本发明公开了一种电力电容器,包括电容器壳体、密封圈和固定在电容器壳体上的接线柱,所述接线柱包括陶瓷绝缘子,所述陶瓷绝缘子下部外壁上设有环状定位凸台;所述电容器壳体上设有安装套管;所述密封圈套设在绝缘子外壁上并与环状定位凸台底壁邻接设置;所述安装套管包括用于把密封圈抵压在环状定位凸台底壁上的压紧部、用于套设在环状定位凸台外周壁上的套接部和通过滚压方式扣接在环状定位凸台顶壁上的滚压环部;所述压紧部是通过滚压管壁所形成,其在管内侧呈截面形状为V字形或U字形的环形凸台状,其在管外侧呈截面形状为V字形或U字形的环形凹槽状。本发明具有工序较少、成本较低的优点。

一种电力电容器
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷式接线柱结构设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于电力电容器的陶瓷绝缘子。
背景技术
现有的高压电力电容器包括电容器壳体和设置在电容壳体上的陶瓷绝缘子装置;所述各陶瓷绝缘子装置包括陶瓷绝缘子本体、焊接在绝缘子顶部的接线组件、焊接固定在绝缘子下部的固定安装座。该种陶瓷绝缘子装置在制造组装时,需要将金属制成的固定安装座通过焊接方式固定在绝缘子本体的外壁上;该种陶瓷绝缘子装置在安装时,先需要在电容器的金属壳体上冲压出与固定安装座形状相配的管状的安装接口,然后再把具有固定安装座的陶瓷绝缘子***安装接口中,并用焊料将固定安装座与电容器壳体上的安装接口焊接固定在一起。
这种传统的高压电力电容器的缺点在于:在制成电力电容器时,需要制成所述固定安装座,在电容器壳体上冲压出安装接口的两个单独工序,另外在把固定安装座安装到陶瓷绝缘子本体上时需要一次焊接,在把固定安装座固定在电容器的安装接口上时还需要一次焊接,导致其加工工序较多,操作繁琐且成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种加工工序较少、制造成本较低的电力电容器。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种电力电容器,包括电容器壳体、密封圈和固定在电容器壳体上的接线柱,所述接线柱包括陶瓷绝缘子,所述陶瓷绝缘子下部外壁上设有环状定位凸台;所述电容器壳体上设有安装套管;所述密封圈套设在绝缘子外壁上并与环状定位凸台底壁邻接设置;所述安装套管包括用于把密封圈抵压在环状定位凸台底壁上的压紧部、用于套设在环状定位凸台外周壁上的套接部和通过滚压方式扣接在环状定位凸台顶壁上的滚压环部;所述压紧部是通过滚压管壁所形成,其在管内侧呈截面形状为V字形或U字形的环形凸台状,其在管外侧呈截面形状为V字形或U字形的环形凹槽状。
上述方案中,所述安装套管与电容器壳体是一体件。
本发明具有积极的效果:(1)本发明的电力电容器中,直接在电容器壳体上冲压成型出与电容器壳体连成一体的安装套管;只需要一次滚压,也即只需要把安装套管通过滚压扣接在绝缘子下部外壁上的环状定位凸台上,即可把接线柱固定安装在电容器壳体上,所以本发明产品具有工序较少、成本较低的优点。

本实施例是一种用于电力电容器的陶瓷绝缘子,见图1所示,包括电容器壳体1、密封圈5和固定在电容器壳体1上的接线柱2,所述接线柱2包括陶瓷绝缘子3、和固定在绝缘子3上部外壁上的接线组件7;所述陶瓷绝缘子3上部外壁上设有环状滚压扣接凸台34,中部外壁上设有伞裙33,下部外壁上设有环状定位凸台31,其顶壁上设有六角凹槽35,此外,陶瓷绝缘子3还设有沿自身中心轴向贯穿的通孔32。
所述电容器壳体1上设有安装套管4;所述密封圈5套设在绝缘子3外壁上并与环状定位凸台31底壁311邻接设置;所述安装套管4包括用于把密封圈5抵压在环状定位凸台31底壁311上的压紧部41、用于套设在环状定位凸台31外周壁上的套接部42和通过滚压方式扣接在环状定位凸台31顶壁312上的滚压环部43;所述压紧部41是通过滚压管壁所形成,其在管内侧呈截面形状为V字形或U字形的环形凸台状,其在管外侧呈截面形状为V字形或U字形的环形凹槽状。
本实施例中,所述安装套管4与电容器壳体1是一体件。
所述接线组件7包括位于绝缘子顶壁凹槽35中的环形密封垫71、具有螺帽721和螺柱722的螺栓72、和滚压套管;所述滚压套管包括把螺栓上螺帽721压紧在环形密封垫71上的盖压区731、用于套设在环状滚压扣接凸台34外周壁上的套管部732和通过滚压方式扣接在环状滚压扣接凸台34底壁上的扣接环733。
本实施例通过直接在电容器壳体上冲压成型出与电容器壳体连成一体的安装套管;只需要一次滚压,也即只需要把安装套管通过滚压扣接在绝缘子下部外壁上的环状定位凸台上,即可把接线柱固定安装在电容器壳体上,所以本发明产品具有工序较少、成本较低的优点。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

1.一种电力电容器,包括电容器壳体(1)、密封圈(5)和固定在电容器壳体(1)上的接线柱(2),所述接线柱(2)包括陶瓷绝缘子(3),所述陶瓷绝缘子设有沿自身中心轴向贯穿的通孔(32),所述陶瓷绝缘子(3)下部外壁上设有环状定位凸台(31);所述电容器壳体(1)上设有安装套管(4);所述密封圈(5)套设在绝缘子(3)外壁上并与环状定位凸台(31)底壁(311)邻接设置;其特征在于:所述安装套管(4)包括用于把密封圈(5)抵压在环状定位凸台(31)底壁(311)上的压紧部(41)、用于套设在环状定位凸台(31)外周壁上的套接部(42)和通过滚压方式扣接在环状定位凸台(31)顶壁(312)上的滚压环部(43);所述压紧部(41)是通过滚压管壁所形成,其在管内侧呈截面形状为V字形或U字形的环形凸台状,其在管外侧呈截面形状为V字形或U字形的环形凹槽状;所述安装套管(4)与电容器壳体(1)是一体件;接线组件(7)包括位于绝缘子顶壁凹槽(35)中的环形密封垫(71)、具有螺帽(721)和螺柱(722)的螺栓(72)、和滚压套管;所述滚压套管包括把螺栓上螺帽(721)压紧在环形密封垫(71)上的盖压区(731)、用于套设在环状滚压扣接凸台(34)外周壁上的套管部(732)和通过滚压方式扣接在环状滚压扣接凸台(34)底壁上的扣接环(733);环形密封垫(71)压接在绝缘子顶壁凹槽(35)的底壁上,螺栓的螺柱(722)向上伸出滚压套管的盖压区(731);螺栓还设有从上往下贯穿自身的中心透孔,该螺栓的中心透孔、环形密封垫的中心孔、陶瓷绝缘子的通孔(32)相互连通。
