本发明涉及一种自承式光纤复合低压电缆。
背景技术
随着国家电网公司建设坚强智能电网战略的实施,对智能电网配、用电环节信息交互的要求逐渐提高,通信技术是实现智能电网配、用电信息交互的基础,是实现电网信息化、自动化、互动化的前提和保障。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种自承式光纤复合低压电缆,实现一缆多用,节约管道资源和大幅度降低建设成本,可以适应相对复杂的敷设环境。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:自承式光纤复合低压电缆,包括电缆本体、支撑件和吊带,所述电缆本体、支撑件通过所述吊带连接,所述电缆本体包括缆芯和包覆缆芯的无纺布层、PVC外护套层,所述缆芯由光缆单元、低压电源线单元绞合而成。
作为优选,所述光缆单元由若干松套光纤绞合并包覆阻水带、双面涂塑皱型钢带、聚乙烯外护套。
作为优选,所述松套光纤包括至少一根光纤和包裹光纤的松套管。
作为优选,所述低压电源线单元包括至少一根铜导线和包裹铜导线的高压交联聚乙烯绝缘层。
作为优选,所述缆芯各单元之间采用全干式膨胀阻水纱填充。
作为优选,所述支撑件采用镀锌钢绞线绞合而成。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,实现一缆多用,避免重复布线,节约管道资源和大幅度降低建设成本;采用自承式结构,可以适应相对复杂的敷设环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
图1所示为本发明自承式光纤复合低压电缆,包括电缆本体1、支撑件2和吊带3,所述电缆本体1、支撑件2通过所述吊带3连接,所述电缆本体包括缆芯和包覆缆芯的无纺布层12、PVC外护套层13,所述缆芯由光缆单元14、低压电源线单元15绞合而成。所述光缆单元14由若干松套光纤141绞合并包覆阻水带142、双面涂塑皱型钢带143、聚乙烯外护套144。所述松套光纤包括至少一根光纤和包裹光纤的松套管。所述低压电源线单元15包括至少一根铜导线151和包裹铜导线的高压交联聚乙烯绝缘层152。所述缆芯各单元之间采用全干式膨胀阻水纱16填充。所述支撑件采用镀锌钢绞线21绞合而成。
本发明自承式光纤复合低压电缆采用光单元与电单元结合,实现一缆多用,避免重复布线,节约管道资源和大幅度降低建设成本;采用自承式结构,可以适应相对复杂的敷设环境;由于缆芯各单元之间采用全干式高性能膨胀阻水纱和阻水带,替代传统的油膏,不仅清洁环保,而且方便了施工接续。

Claims (2)

1.自承式光纤复合低压电缆,其特征在于:包括电缆本体、支撑件和吊带,所述电缆本体、支撑件通过所述吊带连接,所述电缆本体包括缆芯和包覆缆芯的无纺布层、PVC外护套层,所述缆芯由光缆单元、低压电源线单元绞合而成,所述光缆单元由若干松套光纤绞合并包覆阻水带、双面涂塑皱型钢带、聚乙烯外护套,所述松套光纤包括至少一根光纤和包裹光纤的松套管,所述低压电源线单元包括至少一根铜导线和包裹铜导线的高压交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述缆芯各单元之间采用全干式膨胀阻水纱填充。
2. 根据权利要求1所述自承式光纤复合低压电缆,其特征在于:所述支撑件采用镀锌钢绞线绞合而成。
