Abstract

一种锂离子纸电池,包括正极集流极(2)、负极集流极(6)、正极活性材料(3)、隔膜(4)、负极材料(5)、正极极耳(1)和负极极耳(7),其特征是正极集流极和负极集流极为碳纳米管导电纸。本发明的电池厚度不超过0.5mm,可广泛应用于智能卡、音乐贺卡、电子标签、电子报纸、射频识别器(RFID)等领域。

本发明涉及一种碳纳米管导电纸为集流极的超薄型锂离子纸电池。
背景技术
纸电池为超薄型电池,可嵌入纸张中,是理想的便携式电源。纸电池有一次使用和可充电两类电池。这种新型电池的组成部分包括电极、电解液和隔离膜。这种纸电池能折叠,可通过印刷方式生产,一种新型的能源存储装置。
发明内容
本发明是涉及一种用碳纳米管作为集流极的可充电锂离子纸电池。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
电池由正极集流极(2)、负极集流极(6)、正极活性材料(3)、隔膜(4)、负极材料(5)、正极极耳(1)和负极极耳(7)组成。正极集流极采用碳纳米管导电纸制作,表面涂覆正极活性材料后制成正极,负极以碳纳米管导电纸为集流极,表面涂覆石墨负极浆料制成负极,真空干燥后,按正极、隔膜及负极的顺序叠在一起,然后用铝塑膜包装封实,从预留开口处抽真空后,注入电解质,然后密封。两个极耳保持在封装外部,用作正负电极连接点。
电池的厚度不超过0.5mm,纸电池的应用领域十分广泛。这种电池可用于智能卡、音乐贺卡、电子标签、电子报纸、射频识别器(RFID)等领域。

具体实施方式
本发明将通过以下实施例作进一步说明。
本发明所述实施例的碳纳米管导电纸的制备如下:将碳纳米管和分散剂SDBS加入到浓度50%乙醇溶液中,每升溶液加入碳纳米管2-8克,SDBS加入量5-10克,超声10分钟后,将宣纸展开放入溶液中,继续超声20分钟,碳纳米管吸附和渗透到纸中,取出导电纸真空干燥后用对辊机轧平整,裁剪成需要的规格。
实施例1。
然后将活材料钴酸锂浆料涂敷在碳纳米管导电纸表面制成正极,导电纸涂敷石墨负极浆料制成负极。正负极之间放入隔膜组装成纸电池,封装后抽真空并注入电解质LiPF6,然后密封。
实施例2。
然后将正极活材料锰酸锂浆料涂敷在碳纳米管导电纸表面制成正极,导电纸涂敷石墨负极浆料制成负极。正负极之间放入隔膜组装成纸电池,封装后抽真空并注入电解质LiPF6,然后密封。
实施例3。
然后将正极活材料磷酸亚铁锂浆料涂敷在碳纳米管导电纸表面制成正极,导电纸涂敷石墨负极浆料制成负极。正负极之间放入隔膜组装成纸电池,封装后抽真空并注入电解质LiPF6,然后密封。

1.一种锂离子纸电池,包括碳纳米管导电纸的正极集流极(2)、碳纳米管导电纸的负极集流极(6)、正极活性材料(3)、隔膜(4)、负极材料(5)、正极极耳(1)和负极极耳(7),其特征是:
所述的碳纳米管导电纸制备方法为:将碳纳米管和分散剂SDBS加入到浓度50%乙醇溶液中,每升溶液加入碳纳米管2-8克,SDBS加入量5-10克,超声10分钟后,将宣纸展开放入溶液中,继续超声20分钟,取出导电纸真空干燥后用对辊机轧平整,裁剪成需要的规格。
