Abstract
本发明公开的一种老人专用茶油,涉及生物医药技术领域,是由油茶籽70-80、黑芝麻3-5、大蒜1-3、荞麦1-2、玉米3-5、大豆2-4、洋葱3-6和猕猴桃4-8按重量百分比制备而成;其工艺过程为:备料、压榨、吸附、纯化、分离、浓缩;具有营养全面、抗衰老性好、适合老年人食用等特点,所加工的老人专用茶油适合老年人食用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生物医药技术领域,特别是一种适合老年人群食用的老人专用茶油及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着年龄的增长,老年人生理、心理的老化,必然导致产生各种不同于其他年龄群体的特殊需求,在营养方面,老年人需要摄入足够蛋白质、维生素类、抗氧化、抗衰老的营养元素,维持身体健康。这些营养物质的摄入,主要通过膳食提供,食用油脂是其中的一个方面。
近些年来,出现了一些适合老人食用的油脂产品,如中国专利(申请号为96118265.2)“一种混合植物营养油的生产方法”,是用下述方法取得:大蒜仁4000一6000克、核桃仁8000一6000克、生姜6000—4000克、薏仁米9000—l2000克、花椒250一500克、八角茴香l50一250克,黑黄豆l500—500克、花生米14000—l0500克、薄荷250一500克、砂仁叶50一300克、陈皮2500—l000克、黑芝麻2000一6000克、胡椒250一5000克、干辣椒600—400克、莪术600—400克、肉桂250一500克、小茴香600一400克,粉碎后在80—l 2 0℃炒熟,用榨油机取毛油,再用真空压滤,并精炼压滤油,将精炼油静置7一l0天取上清油,并按l00:l的比例与山苍子油搅拌均匀;该发明的营养油具有祛病滋补、治保兼有、滋阴补阳、行气补气、补肾温肺、健胃健脾、增食欲活经络散寒祛风的营养保健食用油,适用于老人、儿童、成年人,更适用于身体素质虚弱的人长年使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种营养全面、抗衰老性好、适合老年人食用的茶油。
本发明所采取的技术方案是发明一种老人专用茶油,是由下列按重量百分比的原料制备而成:
油茶籽 70-80 黑芝麻 3-5 大蒜 1-3
荞 麦 1-2 玉 米 3-5 大豆 2-4
洋 葱 3-6 猕猴桃 4-8。
其优化的技术方案是由下列按重量百分比的原料制备而成:
油茶籽 75 黑芝麻 4 大蒜 2
荞 麦 2 玉 米 4 大豆 3
洋 葱 4 猕猴桃 6。
与此同时,还提供上述老人专用茶油的制备方法,其工艺过程如下:
A、备料:按上述重量百分比分别取油茶籽、黑芝麻、大蒜(蒜头)、荞麦、玉米、大豆、洋葱(干料)、猕猴桃(干料),混合均匀,成为原料,备用;
B、压榨:将备用的物料,经冷压榨处理(温度控制在4-10℃),收集压榨所得的毛茶油,备用;
C、吸附:将备用的毛茶油放入浸提罐中,加入占毛茶油重量10-20%的中性活性炭,充分搅拌,过滤,反复3次,收集过滤后的毛茶油,成为吸附茶油,备用;
D、纯化:将备用的吸附茶油投入纯化罐中,加入占吸附茶油重量10-25%的氧化铝(采用偏酸性的氧化铝,ph为5.5-7),搅拌均匀,过滤,收集过滤后的吸附茶油,成为纯化茶油,备用;
E、分离:将备用的纯化茶油在0.1-0.15Mpa压力下,经液膜分离装置(采用以聚乙烯为支撑膜的液膜分离装置)进行分离,收集分离后的茶油,成为分离茶油,备用;
F、浓缩:将备用的分离茶油在80-110℃下真空浓缩至1/2,并在1-8℃下静置、冷却15-32h,收集上清液,即得老人专用茶油。
第E步骤中液膜分离装置中的液膜是乳化液膜或支撑液膜。
本发明的老人专用茶油,采用油茶籽(Camellia oleifera Abel)作为基本原料,配以黑芝麻(Sesamum indicum)、大蒜(Allium sativum L.)、荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum)、玉米(Zea mays)、大豆(Glycine max)、洋葱(Allium epa L.)和猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis)等营养丰富的辅助原料,进行综合提取。其中:油茶籽加工出来的茶油(Camellia oleifera Abel)富含不饱和脂肪酸,还含有茶多酚、角鲨烯等对中老年人有益的活性物质,角鲨烯是一种脂质不皂化物,具有提高体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、增强机体免疫能力、改善性功能、抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤等多种生理功能,是一种无毒性的具有防病治病作用的生物活性物质;茶多酚是茶油中多酚类物质的总称,包括黄烷醇类、花色苷类、黄酮类、黄酮醇类和酚酸类等,具有降低胆固醇、抗衰老、抗辐射、清除人体自由基、对癌细胞有抑制作用的全天然抗氧化剂。黑芝麻中含有的多种人体必需氨基酸,在维生素E和维生素B1的作用参与下,能加速人体的代谢功能;黑芝麻含有的铁和维生素E是预防贫血、活化脑细胞、消除血管胆固醇的重要成分;黑芝麻含有的脂肪大多为不饱和脂肪酸,有延年益寿的作用。大蒜中含有的锗和硒等元素,可抑制肿瘤细胞和癌细胞的生长;同时,大蒜中的有效成份还能促进新陈代谢,降低胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,因而,对高血压、高血脂、动脉硬化、糖尿病等有一定疗效;其含有的维生素P,具有抗氧化作用。荞麦和玉米中含有蛋白质、脂肪和B族维生素与矿物质。大豆中含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸,多种微量元素(钙等)、B族维生素及优质蛋白质,还有大豆皂甙和大豆素,可明显增加冠状动脉和脑血流量,降低心肌耗氧量和冠状动脉血管阻力,可改善心肌营养;可以提高人体免疫力。洋葱含有钙、磷、铁等多种微量元素以及维生素C、尼克酸、核黄素、硫胺素、胡萝卜素等多种有益的活性物质,还含有咖啡酸、芥子酸、桂皮酸、柠檬酸盐、多糖和多种氨基酸,具有抗氧化作用。猕猴桃含有丰富的维生素C和具有出众抗氧化性能的植物性化学物质sod。
因而,本发明的老人专用茶油,营养全面、有益活性物质较多,比较适合老年人食用。下面的表1是本发明的老人专用茶油的有效成份检测数据:

从上述表格内的数据可以看出,本发明的老人专用茶油,不仅含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,而且还含有较多的抗氧化成份和长寿元素“硒”,故具有较好的抗衰老作用。
本发明的老人专用茶油,曾做过抗衰老性对照试验:
㈠、试验人员的一般资料
试验人员的确定,遵循以下原则:
①、年龄在65-75岁之间;
②、生活方式和家庭条件相近;
③、身体素质和身体状况相近。
㈡、人体生物学年龄的计算方法:
采用国内屈萌生等用视敏度等9项指标测定老化程度,并进行多元逐步回归分析,得出的回归方程计算:
生物学年龄=74.76~0.63(视敏度)+2.9(鼻毛白化率)~0.38(听力)~0.17(侧弯度)~0.0021(肺活量)~1.96(视记忆)+0.166(视记忆)。
用此方法测出生物学年龄后,再与时序年龄(即:实际年龄)比较,如果生物学年龄大于时序年龄,则说明老化速度较快,程度较重(即:衰老程度较重);如果生物学年龄等于时序年龄,则说明老化速度适宜,程度中等(即:衰老程度中等);如果生物学年龄小于时序年龄,则说明老化速度较慢,程度较轻(即:衰老程度较轻)。
按照上述原则,选择老化速度适宜、程度中等(生物学年龄等于时序年龄)的男、女试验人员各30人,按照试验人员与对照人员2:1的比例,随机分为男、女试验组和男、女对照组。
㈢、试验方法
①、试验组:在试验期间,所吃的饭菜种类和数量全部按照正常时候一样,其不同之处在于全部采用本发明的老人专用茶油烹调。
②、对照组:在试验对照期间,所吃的饭菜种类和数量全部按照正常时候一样。
㈣、试验结果
经过十二个月的试验,统计数据,形成以下表格:
由上述统计数据显示,男试验组中老化速度较慢的比率达到50%,较之对照组中老化速度较慢比率的20%,提高了30%;女试验组中老化速度较慢的比率达到55%,较之对照组中老化速度较慢比率的20%,提高了35%。
因此,本发明的老人专用茶油,对于老年人的抗衰老有较好的效果。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。下面的说明是以例举的方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。
本发明的老人专用茶油,是由下列按重量百分比的原料制备而成:
油茶籽 70-80 黑芝麻 3-5 大蒜 1-3
荞 麦 1-2 玉 米 3-5 大豆 2-4
洋 葱 3-6 猕猴桃 4-8。
实施例一:
A、备料:取油茶籽75份、黑芝麻4份、大蒜(蒜头)2份、荞麦2份、玉米4份、大豆3份、干洋葱4份、干猕猴桃6份,混合均匀,得混合料,备用;
B、压榨:将备用的混合料经冷压榨处理(温度控制在4-10℃,按照常规的冷压榨方法),收集压榨所得的毛茶油,备用;
C、吸附:将备用的毛茶油放入浸提罐中,加入占毛茶油重量15%的中性活性炭,充分搅拌,过滤,反复3次,收集过滤后的毛茶油,成为吸附茶油,备用;
D、纯化:将备用的吸附茶油投入纯化罐中,加入占吸附茶油重量20%的氧化铝(采用偏酸性的氧化铝,ph为5.5-7),搅拌均匀,过滤,收集过滤后的吸附茶油,成为纯化茶油,备用;
E、分离:将备用的纯化茶油在0.12Mpa压力下,经液膜分离装置进行分离,收集分离后的茶油,成为分离茶油,备用;所用的液膜采用乳化液膜或支撑液膜(支撑液膜可采用聚乙烯,膜液可采用四甘醇);
F、浓缩:将备用的分离茶油在100℃下真空浓缩至1/2,在4℃下静置、冷却20h,收集上清液,即得老人专用茶油;真空浓缩设备可采用:WZ111 500-5000系列三效浓缩器。
实施例二:
A、备料:取油茶籽70份、黑芝麻5份、大蒜(蒜头)3份、荞麦2份、玉米5份、大豆4份、干洋葱3份、干猕猴桃8份,混合均匀,得混合料,备用;
B、压榨:将备用的混合料经冷压榨处理(温度控制在4-10℃,按照常规的冷压榨方法),收集压榨所得的毛茶油,备用;
C、吸附:将备用的毛茶油放入浸提罐中,加入占毛茶油重量10%的中性活性炭,充分搅拌,过滤,反复3次,收集过滤后的毛茶油,成为吸附茶油,备用;
D、纯化:将备用的吸附茶油投入纯化罐中,加入占吸附茶油重量10%的氧化铝(采用偏酸性的氧化铝,ph为5.5-7),搅拌均匀,过滤,收集过滤后的吸附茶油,成为纯化茶油,备用;
E、分离:将备用的纯化茶油在0.1Mpa压力下,经液膜分离装置进行分离,收集分离后的茶油,成为分离茶油,备用;所用的液膜采用乳化液膜或支撑液膜(支撑液膜可采用聚乙烯,膜液可采用四甘醇);
F、浓缩:将备用的分离茶油在80℃下真空浓缩至1/2,在1℃下静置、冷却32h,收集上清液,即得老人专用茶油;真空浓缩设备可采用:WZ 111 500-5000系列三效浓缩器。
实施例三:
A、备料:取油茶籽80份、黑芝麻3份、大蒜(蒜头)1份、荞麦1份、玉米3份、大豆2份、干洋葱6份、干猕猴桃4份,混合均匀,得混合料,备用;
B、压榨:将备用的混合料经冷压榨处理(温度控制在4-10℃,按照常规的冷压榨方法),收集压榨所得的毛茶油,备用;
C、吸附:将备用的毛茶油放入浸提罐中,加入占毛茶油重量20%的中性活性炭,充分搅拌,过滤,反复3次,收集过滤后的毛茶油,成为吸附茶油,备用;
D、纯化:将备用的吸附茶油投入纯化罐中,加入占吸附茶油重量25%的氧化铝(采用偏酸性的氧化铝,ph为5.5-7),搅拌均匀,过滤,收集过滤后的吸附茶油,成为纯化茶油,备用;
E、分离:将备用的纯化茶油在0.15Mpa压力下,经液膜分离装置进行分离,收集分离后的茶油,成为分离茶油,备用;所用的液膜采用乳化液膜或支撑液膜(支撑液膜可采用聚乙烯,膜液可采用四甘醇);
F、浓缩:将备用的分离茶油在110℃下真空浓缩至1/2,在8℃下静置、冷却15h,收集上清液,即得老人专用茶油;真空浓缩设备可采用:WZ 111 500-5000系列三效浓缩器。
本发明的老人专用茶油,适合老年人食用。
Claims (2)
1.一种老人专用茶油,其特征在于是由下列按重量百分比的原料制备而成:
油茶籽 70-80 黑芝麻 3-5大蒜 1-3
荞 麦 1-2 玉 米 3-5大豆 2-4
洋 葱 3-6 猕猴桃 4-8;
其制备工艺过程如下:
A、备料:按上述重量百分比分别取油茶籽、黑芝麻、大蒜、荞麦、玉米、大豆、洋葱、猕猴桃,混合均匀,成为原料,备用;
B、压榨:将备用的物料,经冷压榨处理,收集压榨所得的毛茶油,备用;
C、吸附:将备用的毛茶油放入浸提罐中,加入占毛茶油重量10-20%的中性活性炭,充分搅拌,过滤,反复3次,收集过滤后的毛茶油,成为吸附茶油,备用;
D、纯化:将备用的吸附茶油投入纯化罐中,加入占吸附茶油重量10-25%的氧化铝,搅拌均匀,过滤,收集过滤后的吸附茶油,成为纯化茶油,备用;
E、分离:将备用的纯化茶油在0.1-0.15Mpa压力下,经液膜分离装置进行分离,收集分离后的茶油,成为分离茶油,备用;
F、浓缩:将备用的分离茶油在80-110℃下真空浓缩至1/2,并在1-8℃下静置、冷却15-32h,收集上清液,即得老人专用茶油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的老人专用茶油,其特征在于是由下列按重量百分比的原料制备而成:
油茶籽 75 黑芝麻 4大蒜 2
荞 麦 2 玉 米 4大豆 3
洋 葱 4 猕猴桃 6。
