本发明涉及一种自承式矿用电缆。
背景技术
矿用电缆还被称为国民经济的“动脉”与“神经”,是输送电能、传递信息和制造各种电机、仪器、仪表,实现电磁能量转换所不可缺少的基础性器材,是未来电气化、信息化社会中必要的基础产品。现有矿用电缆抗侧压、抗拉伸性能,不利于复杂敷设环境的使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种自承式矿用电缆,具有良好的抗侧压、抗拉伸性能,可以适应相对复杂的敷设环境。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:自承式矿用电缆,包括电缆本体、支撑件和吊带,所述电缆本体、支撑件通过所述吊带连接。
作为优选,所述电缆本体包括由内而外的导体线芯、无纺布包带、铝塑复合屏蔽层、内护套、钢丝铠装层、绕包层、外护套。
作为优选,所述导体线芯由至少1根铜导体绞合而成。
作为优选,所述导体线芯各铜导体之间采用全干式膨胀阻水纱填充。
作为优选,所述内护套和外护套采用低烟无卤阻燃PVC材料制成。
作为优选,所述支撑件采用镀锌钢绞线绞合而成。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,具有良好的抗侧压、抗拉伸性能,可以适应相对复杂的敷设环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
图1所示为本发明自承式矿用电缆,包括电缆本体1、支撑件2和吊带3,所述电缆本体1、支撑件2通过所述吊带3连接。所述电缆本体包括由内而外的导体线芯11、无纺布包带12、铝塑复合屏蔽层13、内护套14、钢丝铠装层15、绕包层16、外护套17。所述导体线芯由至少1根铜导体绞合而成。所述导体线芯各铜导体之间采用全干式膨胀阻水纱18填充。所述内护套和外护套采用低烟无卤阻燃PVC材料制成。所述支撑件2采用镀锌钢绞线21绞合而成。
本发明自承式矿用电缆抗环境性能强,延迟燃烧时间并不产生任何有害烟雾;采用自承式结构,可以适应相对复杂的敷设环境;由于缆芯各单元之间采用全干式高性能膨胀阻水纱和阻水带,替代传统的油膏,不仅清洁环保,而且方便了施工接续,节省工时。

1.自承式矿用电缆,其特征在于:包括电缆本体、支撑件和吊带,所述电缆本体、支撑件通过所述吊带连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述自承式矿用电缆,其特征在于:所述电缆本体包括由内而外的导体线芯、无纺布包带、铝塑复合屏蔽层、内护套、钢丝铠装层、绕包层、外护套。
3.根据权利要求2所述自承式矿用电缆,其特征在于:所述导体线芯由至少1根铜导体绞合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述自承式矿用电缆,其特征在于:所述导体线芯各铜导体之间采用全干式膨胀阻水纱填充。
5.根据权利要求2所述自承式矿用电缆,其特征在于:所述内护套和外护套采用低烟无卤阻燃PVC材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述自承式矿用电缆,其特征在于:所述支撑件采用镀锌钢绞线绞合而成。
