Abstract

本发明公开了一种多级磨轮式调节阀,包括阀体,其内部设有阀缸,阀缸内垂直插装有调节杆,其下侧设有调节部,调节部从上到下依次穿装有密封静轮、密封动轮和阀座,密封静轮和阀座卡装于阀缸的内壁上,密封动轮与调节杆相固定,密封静轮、密封动轮和阀座上设有相对应的竖直通孔,密封静轮上的通孔与进水口相连通,阀座上的通孔与出水口相连通,密封静轮与阀座之间还设有环形的密封动轮支撑圈,其高度大于密封动轮的高度。本发明,因为在密封静轮与阀座之间设有密封动轮支撑圈,在调解时流体的压力只会作用在密封动轮支撑圈上,而不会作用在密封动轮上,大大减小了调节时产生的摩擦力,保证了使用效果的同时增加了使用寿命。

多级磨轮式调节阀
技术领域
本发明涉及调节阀,具体涉及多级磨轮式调节阀。
背景技术
目前,油田注水驱油主要采用调节阀门控制注水流量。比如磨轮式调节阀:磨轮式调节阀在一侧形成有流体介质入口,另一侧形成有流体介质出口。在阀体的阀腔内部设置有下磨轮与上磨轮。下磨轮与上磨轮内对称形成有连通流体介质入口和流体介质出口的节流孔,两个磨轮相对称旋转运动,通过改变两个磨轮相对称的节流孔对接流通截面积,进行流量的调节。
但是,现有的磨轮式调节阀在生产过程中存在一定的缺陷,由于现有的磨轮式调节阀的上、下磨轮接触面经常摩擦,而且流体对磨轮产生一定的压力,使得上、下磨轮始终紧贴在一起,加大了摩擦强度,所以上、下磨轮接触面很容易因摩擦而产生磨损,发生漏水,影响到对油田注水水量的控制,也增加了阀门开关扭矩增加了电机输出功率,但造成电力资源的浪费,还直接影响智能流量控制器和磨轮式调节阀的使用寿命。同时,在高压力的工况下,磨轮调节阀的阀杆因磨损而造成的阀杆密封失效现象屡见不鲜。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是解决传统的磨轮式调节阀在使用时产生的摩擦力过大,从而影响使用效果,降低使用寿命的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是提供一种多级磨轮式调节阀,包括阀体,其外侧面上设有进水口和出水口,其内部设有阀缸,所述进水口和出水口分别与阀缸相连通,所述阀缸内垂直插装有调节杆,其上端与设置于所述阀缸顶部的驱动装置固定,其下侧设有调节部,所述调节部从上到下依次穿装有密封静轮、密封动轮和阀座,所述密封静轮和阀座卡装于所述阀缸的内壁上,所述密封动轮与调节杆相固定,所述密封静轮、密封动轮和阀座上设有相对应的竖直通孔,所述密封静轮上的通孔与进水口相连通,所述阀座上的通孔与出水口相连通,所述密封静轮与阀座之间还设有环形的密封动轮支撑圈,所述密封动轮支撑圈套装于密封动轮外侧,并卡装于所述阀缸的内壁上,其高度大于所述密封动轮的高度,其顶面抵靠于所述密封静轮的底面,其底面抵靠于所述阀座的顶面。
在上述方案中,所述密封动轮的顶面与底面上均设有不锈钢耐磨层。
在上述方案中,所述调节部上穿装固定有环形的密封座,所述密封座与调节杆之间为密封连接,其底面抵靠在所述密封静轮的顶面上,其上设有与所述密封静轮通孔相对应的竖直通孔。
在上述方案中,所述调节杆上侧外表面与所述阀缸内壁之间设有密封函。
在上述方案中,所述调节杆上穿装有弹簧,其上端抵靠于所述密封函的底面,下端抵靠于所述密封座的顶面。
在上述方案中,所述调节杆的周侧外表面涂有密封油脂。
本发明,因为在密封静轮与阀座之间设有密封动轮支撑圈,在调节时流体的压力只会作用在密封动轮支撑圈上,而不会作用在密封动轮上,大大减小了调节时产生的摩擦力,保证了使用效果的同时增加了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作出详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供的多级磨轮式调节阀,包括阀体,其外侧面上设有进水口21和出水口22,其内部设有阀缸2,进水口21和出水口分22别与阀缸2相连通,阀缸2内垂直插装有调节杆3,其上端与设置于阀缸2顶部的驱动装置1固定,其下侧设有调节部,调节部从上到下依次穿装有密封静轮4、密封动轮5和阀座6,密封静轮4和阀座6卡装于阀缸2的内壁上,密封动轮5与调节杆3相固定,密封动轮5的顶面与底面上均设有不锈钢耐磨层,增加了密封动轮5耐磨性,从而加长了使用寿命。密封静轮4、密封动轮5和阀座6上设有相对应的竖直通孔,密封静轮4上的通孔与进水口21相连通,阀座6上的通孔与出水口22相连通,密封静轮4与阀座6之间还设有环形的密封动轮支撑圈7,密封动轮支撑圈7套装于密封动轮5外侧,并且密封动轮支撑圈比密封动轮高度高0.02-0.04mm,密封并卡装于阀缸2的内壁上,其高度大于密封动轮5的高度,其顶面抵靠于密封静轮4的底面,其底面抵靠于阀座6的顶面。调节部上穿装固定有环形的密封座8,密封座8与调节杆3之间为密封连接,其底面抵靠在密封静轮4的顶面上,其上设有与密封静轮4通孔相对应的竖直通孔,通过密封座8可以防止注入液体从调节杆3与密封静轮4的连接处的缝隙泄露从而影响使用效果。调节杆3上侧外表面与阀缸2内壁之间设有密封函9,防止注入溶液从上端泄露。调节杆3上穿装有弹簧10,其上端抵靠于密封函9的底面,下端抵靠于密封座8的顶面,弹簧10分别给密封函9和密封座8一个作用力,进一步增加本装置的密封性。调节杆3的周侧外表面涂有密封油脂,增强密封性的同时还可以减少使用时产生的摩擦力。
在调节流量时,只需通过驱动装置1转动调节杆3,调节杆3转动的同时带动密封座8和密封动轮5转动,通过密封座8和密封动轮5的转动可以改变流道的横截面积,从而实现改变流量的功能,同时因密封动轮支撑圈7的存在,密封动轮5会在流体的作用力下,选择性的贴合阀座6或密封静轮4,而因流体回压带来细沙等也会在流体的作用下重新回到流道内。调节杆上涂有密封油脂,在磨损发生密封失效的情况下,会自动产生密封效果,辅助调节杆3密封,同时也降低了调节杆3的摩擦力。本发明,因为在密封静轮4与阀座6之间设有密封动轮支撑圈7,在调解时流体的压力只会作用在密封动轮支撑圈7上,而不会作用在密封动轮5上,大大减小了调节时产生的摩擦力,保证了使用效果的同时增加了使用寿命。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.多级磨轮式调节阀,包括阀体,其外侧面上设有进水口和出水口,其内部设有阀缸,所述进水口和出水口分别与阀缸相连通,其特征在于,所述阀缸内垂直插装有调节杆,其上端与设置于所述阀缸顶部的驱动装置固定,其下侧设有调节部,所述调节部从上到下依次穿装有密封静轮、密封动轮和阀座,所述密封静轮和阀座卡装于所述阀缸的内壁上,所述密封动轮与调节杆相固定,所述密封静轮、密封动轮和阀座上设有相对应的竖直通孔,所述密封静轮上的通孔与进水口相连通,所述阀座上的通孔与出水口相连通,所述密封静轮与阀座之间还设有环形的密封动轮支撑圈,所述密封动轮支撑圈套装于密封动轮外侧,并卡装于所述阀缸的内壁上,其高度大于所述密封动轮的高度,其顶面抵靠于所述密封静轮的底面,其底面抵靠于所述阀座的顶面。
2.如权利要求1所述的多级磨轮式调节阀,其特征在于,所述密封动轮的顶面与底面上均设有不锈钢耐磨层。
3.如权利要求1所述的多级磨轮式调节阀,其特征在于,所述调节部上穿装固定有环形的密封座,所述密封座与调节杆之间为密封连接,其底面抵靠在所述密封静轮的顶面上,其上设有与所述密封静轮通孔相对应的竖直通孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的多级磨轮式调节阀,其特征在于,所述调节杆上侧外表面与所述阀缸内壁之间设有密封函。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的多级磨轮式调节阀,其特征在于,所述调节杆上穿装有弹簧,其上端抵靠于所述密封函的底面,下端抵靠于所述密封座的顶面。
6.如权利要求1所述的多级磨轮式调节阀,其特征在于,所述调节杆的周侧外表面涂有密封油脂。
