本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的双轴或多轴挤压机。
背景技术
具有能沿相同方向被驱动的轴的双轴或多轴挤压机基本上包括紧密啮合的螺旋输送器,以及作为传送件的捏合块。为了使几何形状和材料能容易地适应于不同工艺任务的目的,通常将所需种类的适当部件以可插接到支撑轴上并随之转动的方式形成。
为了使所需的灵活性与在效率和安全性上的高要求相匹配,几何限制、例如仅一个或几个零件的长度和/或在端部处的相同安装位置是不可缺少的。这基本上限制了必要的螺距、零件类型和/或整体长度。为了实现这些零件所需的适配性,仅需要注意端部位置和/或长度,使得从工艺技术角度来看能够连续地或分段地自由选择零件之间的几何条件,例如间距和偏移角。在生产过程中,从输送器结构到产品的能量传送的效率和类型会影响产品的温度和品质。为了使用粘性材料来润湿粉末状固体以及使粉末状固体在其中分散和/或分解,需要在高粘性材料中产生剪切流,或者更好是拉伸流。
EP 0002131B1公开了一种自清洁型挤压机,其包括两根轴和双螺纹螺杆轮廓,其中螺杆的一个梳齿具有距壳体内壁为较小的距离,而第二梳齿具有距壳体内壁为较大的距离。
结果,在距壳体内壁为较小距离的两个相邻梳齿之间形成了两个螺纹,它们由距壳体内壁为较大距离的梳齿分隔开。因此,产品可自由地从一个螺纹流入另一个中,由此产品流入第一螺纹中直到将其填充,而第二螺纹至多仅能部分地填充。由于从第一螺纹到第二螺纹的材料变化并不显著,因此仅在第一螺纹中对产品进行必要的均匀化处理,以便不等同地处理产品。
然而,通过已知挤压机所实现的固体在粘性基体中的均匀化和分散仍不能令人满意。这对颗粒尺寸处于微米级范围内的固体来说尤其如此。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无约束的自清洁多轴挤压机,通过其能显著且有效地改善产品的品质。
根据本发明,通过根据权利要求1的挤压机实现了此目的。在从属权利要求中描述了本发明的有益的实施方案。
根据本发明,使用了至少双螺纹的传送件,其在轮廓剖面即垂直于轴的横截面中由圆弧组成,其中彼此啮合的传送件在整个周向上基本上紧密地相互接合(abstreifen)。除了双螺纹的传送件之外,尤其还可以使用三螺纹的传送件。
在这种情况中,第一螺纹的梳齿以小的间隙接合壳体内壁,而在至少一个其他螺纹的梳齿和壳体内壁之间有较大的距离。每个传送件具有至少两个连续式或阶梯式地彼此偏移的传送部分,其中每个传送部分优选具有最多与传送件的整个外径相一致的轴向长度,优选地最多为传送件外径的一半,也即壳体内壁的整个内径和/或一半内径。彼此啮合的传送件的传送部分的轴向长度优选为相等,但也可以不同。
因此,对双螺纹来说,各传送部分在90°角处具有相应的大螺纹深度,而对三螺纹来说则在60°角处具有相应的小螺纹深度。即,在根据本发明的传送件中,在距壳体内壁为小间隙的第一梳齿之后为距壳体内壁为较大距离的第二梳齿,并且在相应的角度处,在1Da或1/2Da的最大距离处有相应的大螺纹深度和小螺纹深度(Da=传送件的外径或壳体内壁的内径)。
这意味着,越过从包括多个流束分支的通道到通道的周向方向上的所有输送通道能产生材料的剧烈变化,并且通过不同的和变化的螺纹深度以及相应的梳齿/壳体间隙而以相同的方式径向地和轴向地实现了这种材料变化,因此,所有通道中的填充度相等。由于在周向和轴向上在梳齿和螺纹之间的快速交替中的恒定几何弯曲,产生了特别高密度的拉伸流。由于这是在整个横截面中和在传送件的整体长度上在所有输送通道中使得粘度并无不希望有的降低的情况下发生的,因此能实现更有效且更快的混合,并在更均匀地均匀化的情况下实现显著更高的产品品质。这基本上归因于:对于双轴挤压机来说,在产品从一个支撑轴到下一个轴的传送中的两次急剧偏转,以及尤其是在六轴挤压机中的12次偏转和在十二轴挤压机中的24次偏转,这导致了产品中的有效作用力进一步增强。
通过连续相的粘度,能够将拉力和弯曲力重复地作用于固体聚积块的疲劳强度,这导致了后者的疲劳破裂。根据本发明,实现了固体的有效的均匀化和分散,甚至对颗粒尺寸在微米范围内、例如小于100μm、尤其是小于10μm的固体颗粒来说也是如此。
通过根据本发明的传送件,产品因此会在非常短的长度上经受恒定变化的螺纹深度、材料速度以及拉伸过程。
根据本发明,由于一个梳齿离壳体内壁为较大的距离,因此能实现剧烈的材料变化,然而在与内壁接合的梳齿处,仅发生很少的材料变化,但因产品的最大应力而会产生最大的分散。由于根据本发明的这些梳齿由短的部分构成,因此产品仅在小区域中承受极端应力,这是可将产品的温度整体上保持为低的原因,结果是甚至在极端应力区域中,产品也不会受损,且因此被整体上轻柔地处理。
因此,根据本发明的挤压机也适合于敏感产品的加工,例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的再加工。
优选地,根据本发明的传送件形成为一体,例如通过铣削相应的金属块。虽然根据本发明第一螺纹的梳齿基本上紧密接合壳体内壁,因此仅具有小的间隙,例如在传送件的外径Da小于100mm时其例如小于1mm,优选小于0.5mm,然而螺杆件的至少一个其他螺纹的梳齿到壳体内壁的距离优选为与第一螺纹的螺纹深度的最多一半相一致,优选大于1mm。
优选地,传送件的梳齿的间距在1/3Da到无穷大之间变化。即,根据本发明的传送件例如可形成为捏合块。
传送件的螺纹间距在各个传送部分中可以是不同的。外径Da与内径或芯径Di之比在各个传送部分中也可以是不同的。
传送件的轴向长度优选为至少1Da,并应当不超过4Da,这是由于当长度大于4Da时难以进行操作,例如难以从轴上拆下来。
根据本发明的挤压机具有至少两个、优选至少三个轴向平行的能沿相同方向驱动的轴。轴可布置在直的平面上。作为替代,也可在挤压机壳体的内腔中提供沿圆周或圆弧布置的轴,其中在内腔的径向内侧和径向外侧,挤压机的壳体装有平行于挤压机轴线的下凹的圆形件,在其中例如紧密地引导了螺杆件,如EP-B-0788867中所述。
在这种情况中,优选是至少六根轴沿一个圆周以具有相同中心角的方式布置。
通过根据本发明的传送件,材料可穿过轴的边缘从内腔的一侧流到另一侧。例如对于沿圆周以相同中心角布置的六根轴来说,通过产品的十二次偏转而显著提高了均匀性。
根据本发明的传送件的第一梳齿的螺纹深度可小于挤压机的剩余标准传送件、即其梳齿与壳体内壁基本上紧密接触的传送件的螺纹深度。因此,例如在挤压机的材料填充区域中的传送件可具有特别大的螺纹深度。传送件的外径Da与内径Di之比例如在1.25到1.85之间。传送件的外径与内径之比优选在挤压机的填充区域中具有最大值。
轴和根据本发明的支撑轴的至少一个传送件优选地形成一体。由于轴和传送件形成一体的事实,因此可传递显著更高的扭矩。例如,包括驱动轴的轴以及处在包括熔化区的填充区中的传送件可由单个部件构成。
在填充区后可为具有外径与内径之比较小的传送件的区域,其后又可为具有外径与内径之比较大的传送件的区域,等等。
在传送件的两个传送部分之间可提供同心环部分,其在周向上具有短的轴向长度,最多为一个传送部分和/或多个不同长度的传送部分中的最短传送部分的1/5,并且其距壳体内壁的自由通道高度等于或大于螺纹深度的一半。
环状部分可为圆形,但是其也可偏离圆形形状。由于传送件的两个传送部分之间的环形部分,因此在轴向方向中的传送速度会降低,因此提高了分散效果。
根据本发明的挤压机的彼此啮合的传送件的传送部分可由螺纹部分组成。
螺纹部分优选地偏移一定角度,使得传送件的每个螺纹的梳齿通过彼此相邻且交错的基本上紧密接合壳体内壁的梳齿部分和距壳体内壁为一定距离的梳齿部分来形成。
即,传送件为螺杆件,其中螺杆件的各梳齿交替地由接合壳体壁的梳齿部分和距壳体壁为较大距离的梳齿部分组成。
在螺纹部分中,接合在壳体内壁上、即距壳体内壁为小距离的梳齿具有较小的宽度,而布置成距壳体内壁为一定距离的梳齿具有较大的宽度。
因此,在其中螺纹部分偏移一定角度以使传送件的各螺纹的梳齿由基本上紧密接合壳体内壁的梳齿部分和距壳体内壁为一定距离的梳齿部分以交替的顺序彼此邻接来形成的传送件中,沿着每个螺纹的梳齿,窄和宽的梳齿彼此交替地出现。
作为螺纹部分的替代,根据本发明的挤压机的传送件的传送部分也可以其他方式形成。因此,彼此啮合的传送件尤其可通过捏合块来形成,即,传送部分可通过偏移一定角度的捏合块的凸轮盘来形成。
这种捏合块用于混合和捏合产品。由于凸轮盘偏移一定角度,因此其也具有传送效果。
凸轮盘具有垂直于轴的并且与螺杆件和/或螺纹部分的横截面相一致的横截面。
这意味着,与螺纹部分类似,每个凸轮盘也可具有基本上紧密接合壳体内壁的梳齿,和至少一个距壳体内壁为一定距离的其他梳齿。
捏合块的凸轮盘的紧密接合壳体内壁的梳齿形成第一螺纹,并且捏合块的凸轮盘的布置为距壳体内壁一定距离的梳齿形成至少一个其他螺纹。类似地,优选通例如过铣削金属块来使捏合块形成为一体。
如上文所述,也可在捏合块的两个凸轮盘之间提供环形部分,以降低材料沿轴向方向的流动,并且因此提高分散效果。
根据本发明,彼此啮合的传送件在整个周向上以小间隙彼此接合。同时,第一螺纹的梳齿紧密接合壳体内壁。此外,第一螺纹的梳齿接合相应传送件的芯部和侧面。即,各传送部分的所述梳齿与和其互相啮合的相应传送部分的芯部和侧面紧密接合。这适用于使用螺杆件作为传送件和使用捏合块作为传送件。然而,如果捏合块包括所述的同心环部分,则其实现了侧面的接合。

具体实施方式
根据图1a和1b,挤压机的壳体具有柱形内壁1。这里使用了双螺纹传送件2,根据图1a和1b所示,该传送件包括两个传送部分3和4,即第一传送部分3和另一个相对于第一传送部分3转过180°的第二传送部分4。
轮廓剖面、即垂直于传送部分3、4的轴的横截面由圆弧组成。图1a中的圆弧A-B和/或图1b中的圆弧A’-B’代表了基本上与壳体内壁1紧密接触、即以小间隙a’接触的第一螺纹的梳齿5、5’,而圆弧C-D和/或C’-D’代表了第二螺纹的梳齿6、6’,其布置为距内壁1为距离a。根据图1a,带有梳齿5的螺纹具有较大的螺纹深度b,带有梳齿6的第二螺纹具有较小的螺纹深度c。长圆弧A-C和B-D和/或A’-C’和B’-D’均由三段圆弧组成,即直径等于芯部直径Di的中间段圆弧,以及半径等于两个传送件之间的轴向距离Ax的两端侧圆弧。
根据图1b的轴向地处于传送部分3之后的第二传送部分4可通过将第一传送部分3相对于轴线7或相对于轴线7转动了90°的轴线8进行反射,或者将第一传送部分3转动180°而实现。
轴线7由与轴线10和梳齿5的中心相交的平面形成;轴线8由与圆弧AB和BC的中心以及轴线10相交的平面形成。
传送件2的外径Da例如可为10到50mm,内径Di例如为7到30mm,距离a例如为1到3mm。梳齿5可包括在例如15°到25°之间的角α。
即,通过圆弧C’-D’形成且距壳体内壁1为距离a的第二传送部分4的第二梳齿6’相对于第一传送部分3的第二梳齿6偏移了180°,对于大螺纹深度b和小螺纹深度c来说也是如此。
彼此啮合的传送件具有轴向距离Ax(如图8中的传送件31、32所示),并在整个周向上彼此接合(图5a、8、9、13和16)。
特别是从图1a、1b和3中可看出,一个传送件12的第一螺纹的梳齿5’基本上紧密接合壳体内壁1,以及与之形成啮合的传送件11的侧面15和芯部16。
根据图2,双轴挤压机的一体式传送件11、12具有内齿13、14,以将传送件插接在两根平行的沿相同方向旋转的轴(未示出)上,以便随轴转动。
每个传送件11、12具有例如为2.5Da、优选地最多为4Da的轴向长度Le,并且由六个传送部分11a到11f和12a到12f组成。每个传送件11和/或12的传送部分11a到11f和12a到12f阶梯式地逐步布置,并且相对于彼此偏离相同的角度,例如36°。每个传送部分11a到11f和12a到12f具有两个螺纹。彼此啮合的传动部分11a到11f和12a到12f基本上在C点紧密接触,即形成例如小于1mm的小间隙,如图5a到5f所示。
如传送件11f和12f所示,根据图1a和1b的各传送部分的第一螺纹的梳齿5和/或5’形成为与壳体内壁1接触,但在梳齿6、6’和壳体内壁1之间存在较大的距离a。传送部分11a到11f和12a到12f的轴向长度Ls均与传送件11、12的直径Da或壳体内壁1的直径(图1a和1b)的约1/3相一致。由于螺纹深度随梳齿5、6和5’、6’连续地改变,因此产品承受到连续的拉应力。此外,在接合点C的区域中存在产品的剧烈转向,如图5b中的箭头15所示。
对于图6所示的双螺杆来说,传送件21、22包括相对于彼此转动了180°、即偏转了180°角的传送部分21a到21e和/或22a到22e。
根据图7和8,传送件31、32包括传送部分31a到31d和/或32a到32d,每个传送部分均具有同心环部分33a到33d和/或34a到34d。传送部分31a到31d与32a到32d之间转动了180°。环33a和/或34a与壳体内壁1之间的环隙35、35’的尺寸H处在螺纹深度b的1/4到3/4的范围内,例如为螺纹深度的一半(图8)。
周向上的环33a到33d和34a到34d的轴向长度La不大于传送部分31a到31d和32a到32d的长度Ls的1/5。环33a到33d和34a到34d不必为精确地同心或为圆形。如果它们基本上形成同心圆的部分就已很足够了。
对于根据图9和10的挤压机来说,传送件41、42、43…安装在沿圆周布置的轴向平行的轴上以便于随轴转动,其中传送件41、42、43…在整个圆周上彼此接合。传送件41、42、43由具有偏开180°的剖面的传送部分41a到41e组成。
如图2到5,根据图11的两个传送件11和12也由通过螺纹部分形成的传送部分11a到11f和12a到12f组成。
根据图11,传送件11的螺纹部分11a到11f以及传送件12的螺纹部分12a到12f偏移一定的角度,使得传送件11和12的每个螺纹的梳齿5’、6由彼此相邻的基本上紧密接合壳体内壁1的梳齿部分5’和设置为距壳体壁为距离a的梳齿部分6(图1a和1b)形成,其中梳齿部分5’和梳齿部分6彼此错开。
因此,根据图11的传送件11和12均形成了螺杆件。
从图11中尤其可以看出,螺杆件11和12中的基本上紧密接合壳体内壁的梳齿5、5’比梳齿6、6’更窄,因此沿着螺杆件11和12的各螺纹的梳齿来看,窄的梳齿5’与宽的梳齿6交错地布置。
虽然图2到7和9到11涉及作为传送件的螺杆件和/或具有有限螺距的螺纹部分的传送件,也可以根据图12到14和图15到17提供具有无限螺距的螺纹部分的传送件,以作为彼此啮合的捏合块50、51和/或52、53的传送件,从而实现高度的特定能量输入。
在这种情况中,根据图12到14的捏合块50、51由偏移一定角度的凸轮盘50a到50e和51到51e组成。
凸轮盘50a到50e和51a到51e具有垂直于轴的横截面,其与根据图1a和1b的传送件2的横截面相一致。
即,根据图1a和1b,凸轮盘50a到50e和51a到51e均具有基本上紧密接合壳体内壁1的窄梳齿5、5’,以及距壳体内壁为一定距离的宽梳齿6、6’。
在这种情况中,同样形成具有传送效果的螺纹,如图12中的螺纹58(虚线)所示。通过交替布置宽梳齿6、6’和窄梳齿5、5’,形成了每个捏合块50、51的螺纹,如根据图12的螺纹58所示。
根据图7,在根据图12到14的捏合块中,在传送部分或凸轮轴50a到50f和51a到51f之间也提供了与轴同心的环形部分50g到50j和/或51g到51j。
由于在宽梳齿6和壳体内壁1之间的间隙能够实现材料的强烈变化,而在梳齿5、凸轮盘51a和凸轮盘50a之间仅有小的间隙,因此产品一方面被高度拉紧,而另一方面被强烈分散。由于张力仅发生在这种很小的区域中,因此能实现对产品的总体上轻柔的处理。
根据图15到17,彼此啮合的捏合块52、53的每个凸轮盘52a到52e和53a到53e由两个分开板组成,如凸轮盘53a的分开板54、55所示。
根据图15到17的各捏合块52、53均由五个双子盘52a到52e和/或53a到53e组成。结果,共有十个分开板52,对于图17中的捏合块52来说,其以数字(1)到(10)来标明。奇数的分开板(1)、(3)、(5)、(7)、(9)相对于偶数的分开板(2)、(4)、(6)、(8)、(10)转动180°,偶数的分开板相对于奇数的分开板转动225°(180°加45°)。
由分开板54、55所示,凸轮盘53a的一个分开板54的梳齿56基本上紧密接合壳体内壁,而相邻分开板55的相邻梳齿55具有与图1a和1b中的距离a相一致的距壳体内壁1的距离。
