Abstract
一种橡胶聚氯乙烯塑料复合电缆料和加工方法,其配比按重量份计:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,主塑化剂30份,辅助塑化剂20份,填充剂50份,润滑剂0.7份,热稳定剂4份,着色剂1.0份,合成橡胶30份。将按照配方一起投入到高速混合机中;混合后转入低速混合机;待物料冷却到40℃时投入合成粉状丁腈橡胶,搅拌后加入双螺杆挤出机的储料仓中强制喂料,经双比螺杆挤出;塑化后的料再进入单螺杆挤出机造粒成型,粒料经鼓风进第一料仓,第二料仓和振动筛冷却过筛得到产品。本发明降低成本,提高硬度和刚度,减小塑料制品的收缩率,提高尺寸稳定性;改进塑料的加工性能、提高其耐热性、改进塑料的散光性,抗擦伤性、平滑度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及合成橡胶和聚氯乙烯塑料复合电缆料及加工方法。
背景技术
橡胶聚氯乙烯塑料因其超越纯聚氯乙烯料的性能,有良好的弹性手感,而油无迁移扩大了聚氯乙烯电缆料的使用范围,已广泛用于矿用电缆、电梯电缆等领域。该材料在制造橡胶聚氯乙烯电缆时工艺简单,加工性能好,已成为同类产品的主导材料。
目前合成橡胶和聚氯乙烯塑料复合电缆料,中国专利CN101265350公开了一种复合电缆料使用的原料及其用量关系如下,以重量份计:
上述的组份中聚氯乙烯树脂和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的占总量的含量高,这样生产的聚氯乙烯塑料复合电缆料的成本也高,如何在不降低产品的性能同时降低生产成本是生产厂家期待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要是根据现在技术的不足,提供一种成本低廉、容易加工、耐热性强的橡胶聚氯乙烯塑料复合电缆料。
一种橡胶聚氯乙烯塑料复合电缆料,其特征在于其配比按重量份计:
其中,聚氯乙烯树脂为乙烯法生产的聚合度为1300的聚氯乙烯树脂;
主塑化剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,品级为绝缘级;
辅助塑化剂为氯化石蜡,含氯量为52%;
填充剂为2500目重质碳酸钙;
热稳定剂为氰尿酸铅;
润滑剂为硬脂酸白蜡;
着色剂为色素碳黑,碳黑等级为高色素碳黑;
合成橡胶为合成粉状丁腈橡胶。
传统型的橡胶聚氯乙烯塑料复合电缆料的碳酸钙一般占聚氯乙烯树脂的20%~30%,而本发明在2500目重质碳酸钙占聚氯乙烯树脂的50%,2500目重质碳酸钙可增加塑料产品体积,降低成本,提高硬度和刚度,减小塑料制品的收缩率,提高尺寸稳定性;改进塑料的加工性能、提高其耐热性、改进塑料的散光性、抗擦伤性、平滑度;同时对缺口抗冲击强度的增韧效果及混炼过程中的粘流性等方面都具有明显的效果;在塑料中填充软大量的超细碳酸钙粒子后,塑料不仅刚性不受损害,韧性也得到大幅度的提高。
按照选定的配方先将聚氯乙烯树脂和辅助材料均匀的热混合,再将聚氯乙烯混合料低温下(60-40℃)均匀混合,待物料冷却到40℃时投入合成粉状丁腈橡胶,然后将混合料经双螺杆挤出机塑化,再经单螺杆挤出机造粒成型。
根据优选,混合料经双螺杆挤出机的a-d区,各区温度分别为a区130℃,b区140℃,c区140℃,d区120℃。经双螺杆挤出的料到单螺杆挤出机的I-III区,机头的各区温度分别为I区100℃,II区120℃,III区140℃,机头125℃。
本发明的橡胶聚氯乙烯塑料复合电缆料符合中华人民共和国《电线电缆用软聚氯乙烯塑料》标准,GB/T8815*2008。
具体实施方式
将聚氯乙烯树脂、主塑化剂、辅助塑化剂、填充剂、润滑剂、热稳定剂、着色剂按照配方一起投入到高速混合机中,热混合机的搅拌速度为1000-2000转/分,混合15分钟后转入低速混合机,搅拌速度为200转/分。待物料冷却到40℃时投入合成粉状丁腈橡胶,搅拌5分钟后加入双螺杆挤出机的储料仓中强制喂料,经双螺杆挤出,挤出机长径比为28∶1,直径为75公分,温度设定为a区130℃,b区140℃,c区140℃,d区120℃,塑化后的料再进入单螺杆挤出机造粒成型,挤出机长径比为9∶1,直径为180公分,温度设定为I区100℃,II区120℃,III区140℃,机头125℃。粒料经鼓风进第一料仓,第二料仓和振动筛冷却过筛,再经自动称量包装。
对实施料进行检测,所获的各性能数值如下表所示。表格中的指标值为国标应当达到的标准值,实测值为本发明检测得出的数值。
上述实施例仅用于对本发明进行说明,并不构成对权利要求范围的限制,本领域技术人员可以想到其他替代手段,均在本发明权利要求范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种橡胶聚氯乙烯塑料复合电缆料,其特征在于其配比按重量份计:
其中:
聚氯乙烯树脂为乙烯法生产的聚合度为1300的聚氯乙烯树脂;
主塑化剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,品级为绝缘级;
辅助塑化剂为氯化石蜡,含氯量为52%;
填充剂为2500目重质碳酸钙;
热稳定剂为氰尿酸铅;
润滑剂为硬脂酸白蜡;
着色剂为色素碳黑,碳黑等级为高色素碳黑;
橡胶为合成粉状丁腈橡胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的橡胶聚氯乙烯塑料复合电缆料的加工方法,包括步骤:
a、将聚氯乙烯树脂、主塑化剂、辅助塑化剂、填充剂、润滑剂、热稳定剂、着色剂按照配方一起投入到高速混合机中,热混合机的搅拌速度为1000-2000转/分;
b、混合15分钟后转入低速混合机,搅拌速度为200转/分;
c、待物料冷却到40℃时投入合成粉状丁腈橡胶,搅拌5分钟后加入双螺杆挤出机的储料仓中强制喂料,经所述的双螺杆挤出;
d、塑化后的料再进入单螺杆挤出机造粒成型,粒料经鼓风进第一料仓,第二料仓和振动筛冷却过筛得到产品。
3.如权利要求2所述的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的双螺杆挤出机长径比为28∶1,直径为75公分,温度设定为a区130℃,b区140℃,c区140℃,d区120℃。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的单螺杆挤出机长径比为9∶1,直径为180公分,温度设定为I区100℃,II区120℃,III区140℃,机头125℃。
