Hot air grid 20 is below described.Fig. 2 is the cutaway view intercepted along the line II-II shown in Fig. 1.Fig. 3 is the transparent view of diagram hot air grid 20.Hot air grid 20 is for collaborating cold air and hot air.In fig. 2, the air-flow of hot air is shown so that understand by arrow, and the air-flow of cold air does not show.In figure 3, the air-flow of hot air is shown by filled arrows, and the air-flow of cold air is shown so that understand by dotted arrow. In the following discussion, the air-flow direction of cold air in hot air grid 20 is hereinafter referred to as flow of cold air direction X (that is, the vertical direction in Fig. 1).Crossing with flow of cold air direction X (particularly, perpendicular to flow of cold air direction X) and be the direction of crossing cooling air passage 16 direction below be called hot air for short and collaborate direction Y (that is, the left and right vehicle wheel direction in Fig. 1).Arranged direction Z (that is, perpendicular to the vertical direction of the paper of Fig. 1) is called for short below direction perpendicular to flow of cold air direction X and hot air interflow direction Y.
Hot air grid 20 is arranged between air mix door 17 and air-mixing chamber 18 in air regulation housing 12.Hot air grid 20 is made up of the resin material making air regulation housing 12 and is formed with air regulation housing 12 Construction integration or construct discretely with air regulation housing 12 and be fixed to air regulation housing 12.
Hot air grid 20 is positioned to the outlet of hot air interflow path 21, flows through described hot air interflow path 21 by the hot air of heater core 14.Further, hot air grid 20 is positioned such that hot air grid 20 crosses cooling air passage 16.In other words, hot air grid 20 is positioned in flow of cold air direction X in wherein cooling air passage 16 and past and is collaborated the crossing position of the blowing direction of the hot air of path 21 by hot air.Hot air grid 20 is also positioned at the upstream side at air-flow direction of the moving range of export model door. The X position crossing with the blowing direction of hot air in flow of cold air direction is the merging part 18a of the upstream side on air-flow direction being positioned at air-mixing chamber 18, and hot air and cold air collaborate in merging part 18a.Blow to the blowing direction of the cold air of hot air grid 20 from cooling air passage 16 in FIG upwards, and blow to the blowing direction of the hot air of cooling air passage 16 in FIG left from hot air interflow path 21.Therefore, the blowing direction of the cold air blowed from cooling air passage 16 intersects with the blowing direction collaborating the hot air that path 21 blows from hot air. Therefore, cooling air passage 16 direct cold air is with crossing with hot air in merging part 18a.
Hot air grid 20 has the hot air pipe path 23 and hot air diffusion paths 24 that the cooling air passage 16 that flows through with a part for the hot air being collaborated path 21 by hot air separated.Hot air pipe path 23 is positioned such that hot air pipe path 23 crosses merging part 18a.Hot air pipe path 23 is limited in the tube 23a extended along hot air interflow direction Y.The hot air flowed in tube 23a is directed to the downstream at hot air interflow direction Y of merging part 18a by hot air pipe path 23.In other words, hot air pipe path 23 crosses merging part 18a on the direction Y of hot air interflow, makes hot air pipe path 23 partly block merging part 18a and hot air is directed to the hot air diffusion paths 24 collaborating the downstream of direction Y at hot air being arranged in cooling air passage 16.Tube 23a extends on the direction Y of hot air interflow, and multiple tube 23a is arranged to be spaced apart from each other on arranged direction Z (that is, the horizontal direction in Fig. 2).Such as, three tube 23a are used in the present embodiment.Three tube 23a are arranged such that a tube 23a is positioned at the center along arranged direction Z of hot air grid 20, and tube 23a is positioned at each end along arranged direction Z of hot air grid 20.The surface towards air mix door 17 (that is, for being arranged in the surface of the downside of Fig. 3) of the outer wall of tube 23a has streamline-shaped, and rounded angle in the present embodiment, the bight on described surface. Therefore, the air-flow resistance produced when cold air flow into space (that is, adjacent merging part 18a) between each being limited in three tube 23a is reduced by the streamline-shaped on this surface.
Therefore, the space limited between each in three tube 23a is arranged along arranged direction Z, and each in described space limits merging part 18a.Merging part 18a has multiple guide plate 25, and cold air and hot air are directed to air-mixing chamber 18 by described multiple guide plate. In the present embodiment, merging part 18a has two guide plates 25.Guide plate 25 extends along hot air interflow direction Y and flow of cold air direction X.Therefore, cold air is directed to flow on the X of flow of cold air direction, and in other words, cold air is directed upwards to flow in figure 3.
Merging part 18a is that wherein (namely merging part 18a collaborates the side of direction Y from along hot air, downside in Fig. 2) collaborate the opposite side (upside in Fig. 2) of direction Y and the crossing part of cooling air passage 16 to along hot air, wherein hot air is directed to described merging part 18a by hot air interflow path 21.Particularly, hot air is directed to along arranged direction Z between tube 23a space by hot air interflow path 21.
Hot air diffusion paths 24 extends along arranged direction Z and is positioned at the downstream (that is, along the downstream of hot air interflow direction Y) of hot air pipe path 23.Hot air diffusion paths 24 is communicated with air-mixing chamber 18 with hot air pipe path 23.Therefore, the hot air and the cold air that pass through hot air pipe path 23 collaborate in hot air diffusion paths 24.Hot air diffusion paths 24 is opened on the X of flow of cold air direction. That is, hot air diffusion paths 24 has roughly U-shaped cross-section.One opening is positioned at by part place that the hot air of hot air pipe path 23 flows into.Partition wall 26 as the first wall portion is configured to adjacent with merging part 18a and separates cooling air passage 16 and hot air diffusion paths 24.Further, hot air diffusion paths 24 comprises the wall portion 27 as the second wall portion, and described second wall portion is positioned at the opposite side of described part (that is, partition wall 26) along hot air interflow direction Y.Second wall portion and partition wall 26 collaborate spaced apart on the Y of direction at hot air and extend along arranged direction Z and flow of cold air direction X (that is, along the paper sheet thickness direction in Fig. 2).In the present embodiment, wall portion 27 is parts of the inwall of air regulation housing 12.Hot air diffusion paths 24 also comprise along arranged direction Z and hot air interflow direction Y extend and be connected to the base section 28 of the end of partition wall 26 and the end of wall portion 27.The end of partition wall 26 and the end of wall portion 27 lay respectively at the upstream side at flow of cold air direction X (that is, in the downside of Fig. 1) of partition wall 26 and wall portion 27.Therefore, partition wall 26, wall portion 27 and base section 28 form hot air diffusion paths 24.Therefore, by having partition wall 26 and wall portion 27, flow into that hot air in hot air diffusion paths 24 is directed can not be flow in merging part 18a with flowing on the X of flow of cold air direction.Hot air diffusion paths 24 guides the hot air supplied from hot air pipe path 23 along partition wall 26 and wall portion 27, hot air is flow in air-mixing chamber 18.
The flowing of hot air and cold air is below described.Hot air grid 20 is supplied to by hot air interflow path 21 immediately by hot air after heater core 14 at hot air.A part for hot air flow into hot air pipe path 23 from the outlet of hot air interflow path 21, and the hot air except a described part for hot air flow in the space (that is, merging part 18a) be limited between tube 23a.The hot air be fed in merging part 18a collaborates with the cold air supplied from cooling air passage 16, and is flowed on the X of flow of cold air direction by the blast of cold air and flow in air-mixing chamber 18.
In hot air diffusion paths 24, converge merga pass wall portion 27 by the hot air of hot air pipe path 23 directed to flow on the X of flow of cold air direction.Directedly to be collaborated by the cold air of the merging part 18a being in close proximity to hot air diffusion paths 24 in air-mixing chamber 18 Yu with the hot air flowed on the X of flow of cold air direction. Therefore, collaborated along arranged direction Z and hot air interflow direction Y by the cold air of hot air grid 20 and hot air.
Hereinafter export model is described. In the present embodiment, air conditioner for vehicles 10 is provided with the export model of such as facial model, two-stage (B/L) pattern, foot's pattern and defogger pattern.
Below facial model will be described.Facial model is the pattern that will air regulated to blow to the upper part of the body of passenger. As shown in Figure 1, face/foot's door 34 to be positioned such that during facial model facial peristome 32 is opened and foot's peristome 33 is closed.Defrosting door 35 is positioned such that defogger peristome 31 is closed during facial model. Therefore, in hot air grid 20, the air at interflow to flow in air-mixing chamber 18 and is blown in compartment via facial peristome 32 from air-mixing chamber 18 as adjustment air.

Below foot's pattern will be described.Foot's pattern is the pattern that will air regulated to blow to the foot areas of passenger.Fig. 5 is the cutaway view of the air conditioner for vehicles 10 be shown under foot's pattern. As shown in Figure 5, face/foot's door 34 to be positioned such that during foot's pattern facial peristome 32 is closed and foot's peristome 33 is opened.Defrosting door 35 is positioned such that defogger peristome 31 is opened, and therefore air flow in defogger peristome 31 slightly. Therefore, in hot air grid 20, the air at interflow to flow in air-mixing chamber 18 and is blown in compartment via defogger peristome 31 and foot's peristome 33 from air-mixing chamber 18 as adjustment air.Defogger peristome 31 is positioned such that defogger peristome 31 is towards hot air diffusion paths 24.Therefore, the air supplied from hot air diffusion paths 24 mainly flow into defogger peristome 31 based on the opening degree of defogger door 35.Therefore, the temperature at defogger peristome 31 place can be formed the temperature being different from foot's peristome 33 place.
Foot/defogger pattern below will be described. The pattern that foot/defogger pattern will regulate air to blow to the Windshield of vehicle and the foot of passenger.Fig. 6 is the cutaway view of the air conditioner for vehicles 10 be shown under foot/defogger pattern. As Fig. 6 shows, face/foot's door 34 to be positioned such that during foot/defogger pattern facial peristome 32 is closed and foot's peristome 33 is opened.Defrosting door 35 is positioned such that defogger peristome 31 is opened during foot/defogger pattern. Therefore, in hot air grid 20, the air at interflow to flow in air-mixing chamber 18 and is blown in compartment via defogger peristome 31 and foot's peristome 33 from air-mixing chamber 18 as adjustment air.
Below defogger pattern will be described.Defogger pattern is the pattern that will air regulated to blow to the Windshield of vehicle.Fig. 7 is the cutaway view of the air conditioner for vehicles 10 be shown under defogger pattern. As Fig. 7 shows, face/foot's door 34 is positioned such that facial peristome 32 is closed during defogger pattern.Defrosting door 35 to be positioned such that during defogger pattern that defogger peristome 31 is opened and foot's peristome 33 is closed. Therefore, in hot air grid 20, the air at interflow to flow in air-mixing chamber 18 and is blown in compartment via defogger peristome 31 from air-mixing chamber 18 as adjustment air.
As disclosed above, in air conditioner for vehicles 10 in the present embodiment, collaborated with the cold air by cooling air passage 16 by the hot air of hot air interflow path 21.Be diffused by the hot air diffusion paths 24 along arranged direction Z in the downstream at hot air interflow direction Y of merging part 18a by the hot air of hot air pipe path 23, and be introduced in air-mixing chamber 18.Hot air diffusion paths 24 is separated with merging part 18a by partition wall 26, the hot air of flowing in hot air diffusion paths 24 is introduced in air-mixing chamber 18, and can not collaborates with the cold air in merging part 18a.Therefore, the hot air also having collaborated path 21 by hot air by the cold air of cooling air passage 16 and upstream side supply collaborate direction Y from hot air collaborates.Further, in merging part 18a by the interflow air of the cold air that collaborates and hot air with mix air-mixing chamber 18 by hot air diffusion paths 24 and from the hot air supplied in the downstream that hot air collaborates direction Y of hot air diffusion paths 24.Merging part 18a is in high temperature by the upstream side collaborating to have collaborated direction Y by hot air and the cold air of hot air interflow path 21 at hot air in merging part 18a.In the downstream of the hot air interflow direction Y of merging part 18a, cold air is not easy to collaborate with hot air.By guide by the hot air of hot air diffusion paths 24 to flow in air-mixing chamber 18 via merging part 18a in the downstream of hot air interflow direction Y, hot air can collaborate with low temperature cold air in air-mixing chamber 18.Therefore, temperature traverse can collaborate direction Y and arranged direction Z close to being uniformly distributed along hot air.The interflow air of hot air and cold air can be blown into compartment from peristome 31-33 as adjustment air. Therefore, regulate air independently to flow downward, and do not depend on the position of peristome 31-33.Therefore, in the air conditioner for vehicles 10 of the present embodiment, can by simple structural development cold air and hot air the interflow performance in air regulation housing 12.
In the present embodiment, multiple tube 23a is arranged to be spaced apart from each other along arranged direction Z, and is connected with the hot air diffusion paths 24 extended along arranged direction Z.Therefore, hot air is spread equably and is incorporated into merging part 18a in the hot air diffusion paths 24 in the downstream at hot air interflow direction Y of merging part 18a is that by hot air, the part place be directed in it is limited to the space arranged between tube 23a and along arranged direction Z at hot air interflow path 21.Therefore, the hot air supplied from hot air interflow path 21 can collaborate at hot air the part that path 21 and cooling air passage 16 converge and spread along arranged direction Z.This improves the interflow performance of cold air and the hot air collaborated on arranged direction Z.
In other words, in the hot air grid 20 of the present embodiment, hot air is by merging part 18a, and be directed to the inwall of air regulation housing 12 (namely by hot air grid 20, wall portion 27), described inwall is positioned at the opposite side of merging part 18a relative to partition wall 26 along hot air interflow direction Y.The hot air being directed into wall portion 27 spreads along the arranged direction Z corresponding to vehicle-width direction.Directed and flow in air-mixing chamber 18 along the inwall of air regulation housing 12 along the hot air of arranged direction Z diffusion. In this case, hot air diffusion paths 24 is separated to limit cold air and hot air interflow by partition wall 26, makes the hot air that the inwall along air regulation housing 12 spreads in the direction of the width limit diffusion due to cold air.Further, hot air grid 20 is positioned at the upstream side of air-mixing chamber 18, and the hot air be therefore introduced in hot air diffusion paths 24 spreads and directed to flow along the inwall of air regulation housing 12 and to arrive outlet in the direction of the width.
Therefore, hot air is supplied by the whole width (that is, along the whole region of arranged direction Z) of air regulation housing 12, makes it possible to the change of the temperature traverse reduced on arranged direction Z.Further, the upstream side in downstream and hot air interflow direction Y that hot air collaborates direction Y from air, towards flow of cold air, makes interflow performance be enhanced, and can reduce the change of the temperature traverse on the direction Y of hot air interflow.
In addition, by selecting the shape of the height of the partition wall 26 such as forming hot air diffusion paths 24, the amount of the air flowing to defogger peristome 31 from hot air diffusion paths 24 can be controlled. Therefore, by selecting the form of wall portion 27 and the shape of partition wall 26 that form hot air diffusion paths 24, the temperature difference between defogger peristome 31 and other peristome place can be controlled.
(other embodiment)
Below change and revise and will be understood to be in protection domain of the present disclosure.
