背景技术
许多产品例如婴儿奶粉需要使用精确的测量件。标准的做法是在容器中提供测量勺。勺通常与内容物一起放置在容器中。在容器被从其底部开始填充的情况下，就意味着在容器已被填充之后置于内容物顶部的勺会在用户打开容器时位于包装的底部，这需要用户在容器内容物之中笨拙地摸索以取出测量勺。
为了提供这种容器的内容物不被擅启的安全性，并且为确保内容物的新鲜度，容器的口要频繁地通过可剥离箔在容器口上进行密封。
当容器被用箔密封时，已建议将勺固定到箔的内侧。2004年5月27日公开的DE10252499A(申请人为LASKOWSKI SIGISMUND)就是一个示例。这需要复杂的组装过程。另一建议是2003年5月14日公开的GB2381785A(申请人为YEW TREE CONSULTANTS LTD)中所公开的将勺设置在容器外部并且与盖子一体模制。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于提供一种以如下方式与容器封盖一体化的测量勺，即，勺很容易让用户接近并且保持清洁和得到保护。
本发明使用如2006年5月17日公开的EP1656306A(申请人为BAPCOCLOSURES RESEARCH LTD)中描述的封盖，其公开内容结合在此作为参考。
本发明提供一种封盖，其包括适于配合到由边缘限定的容器口上的喷口；感应热密封箔；所述喷口具有适于通过箔而被固定到容器的边缘的基部，该箔在喷口被连接到容器口之前被预密封到基部；以及通过脆弱区域与基部相连并预密封到感应热密封箔的可去除部件；其特征在于，该可去除部件限定框架部分，其中测量勺与喷口一体模制并通过脆弱桥接部与可去除部件相连以使得勺能在打开容器之前被去除。

本发明的方案具有一些优点。使得消费者容易接近勺，从较重可剥离箔到较轻可撕箔的改变节省了重量和材料。通过为基部提供三维结构，增加了结构上的刚度，并且能制得更薄，这减小了包装的整体重量。因为勺与喷口一体模制，在包装容器的过程中不需要单独的组件。

具体实施方式
封盖2旨在被配合到如图1所示的带宽口的敞顶容器4上。封盖通过感应热密封箔6被密封到容器的边缘，该感应热密封箔具有粘结于箔每个表面的可兼容塑料材料从而其以2006年5月17日提交的EP1656306A(BAPCO CLOSURES RESEARCH LTD)中公开的方式既能熔合到容器的边缘也能熔合到封盖。
封盖2是注射成型的塑料部件，其能以打开状态被模制为一件，如图2和5所示。封盖具有喷口10和盖子12，盖子12通过产生活铰链14的塑料薄片被铰接到喷口。
喷口10具有带悬垂裙部18的平凸缘形式的基部16，裙部18位于容器的口之上。喷口的可去除部分是条带20，其限定出绕基部凸缘内侧延伸并通过脆弱区域22与基部相连的框架，该脆弱区域被一系列桥接部24横跨。在基部凸缘16的下侧，如图5中所示，模制有一系列齿26。拉环30与条带20的一端相连并且模制在相对于基部凸缘16稍凸出的位置。
跨过基部的一个角，基部凸缘的三角形部段32从基部凸缘16的平面凸出。圆形开口34形成在此角中。
测量勺40与喷口一体模制。勺的手柄46大致平行于凸出的角部分32的对角边界设置。手柄的一端通过脆弱桥接部48连接到可去除条带20。在手柄46的相反端，形成有碗50并且碗也通过桥接部52与条带20相连。碗的尺寸做成限定出用于容器内容物的适当测量件。其直径做成使得勺的碗能座落于开口34中从而使所述凸出的角能在勺从喷口拆下后用作用于勺的保持器。勺在图7中被示出处于其存储位置。
凸出的密封唇60在从脆弱区域22向外处绕基部周边被模制。
盖子12被穹凸从而其当勺处于图1中所示的初始位置以及处于图7中所示的存储位置时都能在喷口和一体化的测量勺上面关闭。盖子12具有与喷口上的唇60密封地接合的悬垂阀62。裙部18上的闩锁结构70与形成在盖子12上的密封突片72合作以使盖子能被闩锁到闭合状态。
封盖2通过感应热密封箔6密封到容器。箔6通过可去除部分的框架中的中央间隙暴露出来，如图1中所示。在将封盖配合到容器之前，箔被感应热密封到基部凸缘16的下表面以及条带20二者。因为一旦封盖已配合到容器则箔的边缘就被保持在喷口的下方，所以必须撕开箔以便能进入容器。这通过拉动拉环30来完成，其仅在拉环30的口的下方开始启动撕扯。然后条带20与箔一起被撕出。在箔被对角地剥离容器的口时，凸出的角32的存在会支撑喷口。
预加箔的封盖能在如图2所示的平的状态下被供给至填充设备。一旦封盖已被熔接到容器的口上，盖子就能被关闭并闩锁到喷口的基部以用于运输。
在打开盖子12后，用户能马上接近测量勺40，勺能在打开容器之前被去除。可选地，用户也可以将箔连同测量勺一起拉掉，并在之后拆卸下勺。

Claims (3)

1.一种塑料封盖，用于具有带有边缘的敞开的口的容器，包括：
喷口，其适于配合到容器的口之上；
适于闭合在所述喷口之上的盖子；
感应热密封箔；
喷口具有：
基部，该基部适于通过箔而固定到容器的边缘，箔在喷口被连接到容器口之前被预密封到基部；以及
可去除框架部分，其通过脆弱区域与基部相连，并预密封到感应热密封箔；
模制到所述框架部分的拉环；以及
测量勺，其与喷口一体模制并通过离散的脆弱桥接部与可去除框架部分相连，以使得勺能在打开容器之前被去除。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料封盖，其特征在于，喷口的基部限定凸出部分，其适于用作勺保持器。
3.如权利要求2所述的塑料封盖，其特征在于，基部是矩形的，凸出部分由切断矩形一个角的对角边界来限定。
