Abstract

一种接线盒，用于与开关/插座面板配套使用，接线盒底壁上设有接线座固定装置，接线座通过固定装置固定在接线盒内。本发明的接线盒，结合快速安装接头使用，将电线进行归纳并预先固定在接线盒内，能够有效免除以往安装开关/插座时繁琐的操作过程。

一种接线盒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种专用于开关/插座的接线盒，属于开关、插座的优化技术。
背景技术
现有用于收纳电线和固定与接线盒内电线相连的开关/插座的开关/插座接线盒，主要分为明装和暗装两种，并已基本实现标准化，所以，不同厂家、品牌的开关/插座都能够互相配套使用。
现有的开关/插座与从接线盒引出的电线进行连接时，主要采用直接连接的方式，优点是连接简单，不需要增加额外的器材。通常采用螺丝把电线固定在开关/插座上的接线柱上，在安装过程中常遇到以下情况：一是如果预留的电线长度较短，开关/插座面板与接线盒间的安装距离也较小，使安装工具的活动空间不足导致安装困难；二是如果预留的电线长度较长，虽然克服了上述的问题，但由于接线盒的空间有限，要将大量的电线放进有限的空间也比较困难；如果接线数量较多或者分配方向较多或者线径较大时，接线盒就更难收纳了。
因此，需要寻找一种容易安装并且连接更为简单的接线盒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够快速安装的用于开关/插座的接线盒。
本发明的技术方案是：一种接线盒，用于与开关/插座面板配套使用，接线盒6底壁上设有固定快速安装接头的接线座1的固定装置，接线座通过固定装置固定在接线盒内；所述的接线座1上设有接线柱2和插孔3，接线柱2和插孔3互相垂直，每个接线柱2由一个或两个以上互相导通的接线口组成；接线柱2和插孔3通过连接导体4连接；所述的接线柱2、插孔3和连接导体4采用导电材料制作；所述的固定装置为设置在接线盒上的卡口61，接线座1通过把设在接线座上的卡座***卡口61固定在接线盒底壁上；所述的卡口61贯穿接线盒的底壁，卡座上的止位突起卡在接线盒的底壁外；围绕卡口61，在接线盒的底壁外侧设有固定槽，把接线座固定好后，把与固定槽相匹配的压条压进固定槽，使卡口及卡座被压条覆盖。
安装时，进入接线盒内的电线末端削去绝缘体后，把裸露部份按相位***相应的接线口内，再将与电线连接完毕的接线座向接线盒后壁的方向施压，使电线弯曲直至接线座到达位于接线盒内壁的接线座固定位置固定。
所述的固定装置为固定压槽，固定压槽固定在接线盒底壁内侧，固定压槽朝向底壁的一侧设有凹槽，在凹槽内设有贯穿到固定压槽另一端面的卡口61；所述的卡口61贯穿接线盒的底壁；接线座1通过把卡座***卡口61固定在接线盒底壁上；卡座上的止位突起位于凹槽内。
接线盒上设有五个方向的线孔64供电线进出。
有益效果：
1、提供一种能够固定快速安装接头的接线盒，将电线进行归纳并预先固定在接线盒内，能够有效免除以往安装开关/插座时繁琐的操作过程。
2、通过在开关/插座内使用本发明的接线盒，能够实现开关/插座的快速安装及快速拆卸。

具体实施方式
如图1到图6所示，一种接线盒，用于与开关/插座面板配套使用，接线盒6底壁上设有固定快速安装接头的接线座1的固定装置，接线座通过固定装置固定在接线盒内；所述的接线座1上设有接线柱2和插孔3，接线柱2和插孔3互相垂直，每个接线柱2由一个或两个以上互相导通的接线口组成；接线柱2和插孔3通过连接导体4连接；所述的接线柱2、插孔3和连接导体4采用导电材料制作。
快速安装接头主要包括接接线座和设在接线座上的接线柱和插孔。
安装时，进入接线盒内的电线末端削去绝缘体后，把裸露部份按相位***相应的接线口内，再将与电线连接完毕的接线座向接线盒后壁的方向施压，使电线弯曲直至接线座到达位于接线盒内壁的接线座固定位置固定。
所述的固定装置的设置有多种方案，优选方案为：所述的固定装置为设置在接线盒上的卡口61，接线座1通过把设在接线座上的卡座***卡口61固定在接线盒底壁上。
所述的卡口61贯穿接线盒的底壁，卡座上的止位突起卡在接线盒的底壁外。
围绕卡口61，在接线盒的底壁外侧设有固定槽，把接线座固定好后，把与固定槽相匹配的压条压进固定槽，使卡口及卡座被压条覆盖。
上述固定装置的优选方案的优点是接线盒能够做得较薄，卡座的止位突起突出在接线盒的底壁外。
所述的固定装置的另一优选方案为固定压槽，固定压槽固定在接线盒底壁内侧，固定压槽朝向底壁的一侧设有凹槽，在凹槽内设有贯穿到固定压槽另一端面的卡口61；所述的卡口61贯穿接线盒的底壁；接线座1通过把卡座***卡口61固定在接线盒底壁上；卡座上的止位突起位于凹槽内。
这种固定装置优选方案的优点是接线盒的背面平整度高。
接线盒上设有五个方向的线孔64供电线进出。
如图1至图3所示的接线盒的实施例，是用于单相插座或两位开关的接线盒。
如图4至图5所示的接线盒的实施例，是开关/三相电使用的接线盒的实施例。
上述两个实施例中，接线盒内只设置一个接头，该接头包括一个接线座，多个接线柱和插孔，即在一个接线座内设置多组接线柱和插孔。每组接线柱和插孔间互相导通，不同组的接线柱和插孔间不互相导通。
如图6所示，接线盒内设置多个接头，安装更为灵活方便。只有同相的接线柱和插孔才会共用一个接线座。

1.一种接线盒，用于与开关/插座面板配套使用，其特征在于：接线盒(6)底壁上设有固定快速安装接头的接线座(1)的固定装置，接线座通过固定装置固定在接线盒内；所述的接线座(1)上设有接线柱(2)和插孔(3)，接线柱(2)和插孔(3)互相垂直，每个接线柱(2)由一个或两个以上互相导通的接线口组成；接线柱(2)和插孔(3)通过连接导体(4)连接；所述的接线柱(2)、插孔(3)和连接导体(4)采用导电材料制作；所述的固定装置为设置在接线盒上的卡口(61)，接线座(1)通过把设在接线座上的卡座***卡口(61)固定在接线盒底壁上；所述的卡口(61)贯穿接线盒的底壁，卡座上的止位突起卡在接线盒的底壁外；围绕卡口(61)，在接线盒的底壁外侧设有固定槽(62)，把接线座固定好后，把与固定槽相匹配的压条(63)压进固定槽，使卡口及卡座被压条覆盖；接线盒上设有五个方向的线孔(64)供电线进出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接线盒，其特征在于：安装时，进入接线盒内的电线末端削去绝缘体后，把裸露部份按相位***相应的接线口内，再将与电线连接完毕的接线座向接线盒后壁的方向施压，使电线弯曲直至接线座到达位于接线盒内壁的接线座固定位置固定。
