本实用新型公开一种背光模组,其包括框架、导光板、反射板、扩散板、第一增光板、第二增光板及光源,该框架上涂设有用于反射光线的涂层,该反射板、导光板、扩散板、第一增光板及第二增光板依次平行装设于框架内,导光板上部分形成有用于反射光线的反射层,该光源设于框架内,且与导光板未形成有反射层的一侧相对,该导光板设有朝向反射板的光学网点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种背光模组,尤其涉及一种用于液晶显示的背光模组。
背景技术
目前,在电子产品,如手机的显示屏一般采用发光二极管(light-emitting diode,LED)作为灯源,将该LED置于手机背光模组内,光源通过导光板及反光板转换成均远光面使显示屏发光,但是,导光板的底面或周缘会有漏光现象,漏掉的光线不能被反射回加以利用,会造成光源浪费,并使显示屏亮度相对地降低。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较高光源利用率,并能提高发光度的背光模组。
一种背光模组,其包括框架、导光板、反射板、扩散板、第一增光板、第二增光板及光源,该框架上涂设有用于反射光线的涂层,该反射板、导光板、扩散板、第一增光板及第二增光板依次平行装设于框架内,导光板上部分形成有用于反射光线的反射层,该光源设于框架内,且与导光板未形成有反射层的一侧相对,该导光板设有朝向反射板的光学网点。
优选地,该导光板周侧面除光源位置均涂有反射材料,从而形成所述反射层。
优选地,该框架设有周壁,该周壁内侧面涂有反射材料,从而形成所述涂层。
优选地,该反射层涂料可为铝或银。
优选地,该导光板设有一底面,该光学网点设于该底面上。
优选地,该光学网点通过网点印刷或者精密刀具切削形成。
优选地,该导光板为亚克力材质制成。
相较现有的背光模组,所述背光模组的框架及导光板设有反射涂层,光线射到导光板或者框架的反射涂层上,重新反射回导光板内,再反射到散光板上加以利用,并提高了背光模组的发光度。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本实用新型的背光模组包括框架10、装设于框架10内的导光板20、反射板30、扩散板40、第一增光板50、第二增光板60及光源70。该光源70为点光源,例如LED,可以理解,该光源70也可以为线光源,例如冷阴极荧光灯。光源70发出的光线通过导光板20反射进入扩散板40,通过扩散板40扩散后射入第一增光板50及第二增光板60。
所述框架10可由具有高反射率的金属或塑料制成,或涂布有高反射率涂层的金属或塑料制成。本实施例中,该框架10设有周壁12,该周壁12内侧涂有具有高反射性能的涂层14,用于将导光板20侧面漏出的光线反射回导光板20内。
所述导光板20采用亚克力材料制成,其设有一底面21及周侧面22。该底面21采用网点印刷形成光学网点23,可以理解,该光学网点23可以通过精密刀具切削形成。该光学网点23将可将点光源70或线光源70的光均匀化,转换成均匀的光面。本实施例中,该周侧面22上除去点光源70(线光源)入光位置均涂有反射材料,形成一反射层24,用于将导光板20侧面漏出的光线反射回导光板20内。该反射层24涂料可为铝、银等反射材料。
所述反射板30装设于框架10底壁与该导光板20的底面21相对。
所述扩散板40、第一增光板50及第二增光板60平行设置并由下到上依次装设于导光板20的上方。该扩散板40设有一扩散面41。
所述光源70装设于该导光板20的未涂设有反射层24的侧部与框架10间。
所述背光模组的光源70光线从导光板20侧部射入,一部分光线通过光学网点23转换成均匀面光源,并通过反射板30将光线反射到扩散板40;还有一部分光线射到导光板20的反射层24上或者是框架10的涂层14上,重新反射回导光板20内,再反射到扩散板40上,高效率地利用了光源,并提高了背光模组的发光度。

Claims (7)

1.一种背光模组,其包括框架、导光板、反射板、扩散板、第一增光板、第二增光板及光源,其特征在于:该框架上涂设有用于反射光线的涂层,该反射板、导光板、扩散板、第一增光板及第二增光板依次平行装设于框架内,导光板上部分形成有用于反射光线的反射层,该光源设于框架内,且与导光板未形成有反射层的一侧相对,该导光板设有朝向反射板的光学网点。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该导光板周侧面除光源位置外均涂有反射材料,从而形成所述反射层。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该框架设有周壁,该周壁内侧面涂有反射材料,从而形成所述涂层。
4.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该涂层涂料为铝或银。
5.如权利要求2述的背光模组,其特征在于:该导光板设有一底面,该光学网点设于该底面上。
6.如权利要求6述的背光模组,其特征在于:该光学网点通过网点印刷或者精密刀具切削形成。
7.如权利要求2述的背光模组,其特征在于:该导光板为亚克力材质制成。
