具体实施方式
参考图1,混合动力型车辆10包括:用于驱动车辆10的两个前轮14的发动机组11以及用于驱动属于车辆10的同一后行走装置的两个后轮44的发动机组12。发动机组(GMP)11包括本身已知的热力发动机,这里仅为了说明定位在车辆的前部。发动机组12包括通过联接机构43连接至车轮44的电机42。
图2更详细地示出图1的发动机组12。为了简化附图便于理解,电机42的轴线和车轮44的轴线示意性地重合为同一轴线46,其上简单地示出电机42、联接机构43和象征两个车轮44的传感块的半部分。
在联接机构43中,卡爪***包括上游卡爪51和下游卡爪52。上游卡爪51一体连接有可旋转的减速器45,所述减速器连接至电机42的输出轴。下游卡爪52一体连接有可旋转地车轮44,经由差动机构用本身已知的方式平衡后桥总成的车轮44之间的耦连,尤其是当它们以不同的速度行驶时,例如拐弯的时候。
卡爪51绕轴线46以与电机42的旋转速度成比例或相等的旋转速度转动,并且传递与电机42所产生的扭矩成比例的扭矩同时将电机42提供的功率保持为近似效率因数,由此得到电机42和卡爪51之间传递的损失。电机42中以及电机42和卡爪51之间的传递损失可以通过卡爪51的上游部分的被牵引扭矩来表示。
卡爪52绕轴线46转动,其旋转速度是车轮44速度的函数。被施加在卡爪52上的扭矩被传递至车轮44。如图2所示,当卡爪52脱离与卡爪51的一体连接时,车轮44可以独立于电机42的旋转速度转动或不转动。
联接机构43包括用于使卡爪52沿轴线46平移移动的致动器34。卡爪51和52互相面对的面的每个都设有齿和空腔。卡爪的齿的尺寸设计成用于容置在另一个卡爪的空腔中。因而,当卡爪52的齿面对卡爪51的空腔时,如图2中所示,致动器34可以使卡爪52通过抓持与卡爪51啮合在一起以便使卡爪51和52绕轴线46一体化旋转。完全啮合或未啮合(Tout ou rien)位置传感器32被装配在联接机构43中以检测卡爪52完全啮合在卡爪51中的位置。
当电机通过联接机构被联接时,卡爪51和52一体化旋转。卡爪52的齿被抓持在卡爪51的空腔中。当电机42处于发动机模式时在车轮44上施加扭矩,法向定位成沿旋转方向的卡爪51的空腔表面向所面对的卡爪52的齿的表面施加压力,从而产生服从库仑摩擦定律的摩擦力。同样,当电机42处于发电机模式时承受车轮44的扭矩,法向定位成与旋转方向相反的卡爪51的空腔的表面受到由所面对的卡爪52的齿的表面所施加的压力,从而产生也服从库仑摩擦定律的摩擦力。扭矩增大时,摩擦力比扭矩增大的更多,从而阻碍致动器34将卡爪52沿轴线46在脱离啮合的方向上平移移动。将卡爪的有利形状的尺寸设计成出现扭矩时便于脱离啮合这种技术方案带来需要解决扭矩根据电机发动或发电而有两个可能的相反方向的定向问题。对致动器34进行留余度尺寸设计能够克服平移时的摩擦力问题,但是带来卡爪过早磨损的不便。对卡爪进行特殊表面处理以克服磨损具有显著增加制造成本的不足。卡爪52逐渐离开卡爪51,齿彼此之间的接触表面减小使得产生扭矩的压力趋于增加直到在卡爪52离开卡爪51的时刻导致卡爪51在卡爪52上旋转时产生侧滑。进而在齿上产生的应力成为另一个磨损甚至是微小破裂的源头。前面所陈述的若干现象显示当车辆行驶时会出现一旦驾驶员命令车辆的电机脱离联接,卡爪无法快速并且无中断地(à-coups)脱离的困难。后发动机组***的机械机构不包括离合器也不包括同步器。***仅有的运动是被致动器34施力或致动的一个或多个卡爪51、52的平移。
为了补救这些问题,后发动机组包括电子装置,其允许将电机42的扭矩的精细导控(pilotage fin)与卡爪的致动器34的时序导控(pilotageséquentiel)组合起来以便实现快速和无中断的卡爪脱离,下面将对此进行详细解释。在联接机构43中,电子装置被连接到致动器34和传感器32。另一方面,电子装置通过电流调整过的电发电机被连接到电机42。发电机例如由电池(未示出)用已知方式供电。另一方面电子装置包括被设置和/或编程的数字处理或模拟处理电路以便执行下面参考图3解释的方法的步骤。
为了解释方法的步骤,图3示出了不同信号根据时间的状态。
尤其是,曲线7表示当车辆速度大于或等于5km/H时耦连的控制信号。方法一直处于初始步骤直至接收到脱离耦连的命令,在所述初始步骤中,卡爪51和52彼此啮合使得电机42联接至车轮44。控制信号由从曲线7上的较大值开始并接着较小值表示的a时刻来表示。应当理解,这里的较大值和较小值是纯习惯上的,并且初始步骤也完全可以通过超过较大值代表的a时刻沿曲线的信号较小值表示。
线d代表被校准的扭矩C0的位置或阈值,在该值以内可以进行卡爪脱离。扭矩值C0有利地可以作为参数使得能够校准到一个值,该值抵消卡爪位置处的扭矩。典型地,扭矩值C0补偿减速器的阻力和电机的导控扭矩不确定度。
曲线1示出被带动至卡爪52的车轮44的转速。在a时刻之前的初始步骤中,车辆处于行驶状态,曲线1增长表明例如车辆处于加速阶段。方法的着重点在于在所有的卡爪脱离阶段期间无论车辆速度如何变化都能够卡爪脱离。
曲线2示出被带动至卡爪51的电机42的转速,即,考虑了减速器45的必要减速比。在a时刻之前初始步骤中,联接至车轮的电机42具有与车轮相同的转速。
在a时刻之前的初始步骤中,电机的导控处于速度伺服(asservir)模式或扭矩伺服模式。
对电机42的速度伺服(或受控)模式导控涉及调整电机转子的速度。以已知的方式,电机的速度伺服通常包括第一级速度调整,其产生电流赋值对电机供电以便消除转子的速度赋值和接收到的返回转子速度测量值之间的速度偏差。由第一级产生的电流赋值被施加至第二级的输入,在所述第二级中,电流赋值受到吸收容量以及电机和电能源各自的电流供应的限制,所述电能源例如是电池或超级电容器组件。第二级通过产生待施加至电机的电压赋值来执行对电机的电流调整,以便消除从第一级接收到的电流赋值和接收到的电机中的返回电流测量值之间的偏差。施加至电机的电压信号直接控制能量电桥,所述能量电桥调制电能源中获得的电压。因而电机中流经的电流产生扭矩,已知该扭矩与恒定激励的电流成比例。因而所产生的电流能够强制使电机的旋转速度等于赋值而电流没有达到吸收容量和电流供应的限制。在发动机模式和发电机模式时,电流分别是正的和负的。
对电机42的扭矩伺服模式导控涉及调整由电机转子提供的扭矩。以已知的方式,电机的扭矩伺服通常也包括第一级速度调整,其产生电流赋值对电机供电,试图消除转子的速度赋值和接收到的返回转子速度测量值之间的速度偏差。然而这里速度赋值分别略微大于和略微小于分别处于发动机模式和处于发电机模式时速度测量预期值,使得当速度的有效测量值等于速度预期值时不消除速度偏差。由第一级产生的电流赋值被施加至第二级的输入,在所述第二级中,电流赋值现在受到对应于扭矩赋值的电流限制。如前所述,第二级通过产生待施加至电机的电压赋值来执行对电机的电流调整,以便消除从第一级接收到的电流赋值和接收到的电机中的返回电流测量值之间的偏差,这里从第一级接收到的电流赋值在对应于扭矩赋值的限制上饱和。如前所述,施加至电机的电压信号直接控制能量电桥,所述能量电桥调制电能源中获得的电压。因而电机中流经的电流产生的扭矩等于扭矩赋值。分别在正扭矩赋值或负扭矩赋值情况下的略微超速赋值或略微降速赋值能够强制使电流在对应于扭矩赋值的限制上饱和。因而在车轮偶然性地相对于电机机械自由时,其旋转速度保持接近预期的速度测量值而不超出降速和超速之间的容差范围,这是因为达到其中一个或另一个是为了消除速度偏差并且由此使电流调整回路自然饱和。
曲线3示出由位置传感器32产生的信号。正如前面已经描述过的,在a时刻之前的初始步骤中,联接机构43被卡爪联接,这里由曲线3的信号较小值指示。
曲线4示出电机42上的扭矩赋值信号,在方法的初始步骤中,其由车辆的运行转速控制。例如,在图3所示的车辆加速情况下,电机42上的扭矩赋值是正的。
曲线5示出由电机实际产生的扭矩,其能够例如根据电机的调整回路的响应时间或其它参数大体与赋值区分开。
在接收到脱离耦连的请求时,方法处于检验步骤中,在该步骤电子装置验证联接机构43耦连还是脱离耦连。换句话说,电子装置验证位置传感器32指示卡爪51和52处于耦连位置还是脱离耦连位置。如果在对联接机构进行验证之后,该联接机构被耦连,方法使扭矩赋值归于值C0,如上面曲线4所指示,扭矩值C0补偿卡爪51上游的阻力损失使得卡爪位置处的扭矩在时间b时大致为零。
当卡爪联接时,由曲线2指示的电机的转速沿由曲线1指示的车轮的转速。
一旦在b时刻达到目标扭矩d的校准阈值,电机的导控电子装置就产生沿斜线延伸的赋值,所述斜线的起始点等于目标扭矩d的校准阈值,其到达点是零值。在对电机的扭矩进行导控的第二步骤中,如曲线3中所示,卡爪52开始首先以渐进方式然后在c时刻与卡爪51分离。在卡爪52脱离至卡爪51外后,由电机产生的扭矩不再能满足驱动,如图2所示电机的旋转速度减低,必要时由其本身的惯性驱动。
在c时刻,位置传感器32发回“卡爪已脱离啮合”的信息。典型地在车辆加速情况下,图3的曲线4、5和6对应于电机42的发动机扭矩。应当理解,例如在减速的情况下,发动机的正扭矩由发电机的负扭矩代替。因而曲线相对于时间轴对称。斜率是相反的以使在一种情况下斜线终止于如同在另一种情况下的c时刻的零值。
出于经济性考虑,使用简单的在任何模式下都以简单的方式导控的致动器,以便能够在所有运行工况下对电机进行扭矩导控使得能够相对于更复杂***显著地降低成本。
尽管本发明是关于特殊实施例描述的,但是很明显这不对本发明造成限制并且可以在不脱离本发明范围的情况下对其作出多种变型和改进。尤其是,电发动机组被装配在车辆的前部和后部都可以,被装配在与装配有热推进器机组的行走装置相同或不同的行走装置上。尽管在图2中未示出,但可以在下游卡爪和车轮之间存在减速器。下游卡爪的移动可以由上游卡爪的移动代替。
Claims (8)
1.一种借助卡爪(51、52)使与车辆行走装置的车轮(44)联接的电机(42)脱离联接的方法,所述方法包括在脱离联接请求基础上接连起作用的两个步骤:
-对电机(42)进行扭矩导控的第一步骤,其中,向电机(42)施加等于目标扭矩的校准阈值(d)的扭矩赋值,以便获得卡爪(51、52)之间施加的零扭矩;以及
-对电机(42)进行扭矩导控的第二步骤,其中,向电机(42)施加沿斜线延伸的扭矩赋值,所述斜线从所述目标扭矩的校准阈值(d)开始到零值终止。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脱离联接方法,其特征在于,在对电机(42)进行扭矩导控的第一步骤中,使卡爪联接致动器(34)不起作用,以便允许卡爪尽可能早地脱离。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在第二导控步骤中,控制所述致动器(34)以便使卡爪(51、52)分离。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标扭矩的校准阈值(d)可以作为参数。
5.一种联接***,所述联接***在车辆行驶时使电机(42)与车辆的行走装置的车轮(44)联接,所述联接***包括:
-可旋转地一体连接到电机(42)的上游卡爪(51)、可旋转地一体连接到车轮(44)的下游卡爪(52)以及设置成用于使这两个卡爪沿共用旋转轴平移接近的致动器(34);以及
-被设置用于接收脱离联接请求的电子装置,以用于通过对电机(42)施加等于目标扭矩的校准阈值(d)的扭矩赋值来获得卡爪(51、52)之间所施加的零扭矩,然后沿从所述目标扭矩的校准阈值开始且终止于零值的斜线来对电机(42)进行扭矩导控。
6.根据权利要求5所述的联接***,其特征在于,其包括能够使卡爪分离的卡爪联接致动器(34)。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的***,其特征在于,所述目标扭矩的校准阈值(d)可以作为参数。
8.一种包括根据本发明的***的机动车辆。
