背景技术
此类液压扭矩扳手通常通过长达10m的软管连接到液压单元,所述液压单元包括泵。以此方式,操作液压扭矩扳手的操作者不再能看见液压单元。然而,当在视觉上检查来确定实际上已达到设定压力时,对压力计的观察是必要的,所述压力计布置在液压单元附近。因此,操作者希望能够在无须找出液压单元的当前位置的情况下通过远程控制器调节及读取液压单元的所有功能,例如,所述液压单元远离扭矩扳手。
已在现有技术中提供各种可能的解决方案来解决此问题。
第一个解决方案在于通过压力计预选压力。在此,通常通过手动调压器及压力计来调节所要压力。只要达到设定压力即触发溢流阀。在此情况下,可维持设定的最终压力。
另一版本涉及通过压力开关预选压力。在此,用压力开关控制设定的所要压力。当达到最终压力时,压力开关中断液压流体供应。设定的最终压力无法通过此方法来维持。
通过压力计预选压力的第一个上述建议具有以下缺点:操作者必须自己在液压单元处直接执行压力的每一调节或校正。然而,由于操作者与控制单元及液压扳手都远离运行中的液压单元,所以此种调节是不太可能的。在压力计处对最终压力的视觉检查还必须在一空间距离下以此方式执行,所以可能发生读取误差。然而,因为维持了设定的压力,所以可控制螺纹连接的蠕变(即,由于塑性流引起的夹紧力的降低)且基本上可持续任何时间长度施加压力。
尽管第二个上述版本(“通过压力开关的压力预选”)使得压力能够与液压单元分离地调节,但是此处的缺点在于:由于开关中断液压供应及因而在某种程度上中断“流动压力”,所以无法维持压力。无法以此方式补偿螺纹连接的蠕变。
发明内容
本发明基于提供电路布置的目的,所述电路布置使得操作者能够通过呈远程控制器形式的操作部分来操作(例如)整体连接到液压单元的液压扳手且,同时所述电路布置还使得操作者能够通过所施加的压力控制螺纹连接的短期蠕变。发生此情况是由于还在此情况下维持了压力。
通过所描述种类的电路布置实现此目的,在于:活塞汽缸单元可由泵通过比例阀控制,所述比例阀充当供流与回流之间的换向单元且所述比例阀充当压力限制单元。
本发明的基本理念为将用于极高压力的比例阀***活塞汽缸单元的供流/回流中的用于液压单元的电路布置中。以此方式,比例阀设计为高达800巴。可以电气方式控制比例阀,其中阀的开口横截面可根据控制变量(例如,控制电压)而变化。
本发明的有利改进及实施方式为重新参阅权利要求1的附属权利要求的主题。因此,有利的改进说明可由控制装置控制比例阀。布置在供应管路及/或回流管路中的量测量构件及/或压力测量构件的信号可反馈到所述控制装置。
为了使得控制能够与液压单元分离地执行,规定数据可由操作者通过远程控制单元馈送到控制装置。
控制装置根据量测量构件及/或压力测量构件的信号通过比例阀控制施加到活塞汽缸单元的压力。因此,可调控压力,此举允许维持压力且因而此举还允许补充螺纹连接的上述短期蠕变。

具体实施方式
液压扭矩扳手具有活塞汽缸单元18,所述活塞汽缸单元18具有布置在汽缸26中的活塞19、具有在活塞杆侧上布置在活塞杆21的侧面上的压力腔20且具有汽缸腔28。
活塞杆侧上的压力腔20及汽缸腔28通过液压管路(液压回流管路13及液压供应管路14)连接到水槽10,所述液压回流管路13开口直至活塞杆侧上的压力腔20中,且所述液压供应管路14开口直至汽缸腔中。由马达M驱动的单级或多级泵11布置在水槽10中。泵11自身及泵11的马达M可布置在液压流体中以用于冷却。
可由控制装置16通过电气控制电缆27控制的比例阀12连接在活塞汽缸单元与水槽10之间。控制装置16转而可由远程控制单元31通过电缆设置或无线地设置,换句话说,数据在控制装置16与远程控制单元31之间交换。
量测量测构件15布置在液压回流管路13中。液压供应管路14具有压力测量构件22。量测量测构件15的输出信号及压力测量构件22的输出信号通过电缆17和电缆23馈送到控制装置16。
例如,由位于待产生的螺纹连接附近的操作者(未图示)来控制电路布置。通过远程控制单元31,此操作者可指定馈送到控制单元16的所要数据,例如,螺纹连接的拧紧力矩。控制单元16根据由压力测量构件22测量的压力,且若需要,还根据由量测量构件15测量的流体的回流量来计算针对比例阀12的控制信号。液压供应管路14的开口横截面根据此电气控制信号变化,且因此液压供应管路14中的压力根据此电气控制信号变化,且因此汽缸腔28中的压力根据此电气控制信号变化。此时必须注意,还可省略量测量构件15。通过压力测量构件22测量压力足以用于调节压力。
通过此电路布置,比例阀12具有两个功能。第一,比例阀12执行供流与回流之间的换向单元的功能;且第二,比例阀12充当压力限制构件以便设定并维持压力,所述压力由操作者通过远程控制单元31预设。此情况还使得蠕变过程得以补偿,所述蠕变过程发生在产生施加极高力矩的螺纹连接时。比例阀经设计以用于可高达800巴的极高压力。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于操作具有活塞汽缸单元(18)的液压扭矩扳手或类似装置的电路布置,所述活塞汽缸单元(18)可由泵(11)控制在可指定压力下,所述电路布置特征在于所述活塞汽缸单元(18)可由所述泵(11)通过比例阀(12)控制,所述比例阀(12)充当供流与回流之间的换向单元且所述比例阀(12)充当压力限制阀。
2.如权利要求1所述的电路布置,所述电路布置特征在于所述比例阀(12)可由控制装置(16)控制,布置在所述供流及/或回流中的量测量构件(15)及/或压力测量构件(22)的信号可反馈到所述控制装置(16)。
3.如权利要求2所述的电路布置,所述电路布置特征在于所述控制装置(16)由操作者通过远程控制单元(31)设定,所述远程控制单元(31)为有线的或所述远程控制单元(31)无线地与所述控制装置(16)通信。
4.如前述权利要求中的一项所述的电路布置,所述电路布置特征在于根据所述量测量构件(15)及/或所述压力测量构件(22)的所述信号来控制所述比例阀(12)。
