一种背光模组结构及液晶显示装置,该背光模组结构包括相互配合的前框和后盖以及装设该前框与后盖之间的中框和导光板,该中框是弹性材质的,该导光板是通过与该中框形成紧配合而固定的。该液晶显示装置具有该背光模组结构。能够降低成本,并提高可靠性。

Description

背光模组结构及液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示装置,特别是与液晶显示装置中的背光模组结构有关。
背景技术
现有的背光模组结构,参见图1和图2,一般由:前框1、中框3、光学膜片4、导光板5、灯条6、后盖7等结构部件组成。其中,前框1、中框3和后盖7分别具有不同的功能:前框1主要是固定面板2并防止其跳脱;中框3主要承载面板2,而且还可以遮挡一些漏光;后盖7具有承载所有部材并保证背光模组平整度的功能。导光板5的固定主要是由铆接在后盖上4的铆柱9来实现,导光板5与中框3之间存在有安装间隙d。灯条6装设在导光板5的侧面并可通过导热胶条8与后盖7相连而实现散热。现有的中框3一般是用塑料射出成型来制作,由于塑料的射出成型模具制作周期长、价格高,导致开发成本较高。另外,由于导光板5需要裁切加工成型有一个固定槽来对应容纳一个铆柱9,也会产生相应地加工成本;并且,铆柱9的存在会导致在画面上相应的地方很容易有亮点出现而影响到光学品质,这种情况尤其在窄边框机种中更容易出现,并很难解决;再则,在遭受冲击时导光板5在容纳铆柱9的部位容易与铆柱9由于相互间的作用力而碎裂,以致严重影响到背光模组的可靠性。可见,实有必要对现有的背光模组结构进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种背光模组结构,能够降低成本,并提高可靠性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提出一种背光模组结构,包括相互配合的前框和后盖以及装设该前框与后盖之间的中框和导光板,该中框是弹性材质的,该导光板通过其侧面与该中框的内侧形成紧配合而固定。
该导光板在受热或受潮膨胀的时候产生的膨胀量由该中框吸收,该导光板的膨胀量在外部环境恢复正常的时候依靠弹性作用恢复原位。
优选地,该中框是橡胶材质的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明还提出一种液晶显示装置,具有上述的背光模组结构。
还具有一面板,其是由该前框与中框相互配合而装设。
与现有技术相比,本发明的背光模组结构及液晶显示装置通过选用弹性材质制成中框并使其内侧与导光板的侧面形成紧配合来实现导光板的固定,能够降低成本,并提高可靠性。

具体实施方式
为了详细说明本发明的构造及特点所在,兹举以下较佳实施例并配合附图说明如下。
本发明提出一种背光模组结构,包括相互配合的前框和后盖以及装设该前框与后盖之间的中框和导光板,该中框是弹性材质的,该导光板通过其侧面与该中框的内侧形成紧配合而固定。在该导光板受热或受潮膨胀的时候,该中框可以吸收该导光板的膨胀量,而待外部环境恢复正常时,该导光板在弹性作用下又可以恢复原位。
本发明还提出一种液晶显示装置,具有上述的背光模组结构。
参见图3所示的本发明的背光模组结构实施例,大致包括:前框1、中框3、光学膜片4、导光板5、灯条6、后盖7和导热胶条8。前框1与中框3能够相互配合而装设面板2。导光板5的背面可贴附一反射片,该反射片支撑在后盖7上。光学膜片4装设在导光板5的出光面。导热胶条8粘贴在灯条6与后盖7的内侧,灯条6可通过该导热胶条8与后盖7相连而加强散热。
其中,中框3采用橡胶材料制成,弹性优良,有很好的缓冲作用,放置在导光板5和后盖7之间,通过组装时使导光板5的侧面和中框3的内侧面形成紧配合,这样在导光板5受热或受潮膨胀的时候,中框3可以吸收导光板5的膨胀量;待外部环境恢复正常时,导光板5又可以在弹性作用下恢复原位。另外,中框3采用橡胶材料制成,也可以缩短成型周期,降低成本。并且,中框3采用橡胶材质制成,可以省去现有背光模组结构中所采用的铆柱,而导光板5无须因为要与铆柱相配接而进行裁切加工,从而可以避免由于铆柱的设置而引发的画面品质问题,更容易实现窄边框机型的设计,并可避免导光板5受冲击而破裂的问题,从而提高背光模组结构及液晶显示装置的可靠性。
需要说明的是,在装设有灯条6的侧方部位,中框3是设置有避让结构的,从而在这些位置,该导光板5与中框3不发生紧配合。
虽然在上述实施例中,中框3是以橡胶材质制成,在其他的实施例中,中框3也可以是其他的、任何的具有弹性性能的材料,例如与橡胶材质性能相近的高分子材料,只要它们满足:在该导光板受热或受潮膨胀的时候,该中框可以吸收该导光板的膨胀量;待外部环境恢复正常时,该中框在弹性作用下又可以使该导光板恢复原位。较佳的情形是,这些替代橡胶的材质,还具有比现有制成中框用塑料更便宜、更容易加工成型的特点。
虽然在上述实施例中,中框3是在其内侧面与导光板5形成紧配合,在其他的实施例中,中框3也可以是在导光板5的侧面和顶面均与导光板5形成紧配合,或者,在导光板5的侧面和底面均与导光板5形成紧配合,或者,在导光板5的侧面、顶面和底面均与导光板5形成紧配合。另外,中框3与导光板5形成紧配合的情形,既可以是沿导光板5侧面的整条边的连续形式,也可以是在沿导光板5侧面的一条边上布设至少一个紧配合段的段续形式。
另外,对于中框3在导光板5的顶面与导光板5形成紧配合的情况,考虑到导光板5的顶面可能设置有光学膜片4,这时,可以是光学膜片4延伸到导光板5的边界处,中框3经由该光学膜片4与导光板5的顶面发生紧配合,也可以是光学膜片4不延伸到导光板5的边界处,中框3直接与导光板5的顶面直接发生紧配合。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组结构,包括相互配合的前框和后盖以及装设该前框与后盖之间的中框和导光板,其特征在于:该中框是弹性材质的,该导光板通过其侧面与该中框的内侧形成紧配合而固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组结构,其特征在于:该导光板在受热或受潮膨胀的时候产生的膨胀量由该中框吸收,该导光板的膨胀量在外部环境恢复正常的时候依靠弹性作用恢复原位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组结构,其特征在于:该中框是橡胶材质的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组结构,其特征在于:还包括贴附在该导光板背面的反射片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模组结构,其特征在于:该反射片的背面支撑在该后盖上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组结构,其特征在于:该背光模组结构还包括光学膜片,该光学膜片装设在该导光板的出光面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组结构,其特征在于:该背光模组结构还包括灯条,该灯条装设在该导光板的入光面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的背光模组结构,其特征在于:该背光模组结构还包括导热胶条,其粘贴在该灯条与后盖的内侧之间。
9.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于:具有权利要求1至9任一所述的背光模组结构。
10.根据权利要求9所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:还具有一面板,其是由该前框与中框相互配合而装设。
