一种超薄锂离子电池,由正极集流极(1)、正极活性材料(2),隔膜(3),负极(4)、负极极耳(5)和正极级耳(6)组成,其特征是所述的负极为碳纳米管导电纸。本发明所述的超薄锂离子电池的厚度不超过0.5mm,应用领域十分广泛,可用于智能卡、音乐贺卡、电子标签、电子报纸、射频识别器等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种碳纳米管导电纸为负极的超薄型锂离子纸电池。
背景技术
纸电池为超薄型电池,可嵌入纸张中,是理想的便携式电源。纸电池有一次使用和可充电两类电池。这种新型电池的组成部分包括电极、电解液和隔离膜。这种纸电池能折叠,可通过印刷方式生产,一种新型的能源存储装置。
发明内容
本发明是涉及一种用碳纳米管导电纸同时作为负极和集流极的可充电锂离子纸电池。电池的结构比普通纸电池进一步简化。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
本发明所述的超薄锂离子电池由正极集流极(1)、正极活性材料(2)、隔膜(3)、负极(4)、负极极耳(5)和正极级耳(6)组成。正极集流极(1)采用铝箔,表面涂覆正极活性材料(2)后真空干燥;负极(4)为碳纳米管导电纸,真空干燥后通过隔膜(3)与正极的活性材料面叠在一起,然后用铝塑膜包装封实,抽真空后,注入电解质,密封。两个极耳保持在封装外部,用作正负电极连接点。
本发明所述的超薄锂离子电池的厚度不超过0.5mm,应用领域十分广泛。可用于智能卡、音乐贺卡、电子标签、电子报纸、射频识别器(RFID)等领域。

具体实施方式
本发明将通过以下实施例作进一步说明。
所述实施例中碳纳米管导电纸的制备如下:将碳纳米管和分散剂SDBS加入到浓度50%乙醇溶液中,每升溶液加入碳纳米管2-8克,SDBS加入量5-10克,超声10分钟后,将宣纸展开在溶液中,继续超声20分钟,碳纳米管吸附和渗透到纸中,取出导电纸真空干燥后用对辊机轧平,裁剪成需要的规格。
实施例1。
将正极活材料锰酸锂浆料涂敷在作为正极集流极的铝箔上制成正极,碳纳米管导电纸作为负极,正、负极之间放入隔膜组装成纸电池,封装后抽真空并注入电解质LiPF6,然后密封。
实施例2。
将正极活材料磷酸铁锂浆料涂敷在作为正极集流极的铝箔上制成正极,碳纳米管导电纸作为负极,正、负极之间放入隔膜组装,封装后抽真空并注入电解质LiPF6,然后密封,即制得超薄锂离子纸电池。
实施例3。
将正极活材料钴酸锂浆料涂敷在作为正极集流极的铝箔上制成正极,碳纳米管导电纸作为负极,正、负极之间放入隔膜组装成纸电池,封装后抽真空并注入电解质LiPF6,然后密封。

Claims (1)

1.一种超薄锂离子电池,由正极集流极(1)、正极活性材料(2)、隔膜(3)、负极(4)、负极极耳(5)和正极级耳(6)组成,其特征是所述的负极为碳纳米管导电纸;
所述的碳纳米管导电纸制备方法为:将碳纳米管和分散剂SDBS加入到浓度50%乙醇溶液中,每升溶液加入碳纳米管2-8克,SDBS加入量5-10克,超声10分钟后,将宣纸展开放入溶液中,继续超声20分钟,取出导电纸真空干燥后用对辊机轧平整,裁剪成需要的规格。
