背景技术 市场上有各种蚕豆小吃,但是茶香味的新鲜卤蚕豆尚很少见到。 
发明内容 本发明目的是提供了一种茶香鲜蚕豆。 
方案如下:新鲜蚕豆25-26kg、绿茶180-200g、八角70-80g、桂皮60-80g、香叶30-40g、盐200-220g。 
制备方法:将上述各种香料混合在一起,用纱布包好,放入锅中大火煮开后,小火煮2小时,这时香料味都进入到汤汁中了,将去除豆夹壳的带青皮鲜蚕豆倒入到锅中,加入盐,大火煮开半小时,蚕豆熟透即可,捞出豆沥干,密封分小袋装储存。
