背景技术
由EP 1 901 934 B1公知一种用于机动车辆的空气弹簧设施的空气供应装置。该空气弹簧设施具有彼此分开的进气管路和排气管路,其中,在进气管路中布置有空气过滤器并且在排气管路中布置有***。

根据本发明设置一种装置,其中,处理器布置在压缩机与第一止回阀和第二止回阀之间。由此,如下是可能的,即,用于抽吸空气和放出空气的共同的处理器与第一和第二止回阀连接,从而确保了空气能够流过独立的抽吸路径和放气路径。在此,用于流出空气的处理器构造成***而用于输入空气的处理器构造成空气过滤器和***。因为***和空气过滤器或者***现在不必作为分离的构件使用在车辆中,而是可以省掉其中一个构件,这使得制造成本和结构空间得到减少。同时,排出空气在流过处理器时能够对其进行清洁。

就车辆中的简化安装和避免其他密封部位而言,如下是有利的,即,压缩机和空气干燥器实施为组件,该组件具有用于进气管路和排气管路的共同的接口。由此,如下是可能的,即,将组合在模块中的处理器、第一和第二止回阀简单并快速地与压缩机和原有的空气干燥器连接。

为了泄放压缩空气,来自空气弹簧的排出空气为了绕过压缩机而经由旁路导引,此后,排出空气流过处理器,布置在进气管路中的第一止回阀通过排出空气的压力和弹簧力而关闭并且布置在排气管路中的第二止回阀通过排出空气的压力而打开。

Claims (10)
