Abstract
本发明涉及一种层压装饰板,其具有由纤维材料或切削材料制成的芯,在所述芯的至少一侧上的含树脂的中间层,具有所仿效的材料表面图形图像的没有用树脂浸渍的装饰层,和其中压入所仿效的材料表面结构的具有凸起形状的复制品的透明覆盖层,其中所述中间层由以液态施加到所述芯上的、可通过压力和/或热固化的胶构成。
Description
本分案申请是基于申请号为200880021587.7,申请日为2008年6月4日,发明名称为“层压装饰板及其制造方法”的原始中国专利申请的分案申请。
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的上位概念的层压装饰板及其制造方法。
这种装饰板例如由WO 03/095202A1是已知的。它由纤维材料构成的板状芯、在一侧上的含树脂中间层、装饰层和配备有凸起(Relief)的覆盖层构成,在另一侧具有反向作用层(Gegenzugschicht)。所述装饰层表现出所模仿(limitierten)的材料的表面的图形图像。在此过程中,所述覆盖层的凸起必须正好匹配地布置在装饰层的模型之上。这通过将通常由印刷的纸构成的装饰层优选在没有粘合剂浸渍的情况下放置在中间层上而实现,由此避免了用于覆盖层的凸模(Reliefstempel)尺寸的变化。
在此,在热压之前以所述芯上的固态涂层的形式或者以分开的事先制备的粘附层的形式形成所述含树脂的中间层。这个层的粘合剂含量必须根据热压期间相邻层的吸收力来定。此外必要的是,将所述印刷的装饰纸在热压之前切割且正好匹配地放置到预备的芯板上。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种更简单和更低成本制造的层压的装饰板,并且给出其制造方法。
所述目的通过根据权利要求1的装饰板和根据从属权利要求8的方法来实现。
已经发现,如果使用液态、可通过压力和/或热固化的胶,分开制造含树脂的中间层不再是必要的。这种胶可以在同一工序中施加,在该工序中安装装饰层和任选地覆盖层。装饰层的切割是多余的,因为可以利用常用的印刷技术保证匹配准确性。由此实现制造方法显著的简化和成本降低。
现在可以直接在制造过程中经由施加胶来顾及到所述芯和装饰层的吸收力。特殊涂覆的芯材料或中间层材料的贮存性是不必要的。
所述液态、可通过压力和/或热固化的胶优选是脲醛胶。这样的胶一般作为双组分体系供应并且在应用前很短时间才混合。它们可以通过加热而固化。特定的产品在压力下即使在环境温度时也足以固化,以固定装饰层。适当的产品例如是瑞典斯德哥尔摩的Casco Adhesives公司的带有固化剂2547的粘合剂1206。
同样优选的胶是三聚氰胺甲醛胶。如果为此使用与制造覆盖层相同的产品,这种胶是有利的并且起到简化制造方法的作用。还可以使用三聚氰胺脲醛胶。
在一个优选的实施方式中,以不含纤维素的方式形成所述覆盖层。其特别是不包括含纤维素的载体层如纸等。优选的用于覆盖层的材料是三聚氰胺树脂或丙烯酸类漆(Acryllacke)。还可以使用PVC。可以将硬的固体的精细粉末导入到这些覆盖层材料中,由此提高耐磨性。适合于此的例如是刚玉。
不含纤维素的覆盖层的优点是更高的透明度。此外,它们可更简单且成本更低地制造,因为不需要含纤维的载体材料并且省略了其单独的浸渍。
所述覆盖层可以以由热塑性材料构成的膜或作为液体施加到所述装饰层上。
作为装饰层特别优选印刷的纸。经印刷的一侧可以利用薄的漆膜来覆盖,然而该漆膜不浸渍纸层并且不改变其尺寸。
适合作为芯材料的是纤维材料如高密度纤维板(HDF)或中密度纤维板(MDF)或者还有刨花板。特别优选HDF。
如果所述装饰层和覆盖层只存在于所述芯的一侧,符合目的的是,在另一侧安装所谓的反向作用层,从而防止成品板由于温度或湿度的影响而变形或弯曲。这个层的厚度根据另一侧的涂层来调整。对所述层适合的是例如带有作为胶的固态或液态树脂的中性纸。
本发明还包括一种根据并列的权利要求8的用于制造上述根据本发明的层压装饰板的方法。所述方法相对于现有技术更简单,因为其可以在一个或两个工序中进行。也就是还可以将所述液态、可通过压力和/或热固化的胶的施加、装饰层的放置和压紧以及任选地反向作用层的安装在一个工序中作为层合方法来实施,并且之后在第二工序中将覆盖层作为液态层或薄膜来施加,并然后在压力和热作用下使整个层结构固化,其中同时在覆盖层的表面中通过适当构造的压制工具来使凸起结构成型。在第一个工序中,在此可以不用热来运行。第二工序可以紧接着第一工序,从而可以连续运行。在第一工序中,例如可以使用压延机(Kalanderpresse),其配备有用于芯材料和装饰层以及任选地反向作用材料的适当的导入装置和用于液态胶的施加装置。在压延之后可以任选地分离所述板并且在短周期压机(Kurztaktpresse)中在压力和热作用下固化。所述第二工序还可以在加热的双带压机中连续进行,其中之后可以将所述板根据需要分离。
所述用于表面凸起成型的压制工具(例如板或辊)可以设置到装饰层的模型上,例如装饰层上通过光电读取的注册标记(Passmarken)。由此改善了表面细孔与可见的模型相关联的材料,例如木材的模仿。还可以连续工作,因为所述装饰层不再需要切割和任选地需要手动放置到所述芯上。
当然在第一工序之后还可以将所述产品任选地中间存储(Zwischengelagert)。
还可以制造具有特别深的表面结构的根据本发明的装饰板,如果所述中间层在压入过程中仍然是柔性的和/或适当地选择所述覆盖层的厚度。
根据本发明的产品和方法也不需要特别昂贵的用于装饰层的印刷基纸(Druckbasispapier),以便达到使图形模型与表面凸起良好地对齐。
下面给出两个根据本发明的层压装饰板和为了制造它们所用的方法的实施例。
A)具有脲醛胶的装饰板的层构造(从上到下):
1)以液态施加的由三聚氰胺树脂构成的覆盖层或事先浸渍过的覆盖薄膜。在这两种情况下都在覆盖层中嵌入起到抑制摩擦作用的刚玉。
2)干燥的(也就是没有浸渍)或者作为涂膜(Finishfolie)用薄的漆膜涂覆的经印刷的装饰纸。
3)具有脲醛胶的层。
4)HDF板
5)具有脲醛胶的层。
6)用于覆盖下面的胶层的反向纸(任选地需要)。
在用于制造这种板的方法中,将2)至6)层在层合方法中互相牢固粘附。随后在短周期压机(Kurztaktpress)或在连续运行的双带压机中将层1压入到装饰纸中,其中耐磨三聚氰胺层的一部分封闭了表面。在这个过程中还同时压入了凸起结构。
B)具有作为连接性树脂胶层的液态三聚氰胺的装饰板的层构造(从上到下):
1)以液态施加的由三聚氰胺树脂构成的覆盖层。在所述覆盖层中嵌入起到抑制摩擦作用的刚玉。
2)印刷的装饰纸:这种装饰纸是干燥的,然而在压制过程中三聚氰胺树脂可以从下到上渗入到纸中。
3)以液态施加的由三聚氰胺构成的层。
4)HDF板
6)如a)中第5和6点描述的反向作用层。
在用于制造这种板的方法中,可以只在一个工序中以如下方式将干燥的装饰纸在载体板(例如HDF板)上压紧:将上面提到的层2至5在第一部分步骤中冷地压入到或者放置到2个压延辊之间,随后在短周期压机中或在连续运行的双带压机中在热和压力的作用下互相挤压。“浸渍”工序在这个过程中不再必需。
Claims (5)
1.层压装饰板,其具有由纤维材料或切削材料构成的芯,在所述芯的至少一侧上的含树脂的中间层,具有所模仿的材料表面的图形图像的没有用树脂浸渍的装饰层。
2.根据权利要求1的装饰板,其特征在于,所述芯由高密度纤维材料(HDF)构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2的装饰板,其特征在于,所述装饰板在装饰层的对侧上具有反向作用层。
4.根据权利要求3的装饰板,其特征在于,所述反向作用层由含树脂的中间层和没有用树脂浸渍的纸构成。
5.根据权利要求1或2的装饰板,其特征在于,所述装饰层是印刷的纸。
