背景技术
水泥,是粉状水硬性无机胶凝材料,加水搅拌后成浆体,能在空气中硬化或者在水中更好的硬化,并能把砂、石等材料牢固地胶结在一起。水泥作为一种重要的胶凝材料,广泛应用于土木建筑、水利、国防等工程。
在水泥中,加入一些添加剂,可以使其快速干燥,充分发挥其使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种水泥快硬剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
一种水泥快硬剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
铝酸钙:10~20,氯化钠:3~5,萘磺酸-甲醛缩合物:2~4,羟乙基纤维素:0.1~0.3,氟硅酸钠:2~5,碳酸钠:1~3,硬脂酸:1~3,水:80~100。
上述技术方案中,所述的水泥快硬剂的制备方法为:将上述原料粉碎,按配方量混合,充分搅拌均匀后即可得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明能显著提高水泥的硬化速度,还具有制备工艺简单、成本低廉等有益效果。

一种水泥快硬剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
铝酸钙:20,氯化钠:5,萘磺酸-甲醛缩合物:4,羟乙基纤维素:0.3,氟硅酸钠:5,碳酸钠:3,硬脂酸:3,水:100。

一种水泥快硬剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
铝酸钙:16,氯化钠:4,萘磺酸-甲醛缩合物:3,羟乙基纤维素:0.2,氟硅酸钠:4,碳酸钠:2,硬脂酸:2,水:90。
上述实施例中,所述的水泥快硬剂的制备方法为:将上述原料粉碎,按配方量混合,充分搅拌均匀后即可得成品。

铝酸钙:10~20,氯化钠:3~5,萘磺酸-甲醛缩合物:2~4,
羟乙基纤维素:0.1~0.3,氟硅酸钠:2~5,碳酸钠:1~3,
硬脂酸:1~3,水:80~100;
所述的水泥快硬剂的制备方法为:将上述原料粉碎,按配方量混合,充分搅拌均匀后即可得成品。

铝酸钙:10,氯化钠:3,萘磺酸-甲醛缩合物:2,
