本发明专利涉及调心滚子轴承技术领域,具体的说是冲压保持架调心滚子轴承;圈与内圈间设有保持架,滚子位于保持架上,保持架上设有中隔圈,所述保持架上设有第一导引面和第二导引面,切坡位于第一导引面和第二导引面之间,保持架上设有锁口;其有益效果是:在锁口处增加切坡,并增高锁口高度,避免切坡与滚子的接触,延长使用寿命,同时还能够达到增加存油量的目的,从而更好的润滑滚道,在切坡两侧设有导引面,增加滚子运行的平稳度,减小滚子的磨损。

技术领域本发明专利涉及调心滚子轴承技术领域,具体的说是新型结构的冲压保持架调心滚子轴承。
背景技术随着国内外轧机、鼓风机、矿山、港口、工程机械等领域快速发展,需要提高机械的生产效率,为适应设备的高承载、高可靠性、高速的要求,势必要求高速、高承载、高可靠性的轴承与之匹配;目前,国内使用的调心滚子轴承,大部分采用铜保持架,几年有的采用钢板冲压保持架,但转速也不能太高。转速过高,中挡圈零件磨损严重。为此研发一种新结构的带有冲压保持架的调心滚子轴承,具有高承载、高精度、高可靠性的轴承,成为当务之急。
发明内容鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种新型结构的冲压保持架调心滚子轴承。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术解决方案是:新型结构的冲压保持架调心滚子轴承,外圈与内圈间设有保持架,滚子位于保持架上,保持架上设有中隔圈,所述保持架上设有第一导引面和第二导引面,切坡位于第一导引面和第二导引面之间,保持架上设有锁口。
所述锁口高度高于滚子直径30%。
所述保持架的回转中心位于锁口高度点、滚子与保持架两端的接触点确定的圆的圆心。
所述切坡的坡面与滚子母线相切。
新型结构的冲压保持架调心滚子轴承,其有益效果是:在锁口处增加切坡,并增高锁口高度,避免切坡与滚子的接触,延长使用寿命,同时还能够达到增加存油量的目的,从而更好的润滑滚道,在切坡两侧设有导引面,增加滚子运行的平稳度,减小滚子的磨损。

根据附图对新型结构的冲压保持架调心滚子轴承具体说明如下:外圈1与内圈5间设有保持架3,滚子2位于保持架3上,保持架3上设有中隔圈4,所述保持架3上设有第一导引面6和第二导引面8,切坡7位于第一导引面6和第二导引面8之间,保持架3上设有锁口9。
所述锁口高度高于滚子直径30%。
所述保持架的回转中心位于锁口高度点、滚子与保持架两端的接触点确定的圆的圆心。
所述切坡7的坡面与滚子2母线相切。

1.冲压保持架调心滚子轴承,外圈(1)与内圈(5)间设有保持架(3),滚子(2)位于保持架(3)上,保持架(3)上设有中隔圈(4),其特征是:所述保持架(3)上设有第一导引面(6)和第二导引面(8),保持架(3)上设有锁口(9),在锁口(9)处增加切坡(7),切坡(7)位于第一导引面(6)和第二导引面(8)之间;
所述锁口(9)高度高于滚子直径30%;
保持架的回转中心位于锁口(9)高度点、滚子(2)与保持架(3)两端的接触点确定的圆的圆心;
所述切坡(7)的坡面与滚子(2)母线相切。
