Abstract

本发明提供一种玻璃与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:提供一玻璃件;在玻璃件表面涂覆活化液并烘干,该活化液为水解的硅烷偶联剂;在烘干后的活化液的表面喷涂胶水并烘干,该胶水为含有氨基官能团的胶水;注塑成型塑料件于玻璃件喷涂有胶水的表面。本发明提供一种上述方法所制得复合体。本发明所述方法工艺简单,成本低廉;且利用该种方法制得的复合体的玻璃件与塑料件结合牢固。

玻璃与塑胶的复合体及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃与塑胶的复合体及其制备方法。
背景技术
壳体作为电子装置主要零组件之一,其品质越来越受到消费者的关注。3D玻璃外壳由于具有良好的外观和触感,受到了越来越多消费者的青睐。
为利于后续的组装,3D玻璃外壳上往往还需要设置卡扣或螺柱等零部件,但它们无法在玻璃热压成型的过程直接形成。现有的玻璃件与塑料件的结合,通常在玻璃件与塑料件的结合界面上设置固体的粘结件或涂敷液体胶水,但是该类方法的结合强度均不高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结合牢固的玻璃与塑胶的复合体的制备方法。
另外,还有必要提供一种由上述制备方法所制得的复合体。
一种玻璃与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供一玻璃件;
在玻璃件表面涂覆活化液并烘干,该活化液为水解的硅烷偶联剂;
在烘干后的活化液的表面喷涂胶水并烘干,该胶水为含有氨基官能团的胶水;
注塑成型塑料件于玻璃件喷涂有胶水的区域。
一种玻璃与塑胶的复合体,其包括玻璃件和结合于玻璃件表面的塑料件,所述玻璃件与塑料件的界面结合处设置有一水解的硅烷偶联剂层和一胶水层,其中水解的硅烷偶联剂层与玻璃件直接结合,胶水层与塑料件直接结合,该胶水为含有氨基官能团的胶水。
本发明较佳实施例复合体的制备方法,先利用硅烷偶联剂对玻璃件进行表面活化,然后使用含氨基官能团的胶水涂敷于活化表面,再注塑塑料件于玻璃件涂覆有胶水的表面区域;该种方法工艺简单,成本低廉;且利用该种方法制得的复合体的玻璃件与塑料件结合牢固。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示的本发明玻璃与塑胶的复合体100,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)提供一玻璃件10。
(2)对玻璃件10进行表面活化处理。
由于玻璃的表面活性不高,为了使后续塑料件20与玻璃件10能牢固粘接,需对玻璃件10表面进行化学活化处理。将硅烷偶联剂和水混合均匀配制成活化液,其中硅烷偶联剂和水的质量比为3-5:97-95,硅烷偶联剂在水中发生水解。将水解25-40min后的活化液均匀涂于玻璃件10的局部表面。控制活化液的量,保证玻璃表面有一层活化液薄膜即可。然后将涂有活化液的玻璃件10置于80-120℃的烘箱中烘烤5-10min,使硅烷偶联剂与玻璃件10表面充分反应并形成一硅烷偶联剂层11。
玻璃表面含有丰富的Si-OH基团,水解后硅烷偶联剂也形成有Si-OH基团,两者之间的Si-OH基团缩聚形成Si-O-Si基团。硅烷偶联剂的另外一端的有机链裸露,利用有机链端基(环氧基团)的活性增加玻璃表面的活性。
(3)在玻璃件10表面喷涂胶水。
在硅烷偶联剂层11的表面喷涂一层胶水然后烘干干燥形成一胶水层13。该胶水为含有氨基官能团的胶水。该胶水优选含有聚氨酯和乙酸乙酯的胶水,乙酸乙酯为稀释剂,其中聚氨酯和乙酸乙酯的质量比为10:7。该胶水的烘干温度为40-60℃,烘干时间为10-20min。硅烷偶联剂的环氧基团可与聚氨酯中的氨基基团反应键合。所述硅烷偶联剂层11在玻璃件10与胶水层13之间起到一个桥接的作用,可使玻璃件10与塑料件20达到更牢固的结合。
(4)注塑塑料件20于玻璃件10表面。
烘干后的玻璃件10进行冷却后放置于注塑模具内,注射熔融的塑胶材料于玻璃件10形成有胶水层13的表面,冷却后成型为塑料件20。该塑料件20可为卡扣或螺柱。由于胶水的粘合作用,所述塑料件20能牢固地结合于玻璃件10的表面。
请再次参阅图1,本发明较佳实施例玻璃与塑胶的复合体100,其包括玻璃件10和结合于玻璃件局部表面的塑料件20,且所述玻璃件10与塑料件20的界面结合处设置有一水解的硅烷偶联剂层11和一胶水层13,其中水解的硅烷偶联剂层11与玻璃件10直接结合,胶水层13与塑料件20直接结合。该胶水层13为含有氨基官能团的胶水,优选含聚氨酯的胶水。
本发明较佳实施例复合体100的制备方法,先利用硅烷偶联剂对玻璃件10进行表面活化,然后使用含氨基官能团的胶水涂敷于活化表面,再注塑塑料件20于玻璃件10涂覆有胶水的区域,使制得的复合体100的玻璃件10与塑料件20结合牢固。该种方法工艺简单,成本低廉。

Claims (9)

1.一种玻璃与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供一玻璃件;
在玻璃件表面涂覆活化液并烘干,该活化液为水解的硅烷偶联剂;
在烘干后的活化液的表面喷涂胶水并烘干,该胶水为含有氨基官能团的胶水;
注塑成型塑料件于玻璃件喷涂有胶水的区域。
2.如权利要求1所述的玻璃与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其特征在于:该活化液中含有硅烷偶联剂和水,其中硅烷偶联剂和水的质量比为3-5:97-95。
3.如权利要求2所述的玻璃与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述涂于玻璃件的表面的活化液是硅烷偶联剂和水混合25-40min后的活化液。
4.如权利要求1所述的玻璃与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述活化液的烘干温度为80-120℃,烘干时间为5-10min。
5.如权利要求1所述的玻璃与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其特征在于:该胶水含有聚氨酯和乙酸乙酯。
6.如权利要求5所述的玻璃与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其特征在于:聚氨酯和乙酸乙酯的质量比为10:7。
7.如权利要求1所述的玻璃与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述胶水的烘干温度为40-60℃,烘干时间为10-20min。
8.一种玻璃与塑料的复合体,其包括玻璃件和结合于玻璃件表面的塑料件,其特征在于:所述玻璃件与塑料件的界面结合处设置有一水解的硅烷偶联剂层和一胶水层,其中水解的硅烷偶联剂层与玻璃件直接结合,胶水层与塑料件直接结合,该胶水为含有氨基官能团的胶水。
9.如权利要求8所述的玻璃与塑料的复合体,其特征在于:该胶水层中含有聚氨酯。
