Abstract

本实用新型公开一种背光模组,其包括导光板、扩散板、第一增光板、第二增光板及光源,该导光板包括第一导光板及第二导光板,该第一导光板一表面涂有反射层,该第二导光板设有光学网点,该光学网点位于该第一导光板与该第二导光板之间,该光源发射的光线分别射入该第一导光板及第二导光板,并通过该反射层将光学网点漏出的光线反射回第二导光板内部。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种背光模组。
背景技术
目前,在电子产品,如手机的显示屏一般采用发光二极管(light-emitting diode,LED)作为灯源,将该LED置于手机背光模组内,光源通过导光板及反光板转换成均远光面使显示屏发光,但是,导光板的底面或周缘会有漏光现象,漏掉的光线不能被反射回加以利用,会造成光源浪费,并使显示屏亮度相对地降低。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较高光源利用率的背光模组。
一种背光模组,其包括导光板、扩散板、第一增光板、第二增光板及光源,该导光板包括第一导光板及第二导光板,该第一导光板一表面涂有反射层,该第二导光板设有光学网点,该光学网点位于该第一导光板与该第二导光板之间,该光源发射的光线分别射入该第一导光板及第二导光板,并通过该反射层将光学网点漏出的光线反射回第二导光板内部。
优选地,该反射层涂料为铝。
优选地,该反射层涂料为银。
优选地,该第二导光板设有一底面,该光学网点设于该底面上。
优选地,该光学网点通过网点印刷形成。
优选地,该光学网点通过精密刀具切削形成。
优选地,该第一导光板及第二导光板为亚克力材质制成。
相较现有的背光模组,所述第二导光板的一部分光线透过光学网点射到第一导光板内,通过反射层重新反射回第二导光板,省略了反射板,高效率地利用了光源,并提高了背光模组的均匀度。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本实用新型的背光模组包括导光板(图未标)、扩散板30、第一增光板40、第二增光板50及光源60。该导光板包括第一导光板10、第二导光板20。该第一导光板10、第二导光板20、扩散板30、第一增光板40、第二增光板50由下到上平行排列。该光源60为点光源,例如LED,可以理解,该光源60也可以为线光源,例如冷阴极荧光灯。光源60发出的光线通过第一导光板10及第二导光板20反射进入扩散板30,通过扩散板30扩散后射入第一增光板40及第二增光板50。
该第一导光板10采用亚克力材料制成,其一表面涂布有高反射率的反射层12。该反射层12涂料为铝、银等反射材料
所述导光板20采用亚克力材料制成,其设有一底面21。该底面21与该第一导光板10另一表面相对。该光学网点22通过网点印刷或者精密刀具切削形成。本实施例中,该底面21采用网点印刷形成光学网点22。该光学网点22将可将点光源60或线光源60的光均匀化,转换成均匀的光面。从该底面21漏出的光线射入第一导光板10,第一导光板10的反射层12将漏出的光线反射回第一导光板10及第二导光板20内,同时将光线均匀化。
所述光源60设置于该第一导光板10及第二导光板20的未涂设有反射层的侧部。
可以理解,该第一导光板10及第二导光板20周侧面上除去点光源60(线光源)入光位置均涂有反射材料,形成一涂层(图未标),用于将第一导光板10及第二导光板20侧面漏出的光线反射回并重新利用。
所述背光模组的光源60光线从第一导光板10及第二导光板20侧部射入,一部分光线通过光学网点22转换成均匀面光源,并将光线反射到散光板40;还有一部分光线透过光学网点射到第一导光板10内,通过反射层12重新反射回第二导光板20再反射到散光板40上,省略了反射板,高效率地利用了光源,并提高了背光模组的发光度及均匀度。

Claims (7)

1.一种背光模组,其包括导光板、扩散板、第一增光板、第二增光板及光源,其特征在于:该导光板包括第一导光板及第二导光板,该第一导光板表面涂有反射层,该第二导光板设有光学网点,该光学网点位于该第一导光板与该第二导光板之间,该光源发射的光线分别射入该第一导光板及第二导光板,并通过该反射层将光学网点漏出的光线反射回第二导光板内部。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该反射层涂料为铝。
3.如权利要求1述的背光模组,其特征在于:该反射层涂料为银。
4.如权利要求1述的背光模组,其特征在于:该第二导光板设有一底面,该光学网点设于该底面上。
5.如权利要求4述的背光模组,其特征在于:该光学网点通过网点印刷形成。
6.如权利要求4述的背光模组,其特征在于:该光学网点通过精密刀具切削形成。
7.如权利要求1述的背光模组,其特征在于:该第一导光板及第二导光板为亚克力材质制成。
