Abstract

本发明公开了一种骨传导扬声器的传振片装置,其中,包括一平片本体,在该平片本体上设置有多圈间断的环孔,每圈环孔之间设置有连筋部,使环孔形成间断间隔;并且相邻圈环孔的连筋部交错设置。本发明骨传导扬声器的传振片装置由于采用了多圈环孔设置,可以使得振动板产生更大的位移,从而让骨传导扬声器实现更高灵敏度,提高了振动与声音的输出功率。而且,传振片不需要特别的加工精度就可以实现平衡的轴向往返运动不发生偏斜,从而获得好的音质效果。

一种骨传导扬声器的传振片装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨传导扬声器的传振片装置。
背景技术
人之所以能够听到声音,是因为空气中的振动通过外耳耳道把振动传递到了耳膜,通过耳膜形成的振动驱动人的听觉神经。
骨传导扬声器工作时,通过人的皮肤、皮下组织及骨骼传递到人的听觉神经,从而使人听到声音。人的耳朵在正常情况下,只要不是中外耳损坏或用手塞住耳道,声音通过骨骼直接传导与声音通过空气传导到耳膜中的输出功率相比要薄弱很多,故限制了骨传导扬声器的应用。
如图1所示是现有技术骨传导扬声器结构的立体图。在此结构中,由驱动部件和振动部件两部分组成。驱动部件包括盆状的导磁体6、配置在导磁体6中心的磁体5和卷装在磁体5上的音圈4。振动部件则包括振动板2和传振片3,振动板2是通过激光焊接在传振片3中的,传振片3两侧包含孔1,该孔1可用来将振动部件与驱动部件进行固定在一起。
但现有技术中的这类传振片因为属于实心方形结构,其硬度较大,导致了纵向位移较小,从而限制了骨传导扬声器的冲程,制约了其输出功率;同时,装配中振动部分通过两个孔与驱动部分连接,因为是两点定位难以准确定位和固定,使得组装中容易侧翻,导致装配不良,而且装配也不方便。传振片的设计是使得骨传导扬声器灵敏度高输出功率大和装配容易的关键部分,因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
图2是现有技术另一骨传导扬声器传振片的结构图。这种传振片包括外环、内环和多个连接部。这些连接部具有风车形状,各个连接部位都具有一定的宽度。当传振片装配到骨传导扬声器上后,这种连接部的结构容易产生偏斜,引起其产生不均匀振动或者偏斜幅度大的时候导致音圈等碰到导磁板,最终形成异常音,音质下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种骨传导扬声器的传振片装置,改进现有的骨传导扬声器传振片,通过发明一种柔性较好的传振片,可以使得振动板产生更大的位移,从而让骨传导扬声器实现更高灵敏度,以及提高其输出功率。而且,传振片不需要特别的加工精度就可以实现平衡的轴向往返运动不发生偏斜,从而获得好的音质效果。
本发明的技术方案包括:
一种骨传导扬声器的传振片装置,其中,包括一平片本体,在该平片本体上设置有多圈间断的环孔,在同圈的环孔之间设置有连筋部,使环孔形成间断间隔;并且相邻圈环孔的连筋部交错设置。
所述的传振片装置,其中,所述环孔设置为三圈,并在每圈上都设置为三个环孔。
所述的传振片装置,其中,相邻圈的相邻连筋部错开60度设置。
所述的传振片装置,其中,所述骨传导扬声器还包括设置在所述传振片上的振动板,以及一华司,所述振动板设置在所述华司中央;以及,一环形磁体、一T铁和一线圈,所述T铁具有中央凸起部,所述环形磁体设置在T铁的周边壁部与所述华司之间,所述线圈设置在所述环形磁体与所述T铁的中央凸起部之间的间隙内。
所述的传振片装置,其中,所述传振片通过螺栓与所述华司及T铁连接。
本发明所提供的一种骨传导扬声器的传振片装置,由于采用了多圈环孔设置,可以使得振动板产生更大的振幅,从而让骨传导扬声器实现更高灵敏度,提高了振动与声音的输出功率。

具体实施方式
 以下结合附图,将对本发明的各较佳实施例进行更为详细的说明。
本发明骨传导扬声器的传振片装置的较佳实施例,如图3所示,所述传振片8为一平片结构,并在该平片本体801上设置有多圈间断的环孔802,每圈环孔之间设置有连筋部803,使环孔形成间断间隔;并且相邻圈环孔的连筋部进行交错设置,如此可以形成即具有刚性,又满足弹性要求的传振片,不需要特别的加工精度就可以实现平衡的轴向往返运动不发生偏斜,从而满足音质效果的传振片。所述传振片可以采用不锈钢或者铍铜制成,当然采用其他材质的也可以。
本发明传振片的更佳实施例中,所述环孔802共设置为三圈,并在每圈都设置为三个环孔,由三个连筋部进行间断隔开;并且可以设置所述相邻圈的相邻连筋部错开60度设置,如图3中所示的连筋部813和823,这样即方便对传振片8的加工,也可以形成美观的产品整体外观,如图5所示,而且可以保证整个传振片的弹性和刚性要求。
如图4所示,本发明的传振片装置是将振动板13焊接或者粘接在传振片8的一侧面上,所述传振片8的周边具有3个呈三角分布的螺丝9,该螺丝9是用于将包括传振片8和振动板13的振动***与华司11(spring washer,弹簧垫片)组合的,如图4所示,在螺丝9和传振片8之间设置有垫片10,华司11用于导磁,并使传振片8固定于华司11上,从而使通过传振片8支撑的振动板13与T铁14之间、以及振动板13与华司11之间都形成了一定的间隙,进而使振动板13在间隙中能够通过线圈15中电流的驱动产生振动。线圈15放置在环形磁体12、华司11、振动板13以及T铁14围合形成的间隙中。与传振片8和振动板13焊接在一起的螺丝7是用于将骨传导扬声器驱动器与骨传导扬声器装置壳体(壳体图中未示出)连接于一体。
本发明的传振片8在结构上进行了环孔设置,通过这样的设计使得传振片8在平片结构狭窄的面积上延长了力臂,增加了传振片8的弹力,从而加强了振动板13的振动位移。同时,在传振片8上留下了3个螺丝孔,通过三点定位固定振动部件和驱动部件,使得装配更加稳定,不会产生不良信号影响。
本发明骨传导扬声器的传振片装置通过采用柔性较好的传振片,其工艺简单、成本较低;所获得的传振片不需要特别的加工精度就可以实现平衡的轴向往返运动不发生偏斜,从而获得好的音质效果;所获得的传振片部分由于弹力较好,避免了振动板太小位移下制约输出功率的问题,促使包含该发明传振片的骨传导扬声器实现更高灵敏度及更大输出功率的发展,从而拓展了骨传导扬声器在通信设备等商业领域的应用。
应当理解的是,上述针对本发明较佳实施例的描述较为具体,并不能因此而认为是对本发明专利保护范围的限制,本发明的专利保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (5)

1.一种骨传导扬声器的传振片装置,其特征在于,包括一平片本体,在该平片本体上设置有多圈间断的环孔,在同圈上的环孔之间设置有连筋部,使环孔形成间断间隔;并且相邻圈环孔的连筋部交错设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传振片装置,其特征在于,所述环孔设置为三圈,并在每圈上都设置为三个环孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的传振片装置,其特征在于,相邻圈的相邻连筋部错开60度设置。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的传振片装置,其特征在于,所述骨传导扬声器还包括设置在所述传振片上的振动板,以及一华司,所述振动板设置在所述华司中央;以及,一环形磁体、一T铁和一线圈,所述T铁具有中央凸起部,所述环形磁体设置在T铁的周边壁部与所述华司之间,所述线圈设置在所述环形磁体与所述T铁的中央凸起部之间的间隙内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的传振片装置,其特征在于,所述传振片通过螺栓与所述华司及T铁连接。
