Abstract

本发明涉及一种3PE/3PP防腐管管端保留任意长FBE层的工艺,本工艺过程,将钢管除锈后,首先在钢管两端缠绕牛皮纸,在钢管表面喷涂粉末层,钢管两端缠绕铝箔胶带,再进行胶黏剂层和PE/PP层缠绕,用切刀切割从防腐管两端钝边至PE/PP层端面的距离,深度小于或等于胶黏剂层厚度与PE/PP层厚度之和的最小值,对预留区域涂层进行加热,升高温度,达到PE/PP的软化温度,而不高于损坏FBE层的温度,用小刀将预留涂层沿轴向划开,并将PE/PP层及胶黏剂层剥离。本工艺方法,操作起来简便,且通过调整牛皮纸的宽度,切刀与防腐管两端钝边至PE/PP层端面的距离,完成保留任意长度的FBE层,突破传统工艺的不足。

Description

一种3PE/3PP防腐管管端保留任意长FBE层的工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种3PE/3PP防腐管管端保留任意长FBE层的工艺,属于3PE/3PP防腐管加工领域。
背景技术
3PE是管外防腐的一种形式,执行德国标准DIN30670“钢管和管件的聚乙烯覆塑层”和SY/T0413“埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐层技术标准”,按SY/T0413“埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐层技术标准”规定,外防腐形式有二层结构或三层结构,二层结构底层为粘胶剂,外层为聚乙烯,简称2PE,三层结构底层为环氧粉末,中间层为粘胶剂,外层为聚乙烯,简称3PE。
我国目前尚未制定3PP涂层行业标准,所加工的3PP防腐管道一般采用德国标准DIN30670“钢管和管件的聚乙烯覆塑层”标准,3PP涂层主要用作输送较高温度介质的防腐管道和用作地表温度较高、日照时间较长的沙漠地区的管道防腐层,因此,在地表温度较高、日照时间较长地区埋地输水、输气、输油管道上获得了越来越广泛的应用。
传统的3PE/3PP防腐管管端预留的处理方法是采用机械打磨技术,用钢丝轮将三层涂层一起打磨掉,从而达到管端预留效果。但此种打磨技术只能在PE/PP层端部外保留最多5mm的FBE层,无法达到PE/PP层端部外保留任意长度的FBE层的要求,也无法精准控制保留FBE层的长度。采用传统的机械打磨技术无法满足目前的要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明公开了一种3PE/3PP防腐管管端保留任意长FBE层的工艺,本工艺通过在管端预留区域采用加热剥离,剥去胶黏剂层及PE/PP层,实现保留任意长度的FBE层。
一种3PE/3PP防腐管管端保留任意长FBE层的工艺,其特征是包括以下步骤:
(1)钢管除锈,除锈后对钢管两端缠绕牛皮纸,牛皮纸的宽度为从钢管两端钝边起至预留FBE层端部的距离;
(2)步骤(1)所得的钢管进入涂敷区域,在钢管表面喷涂粉末层,在钢管两端预留区域缠绕铝箔胶带,然后进行胶黏剂层和PE/PP层缠绕,钢管变成防腐管,铝箔胶带的宽度不大于钢管两端钝边起至预留PE/PP层端部的距离;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的防腐管的涂层冷却后,进入防腐管端预留处理区域,调试防腐管端预留处理装置:调节好挡管器至切刀的距离,使得挡管器至切刀的距离等于从防腐管两端钝边至PE/PP层端面的距离,并用小车将挡管器与防腐管两端钝边相接触;
(4)调整好切刀的可刺入涂层的深度,使得此深度小于或等于胶黏剂层厚度与PE/PP层厚度之和的最小值,确保FBE层不受到损害,使防腐管旋转,同时开启气缸将切刀和切刀固定轮紧压在防腐管涂层表面,一边旋转一边划切;
(5)防腐管旋转一周后停止旋转,移至高架轨道上,将适合防腐管管径的中频炉固定在移动小车上,并用小车将中频炉移至防腐管两端规定的预留区域,调节中频炉功率参数,对预留区域涂层进行加热,升高温度,达到PE/PP的软化温度,而不高于损坏FBE层的温度,为120℃~160℃;
(6)待预留涂层温度加热至预定的温度后,用小刀将预留涂层沿轴向划开,并将PE/PP层及胶黏剂层剥离,用水冷却装置冷却至室温,得到规定长度的FBE层。
本发明,可以做到保留20mm以上的FEB层,更好地防止防腐管端部防腐层剥离或翘起。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明。
本一种3PE/3PP防腐管管端保留任意长FBE层的工艺,其特征是包括以下步骤:
(1)钢管除锈,除锈后对钢管两端缠绕牛皮纸,牛皮纸的宽度为从钢管两端钝边起至预留FBE层端部的距离;
(2)步骤(1)所得的钢管进入涂敷区域,在钢管表面喷涂粉末层,在钢管两端预留区域缠绕铝箔胶带,然后进行胶黏剂层和PE/PP层缠绕,钢管变成防腐管,铝箔胶带的宽度不大于钢管两端钝边起至预留PE/PP层端部的距离;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的防腐管的涂层冷却后,进入防腐管端预留处理区域,调试防腐管端预留处理装置:调节好挡管器至切刀的距离,使得挡管器至切刀的距离等于从防腐管两端钝边至PE/PP层端面的距离,并用小车将挡管器与防腐管两端钝边相接触;
(4)调整好切刀的可刺入涂层的深度,使得此深度小于或等于胶黏剂层厚度与PE/PP层厚度之和的最小值,确保FBE层不受到损害,使防腐管旋转,同时开启气缸将切刀和切刀固定轮紧压在防腐管涂层表面,一边旋转一边划切;

(6)待预留涂层温度加热至预定的温度后,用小刀将预留涂层沿轴向划开,并将PE/PP层及胶黏剂层剥离,用水冷却装置冷却至室温,得到规定长度的FBE层。
本发明工艺,在传统的车间设备上可以实施起来,节省了设备投资,同时,操作过程相对简单,各步骤要控制相应的尺寸和温度。
本发明的应用效果:
1、防腐管端预留区域采用加热剥离,剥去胶黏剂层和PE/PP层,达到保留任意长度的FBE层的目的,解决了传统机械打磨技术无法保留任意长度的FBE层的难题,保留的FBE层的长度可以任意调整,控制精准,保留的FBE层完整美观,性能不会受到任何的影响。
2、保留的FBE层对防止防腐层翘边或者剥离,能起到很好的作用。
3、能达到FBE层不允许残留任何聚丙烯及胶粘剂层。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述技术手段所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。

Claims (1)

1.一种3PE/3PP防腐管管端保留任意长FBE层的工艺,其特征是包括以下步骤:
(1)钢管除锈,除锈后对钢管两端缠绕牛皮纸,牛皮纸的宽度为从钢管两端钝边起至预留FBE层端部的距离;
(2)步骤(1)所得的钢管进入涂敷区域,在钢管表面喷涂粉末层,在钢管两端预留区域缠绕铝箔胶带,然后进行胶黏剂层和PE/PP层缠绕,钢管变成防腐管,铝箔胶带的宽度不大于钢管两端钝边起至预留PE/PP层端部的距离;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的防腐管的涂层冷却后,进入防腐管端预留处理区域,调试防腐管端预留处理装置:调节好挡管器至切刀的距离,使得挡管器至切刀的距离等于从防腐管两端钝边至PE/PP层端面的距离,并用小车将挡管器与防腐管两端钝边相接触;
(4)调整好切刀的可刺入涂层的深度,使得此深度小于或等于胶黏剂层厚度与PE/PP层厚度之和的最小值,确保FBE层不受到损害,使防腐管旋转,同时开启气缸将切刀和切刀固定轮紧压在防腐管涂层表面,一边旋转一边划切;
