔毛;小枝紫褐色,老枝灰褐色。
山楂的营养价值:
山楂含多种维生素、山楂酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄酮类、内酯、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化。促进胃液分泌和增加胃内酶素等功能。中医认为,山楂具有消积化滞、收敛止痢、活血化淤等功效。主治饮食积滞、胸膈脾满、疝气血淤闭经等症。山楂中含有山萜类及黄酮类等药物成分,具有显著的扩张血管及降压作用,有增强心肌、抗心律不齐、调节血脂及胆固醇含量的功能。适应范围:一般人皆可食用。儿童、老年人、消化不良尤其适合食用。伤风感冒、消化不良、食欲不振、儿童软骨缺钙症、儿童缺铁性贫血者可多食山楂片。
山楂的功效与作用:
(1)防治心血管疾病,降低血压和胆固醇、软化血管及利尿和镇静作用;
(2)开胃消食,特别对消肉食积滞作用更好,很多助消化的药中都采用了山楂;
(3)山楂有活血化淤的功效,有助于解除局部淤血状态,对跌打损伤有辅助疗效;
(4)山楂中有平喘化痰、抑制细菌、治疗腹痛腹泻的成分。
4无花果无花果性味甘、平,无毒。含有果含糖类、枸橼酸、苹果酸、醋酸、酶等。
无花果的功效:
开胃,止泻痢,治五痔:为缓和滋养润肠药,有催乳作用,兼具驱虫、消炎、消肿之功。果枝和叶都含有消化酵素,可作辅助消化药用。
无花果利咽:无花果两枚,开水冲泡,代茶频饮;无花果鲜果晒干研末,吹咽喉部;无花果15克,水煎后加冰糖适量调服,代茶频饮之。
无花果抗癌:果实乳汁对肉瘤,乳瘤,腺癌,白血病,淋巴肉瘤均有抑制作用。临床用治各类恶性肿瘤,包括舌癌,肺癌,腮腺癌,胃癌,肝癌,结肠癌,肾癌等。食方:鲜无花果50克,瘦肉100克,水炖半小时,服汤吃肉。连服一段时间,不少于30天。也可用无花果15克,开水冲泡代茶,天天饮服。
无花果降糖:无花果水提取液,具有降低血糖作用。食方:无花果15克,宁夏枸杞子10克,加水煎沸。代茶饮,每日1剂,最后嚼服无花果及枸杞子。也可用无花果50克,苦瓜100克,均切成片状,加水煮汤,调味可饮食,连服7--10天。
无花果健胃:无花果酵素与胃液混合,有助消化,但宜生食。食欲欠佳者,每日可嚼服无花果,每次1枚,每日3次,以饭前1小时为宜。对习惯性便秘,痔疮出血,慢性胃炎等疾病,服之亦有效。
5桑椹又名桑葚,为桑科落叶乔木桑树的成熟果实,桑葚又叫桑果、桑枣,农人喜欢其成熟的鲜果食用,味甜汁多,是人们常食的水果之一。因桑树特殊的生长环境使桑果具有天然生长,无任何污染的特点,所以桑葚又被称为“民间圣果”。现代研究证实,桑葚果实中含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质、白藜芦醇、花青素等成份,营养是苹果的5~6倍,是葡萄的4倍,具有多种功效,被医学界誉为“二十一世纪的最佳保健果品”。常吃桑葚能显著提高人体免疫力,具有延缓衰老,美容养颜的功效。桑葚既可入食,又可入药,中医认为桑葚味甘酸,性微寒,入心、肝、肾经,为滋补强壮、养心益智佳果。具有,主治阴血不足而致的头晕目眩,耳鸣心悸,烦躁失眠,腰膝酸软,须发早白,消渴口干,大便干结等症。
6乌梅别名酸梅、黄仔、合汉梅、干枝梅,为蔷薇科落叶乔木植物梅Prunus mume的近成熟果实。果实含枸橼酸(citric acid),苹果酸(malic acid),草酸(oxalic acid),琥珀酸(succinic acid)和延胡索酸(fumaric acid)总酸量约4%-5.5%,以前两种有机酸的含量较多。还含5-羟甲基-2-糠醛(5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde),为无色油状物。所含挥发性成分,主要有苯甲醛(benzaldehyde)62.40%,4-松油烯醇(terpinen-4-ol)3.97%,苯甲醇(benzyl alcohol)3.97%和十六烷酸(hexadecanoic acid)4.55%。乌梅仁含苦杏仁苷(amygdalin)约0.5%,而梅仁含约4.3%。另有报道乌梅中还含苦味酸(picric acid)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。具有保护肠胃、消除便秘、增进食欲、改善肝脏机能、防老化、清血、可软化血管,推迟血管硬化、孕妇止吐、解酒功能、增加能量、能预防疾病、防老抗衰及消除疲劳的功能。乌梅提取物也可作为天然防腐剂。
7香菇香菇是具有高蛋白、低脂肪、多糖、多种氨基酸和多种维生素的菌类食物。其具有药食两用价值。
(1)提高机体免疫功能:香菇多糖可提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,还可促进T淋巴细胞的产生,并提高T淋巴细胞的杀伤活性。
(2)延缓衰老:香菇的水提取物对过氧化氢有清除作用,对体内的过氧化氢有一定的消除作用。
(3)防癌抗癌:香菇菌盖部分含有双链结构的核糖核酸,进入人体后,会产生具有抗癌作用的干扰素。
(4)降血压、降血脂、降胆固醇:香菇中含有嘌呤、胆碱、酪氨酸、氧化酶以及某些核酸物质,能起到降血压、降胆固醇、降血脂的作用,又可预防动脉硬化、肝硬化等疾病。
(5)香菇还对糖尿病、肺结核、传染性肝炎、神经炎等起治疗作用,又可用于消化不良、便秘等。
8猴菇菌猴菇菌是一种药食两用的真菌,性平,味甘,利五脏,助消化,滋补,抗癌、治疗神经衰弱。
猴菇菌为多孔菌目齿菌科猴菇菌[Hericiumerinaceus(RullexF.)Pers.],经过深层发酵的培养物经分离提取所得,主要成分为多糖、氨基酸等,是猴菇菌片、复方胃宁片等制剂的原料。广泛应用于医药领域。
俗名:猴头蘑、羊毛菌、猴菇菌。性味:性平,味甘。功效:健胃,补虚,抗癌。
1)抗溃疡和抗炎作用;2)抗肿瘤作用;3)保肝护肝作用;4)增加免疫力,抗衰老作用;
5)提高机体耐缺氧能力,增加心脏血液输出量,加速机体血液循环;6)降低血糖和血脂的作用。
宜食:适宜患有胃病,包括慢性胃炎,胃及十二指肠溃疡者食用;适宜体质虚弱,营养不良,神经衰弱者食用;适宜痛症患者,尤其是食道癌、贲门癌、胃癌之人食用;也适宜心血管疾病患者食用。
9甘草,甘草又名乌拉尔甘草,多年生草本植物,属豆科。是一种补益中草药,药食兼用品种。甘草益气补中,缓急止痛,润肺止咳,泻火解毒,调和诸药。主倦怠食少,肌瘦面黄,心悸气短,腹痛便溏,四肢挛急疼痛,脏躁,咳嗽气喘,咽喉肿痛,痈疮肿痛,小儿胎毒及药物、食物中毒。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
(1)甘草有类似肾上腺皮质激素样作用。对组胺引起的胃酸分泌过多有抑制作用;并有抗酸和缓解胃肠平滑肌痉挛作用。
(2)甘草黄酮、甘草浸膏及甘草次酸均有明显的镇咳作用;祛痰作用也较显著,其作用强度为甘草酸>甘草黄酮>甘草浸膏。
(3)甘草还有抗炎,抗过敏作用,能保护发炎的咽喉和气管粘膜。甘草浸膏和甘草酸对某些毒物有类似葡萄糖醛酸的解毒作用。
(4)甘草常用来治疗随更年期而来的症状.因为甘草里含有甘草素,是一种类似激素的化合物,它有助于平衡女性体内的激素含量。
(5)甘草所含的次酸能阻断致癌物诱发肿瘤生长的作用。
一参五果配合二食用菌使用制备的高丽红参汤具有强身健体的功能。
发明内容
1、一种高丽红参汤的制备方法,其特征在于原辅料组成及重量配比为:
韩国产高丽红参5年根粉末1.5-3g、大枣1-3g、山楂1-2g、无花果1-2g、桑椹1-2g、乌梅1-2g、香菇1-2g、猴菇菌1-2g、甘草粉末1-2g、甘氨酸0.15-0.3g。
2、如权利要求1所述一种高丽红参汤的制备方法,其特征在于其生产工艺如下:
(1)取高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌放入不锈钢容器内,加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌总重量的5-6倍,温度80-95℃,时间3-4h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(2)将(1)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌总重量的4-5倍,温度80-95℃,时间2-3h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(3)将(2)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌总重量的3-4倍,温度80-95℃,时间1-2h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(4)将(1)、(2)和(3)中残渣压滤,并与(1)、(2)和(3)中滤液合并;
(5)将(4)中滤液减压浓缩至15-30mL,加入甘氨酸0.15-0.3g,装瓶或装袋即可。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的涉及一种高丽红参汤的制备方法包括以下实施例,下面的实施例可进一步说明本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1:
1、一种高丽红参汤的制备方法,其特征在于原辅料组成及重量配比为:
韩国产高丽红参5年根粉末1.5g、大枣1g、山楂1g、无花果1g、桑椹1g、乌梅1g、香菇1g、猴菇菌1g、甘草粉末1g、甘氨酸0.15g。
2、如权利要求1所述一种高丽红参汤的制备方法,其特征在于其生产工艺如下:
(1)取高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌放入不锈钢容器内,加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌总重量的5倍,温度80℃,时间3-4h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(2)将(1)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌总重量的4倍,温度80℃,时间2h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(3)将(2)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌总重量的3倍,温度80℃,时间1h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(4)将(1)、(2)和(3)中残渣压滤,并与(1)、(2)和(3)中滤液合并;
(5)将(4)中滤液减压浓缩至15mL,加入甘氨酸0.15g,装瓶或装袋即可。
实施例2:
1、一种高丽红参汤的制备方法,其特征在于原辅料组成及重量配比为:
韩国产高丽红参5年根粉末3g、大枣3g、山楂2g、无花果2g、桑椹2g、乌梅2g、香菇2g、猴菇菌2g、甘草粉末2g、甘氨酸0.3g。
2、如权利要求1所述一种高丽红参汤的制备方法,其特征在于其生产工艺如下:
(1)取高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌放入不锈钢容器内,加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌总重量的6倍,温度95℃,时间4h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(2)将(1)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌总重量的5倍,温度95℃,时间3h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(3)将(2)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根粉末、甘草粉末、大枣、山楂、无花果、桑椹、乌梅、香菇和猴菇菌总重量的4倍,温度95℃,时间2h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(4)将(1)、(2)和(3)中残渣压滤,并与(1)、(2)和(3)中滤液合并;
(5)将(4)中滤液减压浓缩至30mL,加入甘氨酸0.3g,装瓶或装袋即可。
