Abstract
本发明公开了一种105℃低烟无卤阻燃三元乙丙橡胶电缆料及其制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶75-95、SG-4型PVC树脂30-40、PBT树脂10-15、防老剂DM1-2、防老剂RD1-2、氧化锌2-3、钛白粉3-6、微晶石蜡4-8、氢氧化铝10-15、三氧化钼5-10、硼酸锌8-12、促进剂TMTD1-2、硬酯酸2-3、气相白炭黑15-20、超细滑石粉10-15、纳米陶土10-15、脱氢乙酸1-2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯5-10、柠檬酸三丁酯4-8、硫磺2-3、复合填料3-5。本发明的电缆料阻燃效果优异,燃烧时发烟量非常少,不产生有毒气体,不产生腐蚀性气体,完全环保,且耐高温性好,可以在105℃下长期使用,不变形,不焦烧,能够正常传输信号或电能,经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种105℃低烟无卤阻燃三元乙丙橡胶电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
三元乙丙橡胶因其优良的耐老化、耐水、耐热变形及优良的电绝缘等性能,受到电缆工业的重视。目前,它已替代传统的丁苯、天然、丁基橡胶,在船用及移动用低、中压电缆上得到广泛的应用。但是同大多数碳氢高分子化合物一样,三元乙丙橡胶也很容易燃烧,氧指数较低,且耐高温性差,无法满足电线电缆的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种105℃低烟无卤阻燃三元乙丙橡胶电缆料及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种105℃低烟无卤阻燃三元乙丙橡胶电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶75-95、SG-4型PVC树脂30-40、PBT树脂10-15、防老剂DM1-2、防老剂RD1-2、氧化锌2-3、钛白粉3-6、微晶石蜡4-8、氢氧化铝10-15、三氧化钼5-10、硼酸锌8-12、促进剂TMTD1-2、硬酯酸2-3、气相白炭黑15-20、超细滑石粉10-15、纳米陶土10-15、脱氢乙酸1-2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯5-10、柠檬酸三丁酯4-8、硫磺2-3、复合填料3-5;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.取下列重量份的原料:硅藻土8-12、硅灰石6-10、纳米二氧化钛3-5、纳米碳化硅4-8、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷2-3、氧化镧2-3、氧化镨1-2、环氧大豆油10-15、二甲基硅油3-6、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯1-2、氯化石蜡5-8、水镁石粉3-6、硼矿渣粉2-3、促进剂NA-221-2;b、将铝矾土、硅灰石在480-520℃下煅烧4-6小时,冷却至室温后,放入浓度为10-15%盐酸溶液中煮沸20-30分钟,取出洗涤至中性,烘干、粉碎后与纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳化硅、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、水镁石粉和硼矿渣粉混合均匀,3000-5000rpm高速研磨15-20分钟,过300-400目筛;c、将过筛后的粉末与其余原料混合均匀即得。
105℃低烟无卤阻燃三元乙丙橡胶电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取三元乙丙橡胶、氧化锌、氢氧化铝、氧化镁、三氧化钼、促进剂TMTD、硬酯酸、气相白炭黑、纳米陶土、复合填料、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、硫磺加入炼胶机中,在75-85℃下炼胶10-15min,下料,得胶料A;
(2)取SG-4型PVC树脂、PBT树脂、硼酸锌、超细滑石粉、柠檬酸三丁酯、微晶石蜡加入炼胶机中,在70-80℃下炼胶8-12min,下料,得胶料B;
(3)将所得胶料A、胶料B以及其余原料一同送入双螺杆挤出机中进行混炼,双螺杆挤出机各段的加工温度分别设定为:第一段165-175℃,第二段170-180℃,第三段175-185℃,第四段180-190℃,第五段190-210℃,模头温度180-200℃,最后经风冷造粒,即得所需的电缆料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的电缆料阻燃效果优异,燃烧时发烟量非常少,不产生有毒气体,不产生腐蚀性气体,完全环保,且耐高温性好,可以在105℃下长期使用,不变形,不焦烧,能够正常传输信号或电能,经久耐用。
具体实施方式
一种105℃低烟无卤阻燃三元乙丙橡胶电缆料,由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶85、SG-4型PVC树脂35、PBT树脂12、防老剂DM1.5、防老剂RD1、氧化锌2.5、钛白粉4、微晶石蜡6、氢氧化铝15、三氧化钼6、硼酸锌10、促进剂TMTD1.5、硬酯酸2、气相白炭黑15、超细滑石粉15、纳米陶土10、脱氢乙酸1.5、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯8、柠檬酸三丁酯6、硫磺2、复合填料4;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.取下列重量(kg)的原料:硅藻土10、硅灰石8、纳米二氧化钛4、纳米碳化硅6、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷2、氧化镧3、氧化镨1、环氧大豆油10、二甲基硅油4、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯1.5、氯化石蜡6、水镁石粉4、硼矿渣粉2、促进剂NA-221.5;b、将铝矾土、硅灰石在510℃下煅烧5小时,冷却至室温后,放入浓度为15%盐酸溶液中煮沸25分钟,取出洗涤至中性,烘干、粉碎后与纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳化硅、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、水镁石粉和硼矿渣粉混合均匀,4000rpm高速研磨15分钟,过400目筛;c、将过筛后的粉末与其余原料混合均匀即得。
105℃低烟无卤阻燃三元乙丙橡胶电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取三元乙丙橡胶、氧化锌、氢氧化铝、氧化镁、三氧化钼、促进剂TMTD、硬酯酸、气相白炭黑、纳米陶土、复合填料、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、硫磺加入炼胶机中,在80℃下炼胶12min,下料,得胶料A;
(2)取SG-4型PVC树脂、PBT树脂、硼酸锌、超细滑石粉、柠檬酸三丁酯、微晶石蜡加入炼胶机中,在75℃下炼胶10min,下料,得胶料B;
(3)将所得胶料A、胶料B以及其余原料一同送入双螺杆挤出机中进行混炼,双螺杆挤出机各段的加工温度分别设定为:第一段170℃,第二段175℃,第三段180℃,第四段190℃,第五段205℃,模头温度195℃,最后经风冷造粒,即得所需的电缆料。
制得的电缆料的性能测试结果如下:

1.一种105℃低烟无卤阻燃三元乙丙橡胶电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶75-95、SG-4型PVC树脂30-40、PBT树脂10-15、防老剂DM 1-2、防老剂RD 1-2、氧化锌2-3、钛白粉3-6、微晶石蜡4-8、氢氧化铝10-15、三氧化钼5-10、硼酸锌8-12、促进剂TMTD 1-2、硬酯酸2-3、气相白炭黑15-20、超细滑石粉10-15、纳米陶土10-15、脱氢乙酸1-2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯5-10、柠檬酸三丁酯4-8、硫磺2-3、复合填料3-5;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.取下列重量份的原料:硅藻土8-12、硅灰石6-10、纳米二氧化钛3-5、纳米碳化硅4-8、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷2-3、氧化镧2-3、氧化镨1-2、环氧大豆油10-15、二甲基硅油3-6、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯 1-2、氯化石蜡5-8、水镁石粉3-6、硼矿渣粉2-3、促进剂NA-22 1-2;b、将铝矾土、硅灰石在480-520℃下煅烧4-6小时,冷却至室温后,放入浓度为10-15%盐酸溶液中煮沸20-30分钟,取出洗涤至中性,烘干、粉碎后与纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳化硅、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、水镁石粉和硼矿渣粉混合均匀,3000-5000rpm高速研磨15-20分钟,过300-400目筛;c、将过筛后的粉末与其余原料混合均匀即得。
2.如权利要求1所述的105℃低烟无卤阻燃三元乙丙橡胶电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
取三元乙丙橡胶、氧化锌、氢氧化铝、氧化镁、三氧化钼、促进剂TMTD、硬酯酸、气相白炭黑、纳米陶土、复合填料、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、硫磺加入炼胶机中,在75-85℃下炼胶10-15min,下料,得胶料A;
取SG-4型PVC树脂、PBT树脂、硼酸锌、超细滑石粉、柠檬酸三丁酯、微晶石蜡加入炼胶机中,在70-80℃下炼胶8-12min,下料,得胶料B;
将所得胶料A、胶料B以及其余原料一同送入双螺杆挤出机中进行混炼,双螺杆挤出机各段的加工温度分别设定为:第一段165-175℃,第二段170-180℃,第三段175-185℃,第四段180-190℃,第五段190-210℃,模头温度180-200℃,最后经风冷造粒,即得所需的电缆料。
