本发明涉及一种属建筑外墙和装饰的涂料领域,特别涉及一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆及其制备方法;所述的一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆,各组分的配比按重量百分比如下:前期水25~35,防腐防霉剂0.2~0.8,润湿分散剂0.2~0.8,PH调节剂0.01~0.5,消泡剂0.01~0.5,铝粉10~15,成膜助剂2~5,防冻剂1~4,水性氟碳乳液40~50,增稠剂0.8~2,功能助剂0.01~0.5,后期水5~10;本发明使用特殊的制备工艺,克服现有施工技术的不足;省略了涂装过程中使用有气喷涂的过程,节省了施工能耗,降低了对环境噪音,避免了不必要的涂料喷涂对环境造成的空气污染;对施工降低施工难度,会水性滚涂施工的工人都可以满足施工操作。

Description

一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种属建筑外墙和装饰的涂料领域,特别涉及一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆及其制备方法。 
背景技术
目前的水性氟碳金属漆在施工方面;主要是以喷涂为主,并且喷涂技巧要求很高,如果喷涂技术不好还会导致水性氟碳金属漆的表面效果不好,即水性氟碳金属漆的铝粉排列不均匀、发花,气压的大小和出油量的大小都会影响喷涂的表面效果(雾化不好、流挂),所以施工难度非常的大。喷涂施工对不需要喷的窗台部位保护需要做全面的保护,滚涂施工既减少了保护工作量,同时施工也简单方便。 
发明内容
  本发明要解决的技术问题在于改变了普通的制备方法,克服现有施工技术的不足,省略了涂装过程中使用有气喷涂的过程,节省了施工能耗,降低了对环境噪音,避免了不必要的涂料喷涂对环境造成的空气污染。 
   为实现本发明的目的采用的技术方案是:一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆,其特征在于:各组分的配比按重量百分比如下:                  
       前期的水            25~35%        
       防腐防霉剂            0.2~0.8%                                     
       润湿分散剂            0.2~0.8%                                     
       PH调节剂             0.01~0.5%                                   
       消泡剂                0.01~0.5%                                  
       铝粉                  10~15%                                                                                            
成膜助剂              2~5%                                                                                                          
       防冻剂                1~4%                                                                                                         
水性氟碳乳液40~50%                                                                                      
       增稠剂                0.8~2%                                                                                                        
功能助剂0.01~0.5%                                                                                                        
       后期的水              5~10% 。
所述一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆的制备方法如下: 
①、首先将1/3前期的水水和成膜助剂、防冻剂、润湿分散剂混合加入铝粉,在500~700转速下混匀,浸泡2~4小时以上;
②、在500~700转速分散下依次加入剩余全部的前期的水、防腐防霉剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂分散10~15分钟; 
③、加入水性氟碳乳液,500~700转速下分散5~10分钟;
④、将功能助剂、增稠剂与后期的水混合好缓慢加入,调整到要求为止。 
所述铝粉在浸泡的方面需要特殊处理:首先加入少量的水把成膜助剂和防冻剂一起放入料缸,再慢慢加入铝粉和润湿分散剂搅拌均匀,放置2~4小时以上或浸泡更长时间效果会更好;主要是加强对铝粉的润湿性,提高水性氟碳漆的滚涂施工性。
所述成膜助剂有特殊的要求:需要添加部分的DPM(二丙二醇甲醚)做为成膜助剂以增加乳液和铝粉的成膜性,在使用时铝粉的排列效果更好;一般的醇脂十二针对普通乳液的成膜性还好,但是用在氟碳乳液里面的效果则不够好。 
所述增稠剂更优为采用不含APEO级溶剂,可以有效提升低剪粘度,可有效减少罐类之分水现象,减少施工时的飞溅,低粘度和方便贴加。 
所述前期的水是制漆用的,便于制漆时搅拌叶能够起到搅拌作用;后期的水是用于稀释增稠剂用和冲洗制漆缸的缸壁的用途。 
所述功能助剂的组分及配比按重量百分比计如下: 
水75-80%,防腐剂0.05-0.2%,消泡剂0.1-0.5%,有机膨润土10-20%。
所述功能助剂需要先制备好再添加,该添加剂的制备方法:将上述组分按水75-80%,防腐剂0.05-0.2%,消泡剂0.1-0.5%,有机膨润土10-20%的比例,依次加入高速搅拌15-20分钟;使之完全溶解成浅黄色粘稠液体,再做为添加剂添加到配方中。该功能助剂的功能主要是:改善水性氟碳金属漆的施工性,即改善涂料再施工时的抗飞溅性和滚涂性,有利的减少对环境的污染。 
本发明具有如下优点:本发明使用特殊的制备方法,克服现有施工技术的不足;省略了涂装过程中使用有气喷涂的过程,节省了施工能耗,降低了对环境噪音,避免了不必要的涂料喷涂对环境造成的空气污染;对施工降低施工难度,会水性滚涂施工的工人都可以满足施工操作。 
具体实施方式  
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行详细的说明。
     实施例1,一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆各组分的配比按重量百分比如下:                
       前期的水              25%        
       防腐防霉剂            0.8%                                     
       润湿分散剂            0.2%                                     
       PH调节剂             0.5%                                   
       消泡剂                0.5%                                  
       铝粉                  10%                                                                                                        
       成膜助剂              2%                                                                                                          
       防冻剂                4%                                                                                                         
水性氟碳乳液          50%                                                                                                             
       增稠剂                1.5%                                                                                                       
       功能助剂              0.5%                                                                                                        
       后期的水              5% 。
实施例2,一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆的各组分的配比按重量百分比如下:                
       前期的水              35%        
       防腐防霉剂            0.2%                                     
       润湿分散剂            0.5%                                     
       PH调节剂             0.1%                                   
       消泡剂                0.3%                                  
       铝粉                  11%                                                                                                        
       成膜助剂              5%                                                                                                          
       防冻剂                2%                                                                                                         
    水性氟碳乳液          40%                                                                                                             
       增稠剂                0.8%                                                                                                        
       功能助剂              0.1%                                                                                                        
       后期的水              5% 。
实施例3,一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆的各组分的配比按重量百分比如下:                
       前期的水              30%       
       防腐防霉剂            0.4%                                     
       润湿分散剂            0.8%                                     
       PH调节剂             0.2%                                   
       消泡剂                0.3%                                  
       铝粉                  12%                                                                                                        
       成膜助剂              3%                                                                                                          
       防冻剂                1%                                                                                                         
水性氟碳乳液          40%                                                                                                             
       增稠剂                2%                                                                                                        
       功能助剂              0.3%                                                                                                        
       后期的水              10% 。
实施例4,一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆的各组分的配比按重量百分比如下:                
       前期的水              30%       
       防腐防霉剂            0.2%                                     
       润湿分散剂            0.2%                                     
       PH调节剂             0.01%                                   
       消泡剂                0.01%                                  
       铝粉                  15%                                                                                                        
       成膜助剂              2%                                                                                                          
       防冻剂                1%                                                                                                        
水性氟碳乳液          45%                                                                                                             
       增稠剂                1.57%                                                                                                        
       功能助剂              0.01%                                                                                                        
       后期的水              5% 。

Claims (6)

1.一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆,其特征在于:各组分的配比按重量百分比如下:                  
       前期的水              25~35%  
       防腐防霉剂            0.2~0.8%                                     
       润湿分散剂            0.2~0.8%                                     
       PH调节剂             0.01~0.5%                                   
       消泡剂                0.01~0.5%                                  
       铝粉                  10~15%                                                                                                        
      成膜助剂              2~5%                                                                                                          
      防冻剂                1~4%                                                                                                         
水性氟碳乳液40~50%                                                                                                             
       增稠剂                0.8~2%                                                                                                      
       功能助剂              0.01~0.5%
       后期的水              5~10% 
所述功能助剂的组分和配比按重量百分比如下:
水75-80%,防腐剂0.05-0.2%,消泡剂0.1-0.5%,有机膨润土10-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆,其特征在于:所述增稠剂更优为采用不含APEO级溶剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆,其特征在于:所述功能助剂的制备方法:将下述组分按水75-80%,防腐剂0.05-0.2%,消泡剂0.1-0.5%,有机膨润土10-20%的重量百分比依次加入,高速搅拌15-20分钟,使之完全溶解成浅黄色粘稠液体。
4.上述一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法如下:
①、首先将1/3的前期的水和成膜助剂、防冻剂、润湿分散剂混合加入铝粉,在500~700转速下混匀,浸泡2~4小时以上;
②、在500~700转速分散下依次加入剩余全部的前期的水、防腐防霉剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂分散10~15分钟; 
③、加入水性氟碳乳液,500~700转速下分散5~10分钟;
④、将功能助剂、增稠剂与后期水混合好后缓慢加入,调整到要求为止。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆,其特征在于:所述铝粉在浸泡的工序需要经特殊处理:首先加入少量的水把成膜助剂和防冻剂一起放入料缸,再慢慢加入铝粉和润湿分散剂搅拌均匀,放置2~4小时以上或浸泡更长时间效果会更好。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种可滚涂施工的水性氟碳金属漆,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂有特殊的要求:需要添加部分的二丙二醇甲醚做为成膜助剂以增加乳液和铝粉的成膜性,在使用时铝粉的排列效果更好。
