Description

床板驱动机构、病床以及患者成像和传送设备
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗成像设备领域,尤其涉及床板驱动机构、采用该床板驱动机构的病床以及具有该病床的患者成像和传送设备。
背景技术
通常,可利用多种不同的成像技术对患者扫描成像,以进行诊断。这些成像技术可包括磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)、计算机层析检查(computer tomography,CT)、X射线成像(X-rayimaging)、正电子发射层析成像(positron emission tomography,PET)等。采用这些成像技术的患者成像和传送设备一般包括可移动的病床,以实现对患者的传送和精确定位。
如图1所示,一种采用磁共振成像技术的患者成像和传送设备一般包括以下三个部分:病床21,成像***22以及后机架23。在此设备中,该成像***22为磁共振成像***。该病床21是可移动的,以靠近该成像***22。该病床21也可上下升降,以调节患者的高低位置。该病床21包括床板24,且该床板24可相对病床21的床基移动,从而承载患者进入该成像***22的磁体空间。当该床板24的前部穿过磁体空间并移出磁体空间时,该成像***22内的桥25可对床板24形成支撑。该后机架23上有床板牵引部件26和驱动电机27。驱动电机27带动该床板牵引部件26。床板牵引部件26穿过并伸出磁体空间和床板24挂接,从而驱动床板24使之运动。
这种设备的结构存在以下问题:由于后机架23的存在,占据了较大的空间,并且妨碍医生在做成像诊断的同时对患者进行手术等操作。
由于该后机架23的作用是对伸入磁体空间的床板24形成支撑以及驱动床板24的运动,因此,为了去掉后机架23,必须提出新的床板驱动机构。
现有技术中已经存在一种两层式床板驱动机构,其在病床和床板之间增设一可移动的中间床板。通常,这种两层式床板驱动机构采用两个驱动电机来分别驱动该中间床板和床板,以实现该床板的大的行进范围。但是,这种机构由于采用了两个驱动电机而使得设备成本高、结构复杂且床板的移动精度较低。
日本专利申请公开第2010-57700A号公开了一种改进的两层式床板驱动机构。如图2所示,该床板驱动机构包括驱动电机5、传动带6、辅助床板3和传动带2。该驱动电机5通过轴杆9和固定在床基4上的两个带轮12而驱动传动带6。该辅助床板3通过固定在传动带6上的支撑件16支撑,并从而随该传动带6一起移动。两个带轮13固定在辅助床板3上,紧固件14固定在床板1上并且固定在环形的传动带2的一侧上,且紧固件15固定在床基4上并且固定在传动带2的另一侧上。从而,当辅助床板3移动时,传动带2被迫转动且带动床板1移动。在该图2所示的床板驱动机构中,该床板1可看作上层床板,该辅助床板3可看作下层床板,从而构成两层式床板驱动机构。在这种两层式床板驱动机构中,虽然采用了一个驱动电机5,但是其采用了两条传动带分别驱动上层床板和下层床板。由于传动带和带轮之间会存在运动不同步的问题,因此使得床板1的移动精度仍然较低。
因此,有必要提供一种可克服上述缺点的床板驱动机构、病床以及患者成像和传送设备。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中床板的移动精度较低的问题,本发明提供一种床板驱动机构。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种床板驱动机构,该床板驱动机构包括:驱动电机;中间框架,其具有第一端和与该第一端相对的第二端;螺杆与螺母传动装置,其设置在该驱动电机和该中间框架之间,该螺杆与螺母传动装置由该驱动电机驱动以便带动该中间框架做直线往返运动;转轴,其带有第一传动轮和齿轮并且安装在该中间框架的第一端处;传动带,其套在该第一传动轮和安装在该第二端处的第二传动轮上;齿条,其与该齿轮啮合,使得当该中间框架做直线往返运动时,该齿条迫使该齿轮旋转并进而带动该第一传动轮旋转,该第一传动轮的旋转驱动该传动带转动;以及,床板连接件,其固定在该传动带上,该床板连接件用于连接床板并且带动床板做直线往返运动。
根据本发明的优选方面,该螺杆与螺母传动装置包括螺杆和螺母,该螺杆安装在该驱动电机上并由该驱动电机驱动而旋转,该螺母固定在该中间框架的第一端处并与该螺杆啮合。
根据本发明的优选方面,该螺杆与螺母传动装置为螺母丝杠结构。
根据本发明的优选方面,该第一传动轮或第二传动轮为带轮。
根据本发明的优选方面,该齿轮和该齿条的数量均为两个,该两个齿轮分别固定在该转轴的两端,该两个齿条分别位于该中间框架的两侧,并且该两个齿条分别与该两个齿轮啮合。
根据本发明的优选方面,该中间框架上安装有引导件,该引导件用于引导该中间框架进行直线运动。
本发明还提供一种病床,其包括上述的任一种床板驱动机构、床基和床板。该床板通过该床板连接件连接到该传动带上,该驱动电机和该齿条设置在该床基上。
本发明还提供一种患者成像和传送设备,其包括成像***和上述的病床,该床板能够在该传动带的带动下进入该成像***的空间内。
根据本发明的优选方面,该成像***为磁共振成像***。
根据本发明的优选方面,该成像***的空间内包括床板支撑件,该床板支撑件用于当该床板进入该成像***的空间内时支撑该床板。
相比于现有技术,本发明的床板驱动机构、病床及患者成像和传送设备具有如下有益效果。本发明由于采用了螺杆与螺母传动装置取代现有技术中的一条传动带来驱动中间框架,从而提高了床板的移动精度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例来对本发明进行更详细的描述。本领域技术人员应当理解,这些实施方式仅仅列举了一些本发明的具体实施例,对本发明及其保护范围无任何限制。
请参照图3,其示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的床板驱动机构300。该床板驱动机构300包括驱动电机31、由螺杆32和螺母33构成的螺杆与螺母传动装置、中间框架40、传动带41、转轴42、齿条45以及床板连接件46。该转轴42带有第一传动轮43和齿轮44。
在组装时,该螺杆与螺母传动装置设置在该驱动电机31和该中间框架40之间,该螺杆与螺母传动装置由该驱动电机31驱动以便带动该中间框架40做直线往返运动。具体而言,该螺杆与螺母传动装置的螺杆32安装在该驱动电机31上并由该驱动电机31驱动而旋转,该螺母33固定在该中间框架40的第一端处并与该螺杆32啮合,从而,根据相对运动的原理,该螺杆32的正反旋转运动迫使螺母33和中间框架40做直线往返运动。当然,该螺杆与螺母传动装置的螺杆32和螺母33的安装位置也可相互替换,其同样能够带动该中间框架40做直线往返运动。另外,该螺杆32和螺母33之间还可设有滚珠,从而构成螺母丝杠结构。
该转轴42可安装在该中间框架40的第一端处。该中间框架40还具有与其第一端相对的第二端。该传动带41套在该第一传动轮43和安装在该第二端处的第二传动轮48上。该齿条45与该齿轮44啮合,使得当该中间框架40做直线往返运动时,该齿条45迫使该齿轮44旋转并进而带动该第一传动轮43旋转。该第一传动轮43的旋转驱动该传动带41转动。该床板连接件46固定在该传动带41上,该床板连接件46用于连接床板(参见图4中的床板50)并且带动床板做直线往返运动。
根据本发明的优选实施例,该驱动电机31可为电动机。该第一传动轮43可为带轮,以便和传动带41配合传动。第一传动轮43优选为同步带轮,传动带41优选为同步带。该第二传动轮48可为带轮。该齿轮44和该齿条45的数量优选为两个。该两个齿轮44分别固定在该转轴42的两端,该两个齿条45分别位于该中间框架40的两侧,并且该两个齿条45分别与该两个齿轮44啮合,以使该中间框架40两侧所受的驱动力均匀。该中间框架40上还可安装引导件47,该引导件47用于引导该中间框架40的直线运动。该螺杆32的两端还可通过轴承34支撑。该转轴42也可通过轴承设置在中间框架40的第一端处。
请参照图4,其示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的患者成像和传送设备400,该患者成像和传送设备400采用图3所示的床板驱动机构300并且还包括床板50、床基60和成像***70。其中,该床板驱动机构300与该床基60和床板50构成根据本发明的一个实施例的病床。该床板50通过上述的床板连接件46连接到该传动带41上。该驱动电机31和该齿条45可设置在该床基60上。上述的轴承34可固定在该床基60上。上述的引导件47可与固定在该床基60上的导引通道配合。该床板50能够在该传动带41的带动下进入该成像***70的空间内。
根据本发明的优选实施例,该成像***70可为磁共振成像***。相应地,该成像***70的空间为磁共振成像腔。当然,该成像***70也可为计算机层析检查***、X射线成像***、正电子发射层析***等。另外,该成像***70的空间内也可包括床板支撑件,该床板支撑件用于当该床板50进入该成像***70的空间内时支撑该床板50。
请参照图5,其是图3所示的床板驱动机构300的平面示意图,其中省略了引导件47。从该图5中可以看出,该螺杆32已经驱动该中间框架40运动到了中间框架40的最远距离。相应地,当床板50固定在该传动带41上时,其也应运动到了最远距离。
请参照图6,其是图4所示的患者成像和传送设备400的工作机制图。其中,床板50在中间框架40的载送以及传动带41的驱动下,穿过并部分地伸出成像***70的空间。该床板50的运动速度V为中间框架40的速度V1和传动带41相对于中间框架40的速度V2之和。因此,该床板50可被加速运动且能够获得大的行进范围。另外,该速度V1和速度V2之比可由齿轮44和第一传动轮43的直径决定,从而使得床板50和中间框架40的速度比灵活可调。
相比于现有技术,本发明的床板驱动机构、病床及患者成像和传送设备具有如下有益效果。本发明由于采用了螺杆与螺母传动装置取代现有技术中的一条传动带来驱动中间框架,从而提高了床板的移动精度。另外,由于床板的行进范围增大,因此可以适当缩短该床板的长度。此外,由于床板是通过床板连接器与传动带相连接,因此在紧急情况下能够快速地解除这种连接。
以上所述仅用于示例性地描述本发明,并不用于限制本发明。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以对本发明做出若干改进、修改、和变形,但这些改进、修改、和变形在不脱离本发明精神的前提下都应视为落在本申请的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种床板驱动机构,其特征在于,所述床板驱动机构包括:
驱动电机;
中间框架,其具有第一端和与所述第一端相对的第二端;
螺杆与螺母传动装置,其设置在所述驱动电机和所述中间框架之间,所述螺杆与螺母传动装置由所述驱动电机驱动以便带动所述中间框架做直线往返运动;
转轴,其带有第一传动轮和齿轮并且安装在所述中间框架的第一端处;
传动带,其套在所述第一传动轮和安装在所述第二端处的第二传动轮上;
齿条,其与所述齿轮啮合,使得当所述中间框架做直线往返运动时,所述齿条迫使所述齿轮旋转并进而带动所述第一传动轮旋转,所述第一传动轮的旋转驱动所述传动带转动;以及
床板连接件,其固定在所述传动带上,所述床板连接件用于连接床板并且带动床板做直线往返运动。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的床板驱动机构,其特征在于,所述螺杆与螺母传动装置包括螺杆和螺母,所述螺杆安装在所述驱动电机上并由所述驱动电机驱动而旋转,所述螺母固定在所述中间框架的第一端处并与所述螺杆啮合。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的床板驱动机构,其特征在于,所述螺杆与螺母传动装置为螺母丝杠结构。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的床板驱动机构,其特征在于,所述第一传动轮或第二传动轮为带轮。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的床板驱动机构,其特征在于,所述齿轮和所述齿条的数量均为两个,所述两个齿轮分别固定在所述转轴的两端,所述两个齿条分别位于所述中间框架的两侧,并且所述两个齿条分别与所述两个齿轮啮合。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的床板驱动机构,其特征在于,所述中间框架上安装有引导件,所述引导件用于引导所述中间框架进行直线运动。
7. 一种病床,其特征在于,所述病床包括床基、床板和根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的床板驱动机构,所述床板通过所述床板连接件连接到所述传动带上,所述驱动电机和所述齿条设置在所述床基上。
8. 一种患者成像和传送设备,其特征在于,所述患者成像和传送设备包括成像***和根据权利要求7所述的病床,所述床板能够在所述传动带的带动下进入所述成像***的空间内。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的患者成像和传送设备,其特征在于,所述成像***为磁共振成像***。
10. 根据权利要求8所述的患者成像和传送设备,其特征在于,所述成像***的空间内包括床板支撑件,所述床板支撑件用于当所述床板进入所述成像***的空间内时支撑所述床板。
