本发明公开了一种雾面橡套料,包括以下重量份数的各组份:S-1300型PVC树脂40~60份、200型PVC树脂40~60份、增塑剂10~30份、邻苯10~30份、二丁酯10~30份、氯化石蜡10~30份、润滑剂0.5~1.5份、橡胶0.5~1.5份。本发明的雾面橡套料是一种可以替代炼胶的新型材料,它不需要经过复杂的炼胶程序直接可以在普通的双螺杆挤出机上生产成形,做成线。这种新型的雾面橡套料可以达到和橡套电缆橡套料一样的技术指标,表面亚光,拉伸强度好。

本发明涉及橡套电缆技术领域,具体为一种雾面橡套料。
背景技术
橡套电缆是由多股的细铜丝为导体,外包橡胶绝缘和橡胶护套的一种柔软可移动的电缆品种。一般来讲,包括通用橡套软电缆、电焊机电缆、潜水电机电缆、无线电装置电缆和摄影光源电缆等品种。橡套电缆广泛使用于各种电器设备,例如日用电器、电动机械、电工装置和器具的移动式电源线。同时可在室内或户外环境条件下使用。根据电缆所受的机械外力,在产品结构上分为轻型、中型和重型三类。随着中国电力工业、数据通信业、城市轨道交通业、汽车业以及造船等行业规模的不断扩大,橡套电缆的发展前景将越来越好,未来橡套电缆业还将拥有更大的发展潜力。但是橡套电缆橡套料一般要经过复杂的炼胶程序。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的橡套电缆橡套料一般要经过复杂的炼胶程序的缺陷,提供一种新型的雾面橡套料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种雾面橡套料,包括以下重量份数的各组份:
S-1300型PVC树脂40~60份
200型PVC树脂40~60份
增塑剂10~30份
邻苯10~30份
二丁酯10~30份
氯化石蜡10~30份
润滑剂0.5~1.5份
橡胶0.5~1.5份。
进一步的,该雾面橡套料,包括以下重量份数的各组份:
S-1300型PVC树脂50份
200型PVC树脂50份
增塑剂20份
邻苯20份
二丁酯24份
氯化石蜡22份
润滑剂1份
橡胶0.8份。
进一步的,所述的增塑剂为壬二酸-1,3-丙二醇聚酯。
本发明的雾面橡套料是一种可以替代炼胶的新型材料,它不需要经过复杂的炼胶程序直接可以在普通的双螺杆挤出机上生产成形,做成线。这种新型的雾面橡套料可以达到和橡套电缆橡套料一样的技术指标,表面亚光,拉伸强度好。
