Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及具有高能见度的框架支撑车辆。这些框架支撑车辆包括自行车、三轮车、小轮摩托车以及其他类似车辆。
背景技术
在低亮度或能见度弱的条件下骑自行车或类似车辆时,需要的是增强其他车辆和行人发现该自行车的能力从而避免骑车的人受到意外撞击。目前,存在多种设计的零件市场的发光***为由自行车发射光亮。
市场上现有的发光***产生从自行车发射或反射的窄光束。这些选择实质上是定向的并且增加骑车人能见度的能力是有限的。光从自行车发射出来,而不是照亮自行车本身。
美国专利NO.5,823,653和NO.6,779,913公开了安装于自行车框架的灯。美国专利申请NO.2009/0080207公开了能够合并到半透明框架中的灯的用途。
然而,在这些***中,甚至在没有提供照明的情况下,通过所述半透明框架的光源也是可见的。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供一种框架支撑车辆,该车辆包括至少一个框架件和至少一个光源,所述框架件由形成漏光管的材料制成,所述光源用于将光发射到所述漏光管内,从而来自所述光源的光在所述光管内部传播并且在外部可见。术语“外部可见”表示所述光对于远离自行车的观察者来说是可见的。当然,所述光本身在所述自行车框架内部传播。
在一个实施方式中,所述框架支撑车辆是自行车,但也可以是三轮车、小轮摩托车或基于框架结构的其他类似的车辆。
光在所述光管内部传播,但与光纤不同,例如,所述光管刻意地设计为漏光的,因此在其内部传播的所述光在外部可见。将理解的是,所述光管可以为管或刚性杆的形式。
因此,根据本发明的实施方式的自行车框架或该自行车框架的部分由透明或半透明的光漫射材料制成,该材料能够被位于所述框架的一端或两端的光源照亮并且布置,因此光在所述框架的壁内传播并且由所述材料的大范围区域漫射。
实际上,本发明使自行车被照亮,而不是简单地从所述自行车和骑车的人发射光。
本发明的实施方式普遍采用塑造或组合自行车框架的形式,所述自行车框架由透明或半透明的聚合物制成。然后,所述框架安装有一系列发光件,所述发光件将光射入所述框架结构的端部,从而所述光沿所述框架的壁传播。由于所述框架材料的光传播性能,本方法中的所有主要框架部分都能够被照亮,因此所述自行车的主要部分为发光的。
所述框架结构在所述结构的材料内部沿所述框架结构的长度方向传播光,所述框架结构可以为杆或管的形式。
本发明的另一个方面包括一种框架结构,该框架结构用于框架支撑车辆,所述框架结构包括至少一根杆或管和至少一个光源,所述杆或管由形成漏光管的材料制成,所述光源用于将光发射到所述漏光管内,从而来自所述光源的光在所述光管内部传播并且在外部可见。
所述框架结构可以塑造为整体单元。

实施方式
图1示出用杆的组装节构造的样品,所述杆的组装节通过取自商业自行车框架的钢铁交叉点连接。主要的框架件1和2由聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate)杆替代。每个聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate)杆形成光管,所述光管具有安装在所述光管的每个端部的发光二极管(LED)发光件(图1中未示出)以将光发射到所述光管中。
在图2中所述发光件标记为3,图2示出由如图1中使用的固体杆制成的框架部,所述固体杆的两个端部安装有所述发光件。发光件3安装在所述固体杆端部的凹口3a中。
发光件3可以通过电池5或自行车轮胎发电机(未示出)供电。开关4可以设置以打开或关闭所述发光件。如果需要,开关4可以安装在车把上。在图1所示的实施方式中,有四个发光件和四个开关,每个固体杆的端部都有一个开关,当然,将理解的是,所述发光件可以连接于总开关。
所述发光件可以方便地嵌入所述框架件端部的空腔内。
如图2所示,光线6在部分所述固体光管内以与光纤大致相同的方式通过全反射传播,但与光纤传播不同的是,所述光管设计为漏光的,因此由于所述材料的光传播性能,光线8从部分所述杆漏出。另外,由于与光纤相比所述杆具有更大的直径,并不是所有的光线将以大于临界角的角度打在壁上,并且由于所述框架空气界面上的折射,这些光线(例如光线13)也将漏出。这使得一端被照亮的所述框架件具有与玩具光剑相似的发光外观。这种结构通常可以被看作为漏光管。
如果需要,可以通过在所述框架件中加入小玻璃珠或具有不同折射率的其他聚合物(例如纳米微粒)增强传播性能以增大所述材料的光漫射性能。
图4中更详细地示出,框架件1和2可以制成不同的纹理和蚀刻9。这些蚀刻具有刻面10,刻面10将以多种装饰性的设计将光折射出去并照亮所述自行车。当光打在所述刻面时,本来入射角大于临界角度的光将以小于全反射临界角的入射角入射,并穿过所述刻面出现。这种作用将使得所述刻面以及因此相关的蚀刻或雕刻具有克服所述发光框架的背景而被照亮的外观。本来以小于所述临界角的角度打在所述壁上的光线也将被折射出去。
框架件1和2可以由具有光漫射性能的从类似的聚合物或其他材料到碳聚酸酯制成。所述框架件可以为中空管或固体杆的形式。
图5示出所述框架件为中空管形式的实施方式。在这种情况下,光将在所述管的所述壁内传播,并且由于较多的光线将以大于所述临界角的角度打在分界线上,漏出的光将少于图2中所示的刚性杆的情况。同时,所述光源为典型的发光二极管(LED),如果需要可以使用其他光源。
另外,所述光源优选地安装在所述结构的端部的同时,所述光源也可以安装在其他位置,在这些位置,光将直接射入所述框架件以沿所述框架件的长度方向传播。然而,在所述框架件的整个长度方向上,所述光源将不能正常地在外部可见。
因此,根据本发明的实施方式,来自这些光源的光直接进入所述管,沿着所述管的通道传播以照亮整个框架部分。
在所述塑造框架中加入荧光材料以增强发光效应也是可能的。一种可能是使用在聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate)中嵌入或混入荧光材料的紫外发光二极管(UV LED)。
图6、图7以及图8a至图8d所述的实施方式包括一种塑造的聚碳酸酯框架件,该聚碳酸酯框架件包括一体制成的主体部分22、23和24。部分22和23可以是固体的,而部分24可以具有中空的端部以容纳车座的支柱。所述框架件的前部分具有垂直孔,该孔容纳钢套25以为前面的所述框架件支撑前轮。部分23和24的后交叉点具有孔,该孔容纳钢套26以容纳所述自行车的曲柄。
LED发光件27、28、29和30嵌入框架件20和23的端部,使得这些部件如参考图2所描述的发光。所述LED发光件可以为LED阵列的形式或单个高亮度的LED。
电池与卡扣盖一起***凹口31。可以设置开关(未示出)。所述电池可以为后部灯27和30供电。同样地,电池也可以与所述卡扣盖一起嵌入凹口40以为前端LED28、29供电。一旦安装所述部件,所述凹口可以通过盖子关闭。电线可以是外置的或在塑造过程中合并至所述框架件中的通道。由于电流很小,尽管在一个示例中设置了1/4”通道以容纳电线,也只有非常细的电线才被需要。
为了销售目的,可以在所述框架部分上雕刻图案这些图案包括体育队标志、团体标志、卡通人物、骷髅以及用于销售目的的类似物。然后,通过沿所述框架件传播的内部光的折射照亮,这些图案将鲜明地显现。
与现有技术的***不同,所述光源不需要是可见的,但被照亮的框架具有发光特性以使该框架具有高能见度。
Claims (12)
1.一种框架支撑车辆,该车辆包括通过多个结构性框架部分限定的一体塑造的框架和至少一个光源,所述结构性框架部分由固体聚碳酸酯杆制成并形成漏光管,至少一个所述光源嵌入到至少一个所述结构性框架部分的端部形成的凹口内以用于将光发射到该光源所在的所述漏光管内,从而来自至少一个所述光源的光在对应的结构性框架部分内轴向地传播,使得所述结构性框架部分发光从而在外部可见。
2.根据权利要求1所述的框架支撑车辆,其中,至少所述一个光源包括LED。
3.根据权利要求1所述的框架支撑车辆,其中,至少一个所述光源包括嵌入到至少一个所述结构性框架部分的两个端部的光源。
4.根据权利要求1所述的框架支撑车辆,其中,所述聚碳酸酯含有珠或颗粒,以增强光漫射性能。
5.根据权利要求4所述的框架支撑车辆,其中,所述聚碳酸酯具有荧光性能。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的框架支撑车辆,其中,至少一个所述结构性框架部分蚀刻或雕刻有标记,该标记通过从至少一个所述结构性框架部分内折射的光而照亮。
7.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的框架支撑车辆,所述车辆为自行车。
8.一种框架结构,该框架结构用于框架支撑车辆,所述框架结构包括塑造为整体单元的多个结构性框架部分和至少一个光源,所述结构性框架部分为固体聚碳酸酯杆并形成漏光管,至少一个所述光源嵌入到至少一个杆的端部形成的凹口内以用于将光发射到该光源所在所述漏光管内,从而来自所述光源的光在对应的杆内轴向地传播,使得所述杆发光且在外部可见。
9.根据权利要求8所述的框架结构,其中,至少一个光源包括LED。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的框架结构,其中,所述至少一个光源包括嵌入到相应的杆的两个端部的光源。
11.根据权利要求8或9所述的框架结构,其中,所述聚碳酸酯含有珠或颗粒,以增强聚合材料的光漫射性能。
12.根据权利要求8或9所述的框架结构,其中,所述杆蚀刻或雕刻有标记,该标记通过折射沿所述杆传播的光而照亮。
