1,1,2-三氯-1,3,2-三氯乙烷(以下简称为R113)是不易燃的、非***性的和稳定的,而且是低毒性的,因而被广泛地用作电子元件或精密机械元件的装配工艺中所使用的溶剂或切削油的清洁剂,或者用作毛皮外衣或套装之类服装的清洁剂。此外,R113还被广泛地应用于在用水洗涤液晶显示器元件、电子元件或精密机械元件的洗涤处理后的元件上去除沉积水。另一方面,诸如三氯乙烯的漂洗剂被用于去除晶片上沉积的保护层去除剂,1,1,1-三氯乙烷被用作清洁剂以去除在抛光处理后沉积在精密金属元件或装饰件上的抛光剂,还有,1,1,1-三氯乙烷被用于显影在印刷线路板或半导体线路的制备中的保护层,二氯甲烷或全氯乙烯被用于去除蚀刻处理后的保护层。

当需要稳定漂洗剂时,较好地是和硝基烷烃合用,比如,硝基甲烷、硝基乙烷或硝基丙烷,或者环状醚,比如,环氧丙烷、1,2-环氧丁烷、2,3环氧丁烷、3-氯-1,2-环氧丙烷、氧化苯乙烯、丁基缩水甘油醚、苯基缩水甘油醚、缩水甘油、1,4-二噁烷、1,3,5-三噁烷、1,3-二氧戊环、二甲氧基甲烷或1,2-二甲氧乙烷,用量为0.001至5.0%(重量)。
至于通过本发明来显影或去除保护层是没有特别限制的。保护层对于曝露可以是正保护层或负保护层,是对远紫外线曝露的保护层或者对X-射线或电子束曝露的保护层。对于光曝露的保护层包括一种二叠氮苯醌类,它具有以苯酚和甲酚的线型酚醛清漆树脂作为基本材料,作为基本组分的顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯的环橡胶类以及聚肉桂酸酯类。相似地对于曝露于远紫外线的保护层包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚甲基异丙烯基酮。对于曝露于电子束或X-射线的保护层包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,甲基丙烯缩水甘油酯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物,及甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物。
对于通过利用按照本发明的用于去除沉积水的溶剂来去除沉积水,可以使用喷雾或喷淋方法或在冷浴中、热浴中、蒸汽浴中或超声浴中用浸渍方法,或者这些浴槽联合使用的浸渍方法。
本发明的绝缘介质可以与矿物油类绝缘介质,全卤代烃类绝缘介质或硅油绝缘介质联合使用,该介质在本领域中是一般使用的。此外,为了稳定化的目的,可以加入诸如亚磷酸盐化合物,硫化磷化合物或缩水甘油基醚化合物一起使用,或者联合使用苯酚类或胺类抗氧化剂。
现结合实施例进一步详细描述本发明。然而,应该明白本发明并不限制于这些具体的实施例。实施例1-1至1-16
通过用如表1中所确定的干洗剂进行洗洁力的清洁试验。将一块用Yukagaku Kyokai法着色的有碳素污渍的羊毛布(5×5厘米)放入Scrub-O-meter洗洁机中,在25℃下洗25分钟,用ELREPHO光电反射仪测定洗洁效果。结果列于表1中。实施例2-1至2-16
通过用如表2中所确定的脱脂剂进行切削油的清洁试验。
将一个SUS-304试验样品(25mm×30mm×2mm)浸入锭子油中,然后再在脱脂剂中浸5分钟,接着取出试样,肉眼观察评价留在试样表面上的锭子油的情况。结果列于表2中。实施例3-1至3-16
通过用如表3中所确定的去除抛光剂的清洁剂进行去除抛光剂试验。
用抛光剂(GS-1,由Soken K.K.供应)抛光手表框,然后浸入清洁剂中以去除抛光剂,施加超声波3分钟。接着,将其取出并检查抛光剂的除去情况。结果列于表3之中。实施例4-1至4-15
通过用表4中所确定的溶剂清洁剂进行溶剂清洁剂试验。
将溶剂(Tamura F-Al-4,Kabushiki Kaisha TamuraSeisakushs生产)涂复在印刷线路板(敷铜箔叠压板)的全部表面并在200℃的电炉中烘2小时。然后,将板在溶剂清洁剂浸1分钟。溶剂去除的程度列于表4。实施例5-1至5-7
将阳性保护层(OFPR-800,由Tokyo Okasha生产)或阴性保护层(OMR-83,由Tokyo Okasha生产)涂在硅晶片,接着蚀刻处理,然后将硅晶片于120℃浸在邻-二氯苯型去除保护层溶液(去除保护层溶液-502,由Tokyo Okasha生产)10分钟,再于25℃浸在如表5中所确定的漂洗剂中3分钟。进一步,在IPA/MEK混合液并再在超纯的水中浸渍和洗净,然后干燥。用显微镜检查表面状况。实施例6-1至6-16
通过用如表6中所列的保护层显影剂进行保护显影试验。
将具有光保护膜层压(Laminer,Dynachem公司生产的)的印刷线路板(敷铜箔叠压板)曝光以得到预先确定的线路模式,然后用保护层显影剂显影,用显微镜检查其表面以观察线路是否彻底形成。结果列于表6中。实施例7-1至7-17
通过用如表7中所列的保护层去除剂进行保护层去除试验。
将具有光保护膜层压(Laminet,Dynachem公司生产的)的印刷线路板(敷铜箔叠压板)进行曝光、显影和蚀刻以形成印刷线路,然后于室温将其浸入保护层去除剂中15分钟。取出线路板并用显微镜检查以观察处理后膜的去除情况。结果列于表7中。实施例8-1至8-16
通过用如表8中所列的去除沉积水的溶剂进行去除沉积水试验。
将30mm×18mm×5mm的玻璃片浸入纯水中,接着再浸入去除沉积水溶剂中20秒钟。然后,取出玻璃片并浸入干的甲醇,于是根据在这里含水量的增加来测定沉积水的去除状况。结果列于表8中。实施例9-1至9-11
通过用如表9中所列的本发明萃取溶剂组合物进行萃取包含在烟草中的尼古丁。
将预定量的烟草试样(Hilite,商业产品)放进索氏(Soxhlet)萃取器中,用本发明的萃取溶剂组合物进行加热回流8小时。回流后,将溶剂蒸发至干,测定萃取量。结果列于表9中。用甲醇作对比溶剂,进行同样试验,以这个试验中的萃取量为100,将其他试验的结果与此相对值评价来表示。
其他对比试验,是用丙酮和己烷进行同样试验。
将各试验的蒸发残余物进行气相色谱分析,发现在各残余物中含有尼古丁。实施例10-1至10-51
通过用表10中的稀释剂,稀释由含有聚氟代烷基的聚合物组成的防潮涂料。将由此而得的稀释的组合物涂复在印刷线路板的表面上,并在空气中干燥以在印刷线路板表面上形成防潮涂膜。用肉眼检查该防潮涂膜的干燥状况。结果列于表10之中。实施例11-1至11-51
将通过混合3份表11中所列的溶剂组合物、9.4份纯水、0.4份表面活性剂、1.6份十四烷酸异丙酯、0.4份滑石粉、0.2份香料及85份推进剂(1,1-二氯-2,2,2-三氟乙烷)而得的组合物充入气溶胶容器中并振荡几次,肉眼观察气溶胶组合物的分散性能。结果列于表11。实施例12-1至12-11
绝缘介质性能中最重要的绝缘性能是体积电阻率。一般是这样认为的,即如果具有至少为1013欧姆·厘米的体积电阻,那就可用作为绝缘介质。
本发明的绝缘介质组合物的体积电阻值列于表12中,在各种情况中,体积电阻均可符合上述标准。
本发明的新颖卤代烃溶剂是优异的,其破坏臭氧的能力与一般用作为溶剂的R113相比是非常小的,其毒性低于诸如三氯乙烯或全氯乙烯等的通常的氯代烃溶剂,因而,就基本上没有地下水污染问题。
此外,当用于各种用途时,与通常的R113或氯代烃相比它们可以明显提供相同或甚至更好效能。

Claims (10)
1.一种清洗组合物,其特征在于,它含有50-100重量%的化合物CF3CF2CHCl2和/或CClF2CF2CHClF;和0-50重量%选自下组的有机溶剂:烃、醇、酮、氯代烃、酯、芳香族化合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,它还含有0-10重量%表面活性剂。
3.化合物CF3CF2CHCl2和/或CClF2CF2CHClF的用途,其特征在于,它被用作溶剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,它被用作清洁用溶剂。
5.如权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,该溶剂用于干洗、去除油脂、去除抛光剂、去除焊剂、或漂洗。
6.如权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,该溶剂是保护层显影剂或保护层去除剂。
7.如权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,该溶剂用于去除沉积水。
8.如权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,该溶剂是萃取剂。
9.如权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,该溶剂是稀释剂。
10.如权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,该溶剂是气溶胶溶剂或绝缘介质。
