Description

灯的制造方法
技术领域
本发明基于一种灯的制造方法,所述灯具有透明零件(例如透镜装置或灯容器)和塑料灯头或者塑料壳体。
背景技术
根据现有技术,在这种灯中,透明的(透光的)零件与塑料灯头或者塑料壳体通过卡扣连接、螺栓或者粘合剂彼此连接。
旋拧连接的缺点是,如果过于牢固地拧紧螺栓,则塑料灯头或者塑料壳体会断裂。粘合连接意味着用于涂覆粘合剂的相对高的开销和如下时间压力:必须在粘合剂干透前将零件接合。
已知方法的缺点是在透明零件和塑料零件之间常常不持久的连接。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种用于灯的制造方法或者一种具有至少部分透明零件以及塑料灯头或塑料壳体的灯,其中在至少部分透明的零件和塑料灯头或者塑料壳体之间存在持久并且不可松开的连接。
这个目的通过根据权利要求1所述的灯的制造方法和通过根据权利要求20的灯来实现。
在根据本发明的用于具有至少部分透明的零件并且具有塑料零件的灯的制造方法中,在至少一个连接部位上通过借助激光束熔化至少塑料零件来产生在塑料零件和至少部分透明的零件之间的材料配合或者形状配合的连接,其中所述塑料零件形成灯壳体或者灯头。如此实现的连接是持久的并且不可松开的。
尤其有利的扩展方案在从属权利要求中予以描述。
在根据本发明的制造方法的一个尤其有利的改进方案中,塑料零件(1;101;201)与至少部分透明的零件(8;108;208)相比对于激光射束的波长较不透明。
优选的是,在熔化期间,激光束穿透至少部分透明的零件并且首先基本上加热塑料零件。由此还可以“精确地”加热和熔化在零件之间的大面积的靠置面之内的连接部位。
在一个优选的改进方案中,塑料零件由聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚丙烯(PP),丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)或者聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)组成。
在一个尤其有利的改进方案中,至少部分透明的零件是光学元件或者具有至少一个光学元件。因此可以聚束或者散射并且定向从灯中射出的光。
至少一个光学元件在此可以是透镜。
在一个优选的实施例中,至少一个透镜在熔化期间用于折射激光。由此可以偏转激光束并且将其“精确地”定向到分别待加热的连接部位上。
在根据本发明的制造方法的一个优选实施例中,至少部分透明的零件还由塑料组成,其至少一个连接部位同样被熔化,使得将该至少部分透明的零件与塑料零件焊接在一起。因此实现在两个塑料零件之间的尤其持久的焊接连接。
在此,至少部分透明的零件由聚碳酸酯(PC)、塔夫龙(Tarflon)、模克隆(Makrolon)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚甲基丙烯酸酰亚胺(PMMI)、聚酰胺(PA)组成或者由在高温下维持形状的聚碳酸酯(PC-HT)组成。
根据应用情况,可以点状地、线形地或者平面地焊接至少一个连接部位。
在一个优选的改进方案中,在焊接期间在至少部分透明的零件和塑料零件之间施加压紧力。因此提高了连接的质量。
优选的是,塑料零件和至少部分透明的零件具有在端侧彼此焊接的销钉。
在一个有利的实施形式中,在至少部分透明的零件和塑料零件之间固定电路板,尤其是金属芯电路板。
如果销钉的在径向上减小(zurückgestufte)的端部区段穿过设置在电路板上的穿通孔延伸,则电路板的固定可以与将塑料零件与至少部分透明的零件或者其销钉焊接同时进行。
特别的是,为了产生环绕的密封部,在一个实施例中,在塑料零件和至少部分透明的零件之间焊接环绕的接触线。
在一个具有环绕的接触线的实施例中,至少部分透明的零件是大约旋转对称的灯容器,使得可以用根据本发明的制造方法产生改型灯,所述灯将塑料-灯容器与塑料灯头密封地连接。
在根据本发明的制造方法的另一实施例中,灯的至少部分透明的零件由玻璃组成。通过熔化塑料零件的至少一个连接部位产生在塑料零件和玻璃零件之间的形状配合的连接。
在根据本发明的制造方法的一个优选的改进方案中,多次地熔化至少一个连接部位。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的制造方法或者根据本发明制造的LED灯的第一实施例的侧向剖视图。所述LED灯具有带有底部2和环绕的圆形壁4的杯形的灯壳体1(参见图2)。
壁4在其内侧上具有环绕的凸肩6,将由塑料组成的透明的圆形盘8的边缘放置在所述凸肩上。
盘8具有三个均匀分布的销钉,所述销钉形成等边三角形,并且,在图1中仅示出其中两个销钉10a,10b。这些销钉向下延伸(在图1中)到在壳体1和盘8之间形成的空间中。
在壳体1的底部2的相应的部位上同样设置有三个销钉,在图1中仅示出其中两个销钉14a、14b。这些销钉从底部2(在图1中)向上朝着盘8延伸。销钉14a、14b、14c具有大约符合盘侧的销钉10a、10b、10c的直径。在此,这些销钉的朝向盘8的端部区段12a、12b、12c在径向上减小。
在通过壳体1和盘8形成的空间中设置有电子的电路板16,在其朝向盘8的上侧处固定有多个发光二极管(LED)18。电路板16具有圆形盘的形状,其中三个穿通孔均匀地分布在所述盘的外圆周上,在图1中仅示出两个穿通孔20a、20b。穿通孔20a、20b、20c彼此间的距离、直径和长度符合于销钉14a、14b、14c的减小的端部区段12a、12b、12c。端部区段12a、12b、12c的长度近似符合于电路板16的厚度。
图2示出根据图1的根据本发明制造的LED灯的第一实施例的俯视图。
壳体1的圆形的外壁4包括同样圆形的盘8,而(透视示出的)电路板16是圆形的。在共同得出等边三角形形状的三个部位上,(透视地)示出三个盘侧的销钉10a、10b、10c和三个壳体侧的销钉14a、14b、14c的端部区段12a、12b、12c。
在根据图1和2的LED灯的制造或者装配中,使用借助激光进行的、根据本发明的塑料-焊接方法。在此,为了将盘8和电路板16固定在壳体1上,首先将电路板16安放到壳体侧的销钉14a、14b、14c或者到其端部区段12a、12b、12c上,使得端部区段12a、12b、12c穿过电路板16的穿通孔20a、20b、20c。于是将盘8放置到壁4的环绕的凸肩6上并且该盘得销钉10a、10b、10c放置到(在图1中)端部区段12a、12b、12c的上部的端面上。
为了固定,将激光束22垂直地穿过盘8对准端部区段12a、12b、12c的端面,由此形成三个焊点,在图1中仅示出其中的三个焊点23a、23b。为此激光束在很大程度上穿透盘8和其销钉10a、10b、10c,而该激光在端部区段12a、12b、12c的端面上基本被吸收。这通过适当地选择相应的塑料来实现:因此盘8与销钉10a、10b、10c可以例如由聚碳酸酯(PC)、塔夫龙、模克隆、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚甲基丙烯酸酰亚胺(PMMI)、聚酰胺(PA)组成或者由在高温下维持形状的聚碳酸酯(PC-HT)组成,而壳体1连同销钉14a、14b、14c和其端部区段12a、12b、12c由聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚丙烯(PP),丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)或者聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)组成。
在图1中示出的实施例中,在盘8的背离电路板16的上侧设有三个附加的透镜区段,在图1中仅示出其中两个透镜区段24a、24b。这些透镜区段在激光束22的方向中设置在三个待焊接的点之前并且因此(在图1中)设置在这三个点之上。由于这些透镜区段24a、24b而可能的是,首先将在盘8之上的激光束22不太强地聚束,以便该激光束然后穿过透镜区段24a、24b聚束为使得在焊点23a、23b上实现功率最大化。
在根据图1和2的第一实施例中,此外使用根据本发明的塑料-焊接方法,以便相对于壳体1密封盘8。为此,盘8在其靠置面上与凸肩6借助环绕的椭圆形的焊缝26焊接。在此,将激光束28(在图1中)从上部穿过盘8对准,其中激光束28或者整个LED灯实施椭圆形的运动。由于盘塑料和壳体塑料的-结合焊点23a、23b阐明的-不同的吸收率,首先尤其加热在凸肩6的区域中的壳体塑料。然后熔化凸肩6的塑料和盘8的塑料,并且其因此彼此焊接。
图3示出根据本发明制造的LED灯的第二实施例的示意侧视图。其壳体101由具有对于激光而言高的吸收率的塑料组成,该壳体(在图3中)向下圆锥形或者截锥形地构成并且在这个区域中具有用于导出由LED 18所产生的热量的导热部或者散热器105。在(在图3中)壳体101的下部的端部区段处设有金属的螺纹103,所述螺纹符合传统白炽灯的螺纹。因此,根据第二实施例的LED灯可以旋入或者***到传统的灯座中。
在(在图3中)壳体101的上部区域中,在壁4之内设有根据本发明通过塑料-焊接制成的装置,其中下面仅阐明与根据图1和2的第一实施例的不同之处。
三个盘侧的销钉(在图3中仅示出其中的两个销钉10a、10b)在其(在图3中)下部区域上分别具有径向减小的端部区段112a、112b,在所述端部区段(在图3中)的下部的端侧上设有焊点123a、123b。塑料盘108与壳体101的相应的销钉14a、14b在此以结合图1和2描述的方式焊接。
根据本发明制造的LED灯的第一和第二实施例的盘8,108可以具有或者包围一个或多个透镜,所述透镜聚束或者散射从LED18发出的光。
不同与图1和2示出的实施例,还可以进行端侧的点焊,使得盘侧的销钉和壳体侧的销钉分别具有减小的端部区段。在此,每个端部区段的长度符合于电路板的一半的厚度。
图4示出根据本发明制造的改型灯的第三实施例的示意侧视图。其具有近似传统白炽灯的形状并且具有相应的螺纹103,所述螺纹符合传统的白炽灯的螺纹。
在改型灯的中间区域中设有导热部或者散热器205,其容纳在由塑料组成的壳体201中。此外,改型灯具有由塑料组成的、透明的灯容器208,所述灯容器例如球形地构成并且在朝向壳体201的区域上具有例如圆形的断面。围绕该断面构成环绕的套环209,所述套环环形地包括(在图4中)塑料壳体201的上部的端部区段。
在将灯容器208固定或者装配在壳体201上时,将激光束228从外向内对准套环209,其中激光束228基本被壳体201所吸收。通过在此形成的热量和通过改型灯或者激光束的旋转运动产生环绕的焊缝226。由此,将灯容器208固定在壳体201上并且同时将该灯容器相对于环境影响(例如湿气)来密封。
不同于图1和2中示出的实施例,根据本发明制造的灯还可以有角地构成。
示出的销钉连接不必形成等边三角形并且可以具有不同于三的角数。
所公开的是一种用于灯的制造方法,其中灯具有透明的零件和由塑料组成的灯壳体或者灯头,其中在至少一个连接部位上通过塑料零件和必要时透明零件的熔化来产生在塑料零件和透明零件之间的材料配合的或者形状配合的连接。

Claims (20)

1.用于灯的制造方法,所述灯具有至少部分透明的零件(8;108;208)并且具有塑料零件(1;101;201),所述塑料零件形成灯壳体(1)或灯头(101;201),其特征在于,至少在连接部位(23a,23b,26;123a,123b;226)处通过借助激光束(22,28;228)熔化至少所述塑料零件(1;101;201)来产生在所述塑料零件(1;101;201)和所述至少部分透明的零件(8;108;208)之间的材料配合或形状配合的连接。
