Abstract

本发明提供一种显示装置的背光模组,其包括:背板、设置于背板上的反射罩、设置于反射罩上的背光光源、设置于背板上反射板、设置于反射板上的导光板、及分别与背板及导光板连接的胶框,背光光源发出的光线通过反射罩反射进入导光板,所述反射罩包括反射部、连接于反射部的抵靠部、及连接于抵靠部的承接部,该抵靠部抵靠于背板上,该背光光源安装于承接部上,该承接部设置于背板上。本发明所提供的显示装置的背光模组,其以设置反光罩代替人工贴附反光面,避免了由于人工贴附良率问题,保证了背光光源光线反射的完整性,进一步保证了导光板的出光率的同时,改善了背光光源的热传导效果。

Description

显示装置的背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示装置的背光模组,尤其涉及一种能保证反射光线完整性同时改善背光光源导热效果的显示装置的背光模组。
背景技术
LED背光模组,根据光源的位置主要分为两种方式:直下型和边缘型。在直下型背光中,光源位于液晶显示面板(LCD Panel)的正下方,直接照射,由于可使用的灯管数量较多,容易获得很高的亮度,但由于成本较高,一般用于亮度需求较高的TV模块中;而边缘型背光的光源位于导光板(Light guideplate)的侧边,通过导光板将测光源的光导入到内部,经过反射面全反射以及导光板底部网点的散射,光从导光板的上表面射出,进而为液晶显示面板提供亮度均一的面光源。
现有边缘型背光的反射面为一平面镜,直接安装在胶框或背板上,其工艺一般采用人工贴附的方式,而人工贴附存在贴附良率问题,从而影响LED光线的反射,降低出光效率。
另外,背光模组的散热问题也是一直需要不断改进的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示装置的背光模组,其结构简单,保证导光板的光强的同时提高背光光源的热传导效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种显示装置的背光模组,包括:背板、设置于背板上的反射罩、设置于反射罩上的背光光源、设置于背板上反射板、设置于反射板上的导光板、及分别与背板及导光板连接的胶框,背光光源发出的光线通过反射罩反射进入导光板,所述反射罩包括反射部、连接于反射部一侧的抵靠部、及连接于抵靠部远离反射部一侧的承接部,该抵靠部抵靠于背板上,该背光光源安装于承接部上,该承接部设置于背板上。
所述反射罩还包括连接于反射部远离抵靠部一侧的抵止部,抵止部远离反射部的自由端设有数个定位部。
所述胶框向着导光板一侧设有一支撑面,该反射部抵靠于该支撑面上。
所述胶框向着导光板一侧设有与支撑面连接的抵止面、及设于抵止面上的数个定位槽,所述抵止部抵靠于该抵止面,所述反射罩的定位部分别容纳于定位槽内。
所述背板对应于反射罩的位置设有一底面及与底面垂直连接的侧面,所述反射罩的抵靠部与承接部垂直设置,该抵靠部抵靠于背板的侧面,承接部置于背板的底面上。
所述反射部包括抵靠面与反射面,所述抵靠面抵靠于胶框的支撑面上,所述反射面为单斜面、多斜面或弧形面。
所述反射罩由镜面铝、镜面铜、或复合材制成,所述复合材包括反射塑胶片及贴附于反射塑胶片上的金属基材。
所述承接部或抵靠部固定于该背板上。
所述承接部或抵靠部通过螺钉或胶带固定于该背板上。
所述背光光源为LED灯条。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的显示装置的背光模组,其以设置反光罩代替人工贴附反光面,避免了由于人工贴附良率问题,保证了背光光源光线反射的完整性,进一步保证了导光板的出光率的同时,改善了背光光源的热传导效果。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明提供一种显示装置的背光模组,其包括:背板2、设置于背板上的反射罩5、设置于反射罩5上的背光光源6、设置于背板2上的反射板7、设置于反射板7上的导光板8、及分别与背板2及导光板8连接的胶框9,本发明中的背光光源6为LED灯条,该背光光源6发出的光线通过反射罩5反射进入导光板8,从而为导光板8提供充足的光照。
所述背板2对应于反射罩5的位置设有一底面22及与底面22垂直连接的侧面24。
所述反射罩5包括反射部52、连接于反射部52一侧的抵靠部54、连接于抵靠部54远离反射部52一侧的承接部56、及连接于反射部52远离抵靠部一侧的抵止部58,该抵止部58远离反射部52的自由端设有两个定位部582,其分别位于该抵止部58的两侧(请参阅图2)。定位部582的数量可根据需要变化。所述背光光源6安装于承接部56上,所述反射部52从抵靠部54朝导光板8方向斜向上延伸,位于背光光源6上方,该反射部52包括抵靠面522与反射面524,该反射面524可为单斜面、多斜面或弧形面,其对应背光光源6设置,能更完整的将背光光源6所发出的光线反射至导光板8上;所述抵靠部54与承接部56垂直设置,该抵靠部54抵靠于背板2的侧面24,承接部56置于背板2的底面22上,该反射罩5通过承接部56或抵靠部54固定于背板2上,其固定方式可为螺钉连接或胶粘。
所述胶框9向着导光板8一侧设有一支撑面92、与支撑面92连接的抵止面93、及设于抵止面93上的数个定位槽94,所述反射罩5反射部52的抵靠面522抵靠于该支撑面92上,所述抵止部58抵靠于该抵止面93,所述反射罩5的定位部582分别容纳于定位槽94内,从而避免反射部52发生形变,保证反射光的完整性,进一步保证该导光板8的出光率。
所述反射罩5由镜面铝、镜面铜、或复合材制成,所述复合材包括反射塑胶片及贴附于反射塑胶片上的金属基材,背光光源6与该反射罩5直接接触,充分利用该反光罩5中金属材料的良好导热性,提高热传导效率,改善背光光源的热传导效果。
本发明所提供的显示装置的背光模组,其背光光源6所发出的光线,一部分直接射入导光板8,一部分经由反射罩5发射后进入导光板8,进而增加了进入导光板8光线的强度,提高了整个背光了亮度。
综上所述,本发明所提供的显示装置的背光模组,其以设置反光罩代替人工贴附反光面,避免了由于人工贴附良率问题,保证了背光光源光线反射的完整性,进一步保证了导光板的出光率的同时,改善了背光光源的热传导效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种显示装置的背光模组,包括:背板、设置于背板上的反射罩、设置于反射罩上的背光光源、设置于背板上反射板、设置于反射板上的导光板、及分别与背板及导光板连接的胶框,背光光源发出的光线通过反射罩反射进入导光板,所述反射罩包括反射部、连接于反射部一侧的抵靠部、及连接于抵靠部远离反射部一侧的承接部,该抵靠部抵靠于背板上,该背光光源安装于承接部上,该承接部设置于背板上;其特征在于,
所述反射罩还包括连接于反射部远离抵靠部一侧的抵止部,抵止部远离反射部的自由端设有数个定位部;
所述胶框向着导光板一侧设有一支撑面,该反射部抵靠于该支撑面上;
所述胶框向着导光板一侧设有与支撑面连接的抵止面、及设于抵止面上的数个定位槽,所述抵止部抵靠于该抵止面,所述反射罩的定位部分别容纳于定位槽内;
所述背板对应于反射罩的位置设有一底面及与底面垂直连接的侧面,所述反射罩的抵靠部与承接部垂直设置,该抵靠部抵靠于背板的侧面,承接部置于背板的底面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置的背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射部包括抵靠面与反射面,所述抵靠面抵靠于胶框的支撑面上,所述反射面为单斜面、多斜面或弧形面。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示装置的背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射罩由镜面铝、镜面铜、或复合材制成,所述复合材包括反射塑胶片及贴附于反射塑胶片上的金属基材。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示装置的背光模组,其特征在于,所述承接部或抵靠部固定于该背板上。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示装置的背光模组,其特征在于,所述承接部或抵靠部通过螺钉或胶带固定于该背板上。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示装置的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光光源为LED灯条。
