某些已有的出租能源***的方法中,只考虑出租的持续时间和当所述能源***被出租时所消耗的能源。某些已有的方法可能忽视一些可影响出租人出租所述能源***的成本的因素。此外,已有的方法当所述租户使用所述能源***时可能不能促使该租用是环保的。
发明内容
因此,一个实施例提供一个用于确定在一个能源储存***或能源***被租用时应该支付的费用的方法,其中所述能源***至少部分地由存储在所述能源储存***中的电量供电。所述方法包括确定所述能源储存***在被租用期间被消耗的电能的量;确定一个与所述能源储存***或能源***在所述租用期间相关的碳信用额;并且根据所述消耗的电能的量和所述碳信用额计算所述费用。
还提供一个用于确定在一个能源储存***或能源***被租用时应该支付的费用的***,其中所述能源***至少部分地由存储在所述能源储存***的电量供电。所述方法包括一个能源管理***和一个数据处理***,所述数据处理***被配置为确定所述能源储存***在被租用期间被消耗的电能的量;确定一个与所述能源储存***或能源***在所述租用期间相关的碳信用额;并且根据所述消耗的电能的量和所述碳信用额计算所述费用。

此处公开的实施例能够确定应为使用能源储存***或能源***(例如:当所述能源***被租用时)而支付的费用。现在参考附图,特别是图1到图3,其中使用相同的附图标记在所有附图中一致地表示对应的特征,这些附图显示优选实施例。
能源***
图1根据一个实施例说明能源***100。所述能源***100是一个至少部分地由电力供能的***,例如电动车、混合动力型汽车、不间断供电***或其它***。所述能源***100包括一个能源储存***(ESS)102、一个能源消耗能源***(ECS)104和一个能源管理能源***(EMS)106。
所述能源储存***102能够储存电能以及提供所述电能用于消耗。所述能源储存***102可以再充电以重新装满所述消耗的电能。能源储存***102的例子包括,但是不限于,铅酸电池***、胶体电池***、锂离子电池***、锂离子聚合物电池***、钠硫电池***、镍铁蓄电池***、镍金属氢化物电池***、镍镉电池***、电容器、其他的能源储存***,或***的组合。至少一部分存储在所述能源储存***102中的电能可以至少部分地由所述能源消耗***104消耗。
所述能源消耗***104可以包括子***,所述子***至少部分地消耗存储在所述能源储存***102的能源。所述能源消耗***104的子***可以是一个或多个传动***、发动机控制器、客舱空调、子***空调、充电***、仪表板显示、汽车准入***、驱动马达、座位空调、客舱加热/通风/空调、附加加热***、电池加热器、蓄电池通风***、车载充电器、安全***、碰撞传感器、传感***、温度传感器、液面传感器和压力传感器,等等。存储在所述能源储存***102的能源被所述能源消耗***104的消耗由所述能源管理***106管理。此外,所述能源储存***102中的能源的存储和消耗可由所述能源管理***106管理。在一些实施例中,存储在所述能源储存***102的能源中至少部分是电能。
所述能源管理***106可包括被配置为执行以下一个或多个功能的元件:管理所述存储在所述能源储存***102上的能源的分配、接收用于管理所述能源分配的指令,并且提供有关所述能源分配的信息。在一些实施例中,所述能源管理***106包括一个处理器、一个存储器、一个输入输出(I/O)设备和一个信号收发设备。所述处理器可被配置为接收并处理从所述I/O设备、信号收发设备和存储器获得的数据。进一步,处理器可被配置为向存储器发送要存储的数据。此外,处理器可被配置为向所述I/O设备发送指令,其中所述I/O设备可将所述指令发送给与所述I/O设备相关的设备。此外,所述处理器可被配置为向所述信号设备发送数据以向远程发送所述数据。所述处理器可以包括,例如,一个通用的微处理器、一个专用集成电路、一个现场可编程门阵列、另一个可操作数据的设备,或设备的组合。一个实施例中,处理器202由市场上可买到的通用的微型控制器芯片组成的电子电路制成。所述存储器204可包括能以数字形式储存信息的易失性的和非易失性的存储器芯片的组合。所述I/O设备可包括一组输出线,其中每个输出线单独地连接到所述处理器。这些输出线可以是模拟输入、模拟输出、数字输入、数字输出、脉冲/频率输出和数据线,或各种输出线类型的组合。所述数据线通过信号收发设备208与外界相连。
所述能源管理***106可以被配置为发送数据到远程和从远程接收数据。一些实施例中,所述能源管理***106与一个或多个数据处理***(DPS)通讯,所述一个或多个数据处理***可位于包括一个或多个远程位置的任何位置。所述数据处理***可以包括一个或多个连接到一个或多个处理单元的储存设备。所述一个或多个处理单元可以包括,例如,一个通用的微处理器、一个专用集成电路、一个现场可编程门阵列、另一个可操作数据的设备,或设备的组合。某些实施例中,所述一个或多个储存设备中至少一些集成到所述处理单元中的至少一个。在一个实施例中数据处理***是能通过电信网无线地通信的专用计算机,在另一个实施例中,所述数据处理***可以是单独执行此处所述的一个数据处理***的各个功能的一组元件。
确定费用的方法
可能有多种为使用所述能源***100而向所述能源***100的所有者支付费用的方法。当确定费用时可考虑的因素包括能源的使用量、使用的时间、使用的碳信用额、使用的位置、其它的使用度量因素或因素的组合。以下将结合附图说明用于确定使用所述能源***100的费用的方法的某些实施例。公开的任意实施例中公开的全部特征或步骤中的一部分的组合也具有专利性。因此,从公开的实施例中删除任意特征、步骤或因素获得的方法仍包含在本发明的范围之内。尽管在本文中一些方法可能是以能源***100被租用为例说明,所述公开的方法可以应用在其它任意的对所述能源***100的临时的或长期的使用安排中。
此外,还应注意能源储存***102可以被单独出租而不出租能源***100,其中能源***100包括所述能源储存***102。此外,在一些实施例中,所述能源储存***102可具有一个管理***、所述管理***被配置为与可能位于对所述能源储存***102来说远程位置的能源管理***106通信并由所述能源管理***106管理。
图2是根据一个实施例说明用于确定应为租用能源***而支付的费用的方法的流程图。以及所述方法包括:在步骤202、确定当所述能源储存***102或所述能源***100被使用时(例如:在所述能源***100被租用的使用)由所述能源储存***102消耗的电能的量。在一个实施例中,通过确定能源储存***102在使用期开始时的充电状态(SOC)和在所述使用期结束时的充电状态(SOC)来确定消耗的电能的量。所述能源储存***102的充电状态可由能源管理***106的处理器利用从所述能源储存***102收集的数据来确定。此后,确定所述能源储存***102在所述使用期开始时的充电状态和在所述使用期结束时的充电状态之间差异,从而确定被使用期间(例如,在租用期间)所消耗的电能。在一个实施例中,所述能源管理***106的处理器利用对应于能源储存***102在开始使用时和结束使用时的充电状态的数据来确定当所述能源储存***102或所述能源***100被使用时消耗的电能。在一个实施例中,所述能源管理***106通过通信网络向所述数据处理***发送对应于所述能源消耗的数据。可替换地,所述能源管理***106向所述数据处理***发送对应于能源储存***的102在使用期开始和结束时的充电状态的数据。所述数据处理***可以使用根据所述能源管理***106发送的数据确定当所述能源储存***102或能源***100被使用时所消耗的电能。在一个实施例中,所述能源储存***102在租用期间再次充电,则在确定消耗的电能的量时还会考虑由所述再次充电重新装入所述能源储存***102的电能的量。
除了确定消耗的电能的量之外,与所述能源储存***102或能源***100相关的碳信用额可在步骤204确定。在一个实施例中,与所述能源储存***102或能源***100相关的碳信用额是根据用于为所述能源储存***102再充电的电能的来源来确定的。一个实施例中,如果给所述能源储存***102再充电的能源来源是利用相对污染少的技术来提供电量,同利用相对污染多的技术来提供电量的电源相比,所需要的碳信用额少些。因此,在确定与所述能源储存***102或所述能源***100相关的碳信用额时要考虑为所述能源储存***102再充电提供电能的来源。在一个实施例中,当所述能源储存***102被充电时,所述能源管理***106识别为所述能源储存***102再充电的能源来源。进一步的,所述能源管理***106可以确定通过使用所述来源获得的所述碳信用额。在一个实施例中,所述能源管理***106向所述数据处理***发送对应于所述来源的数据。所述数据处理***可以使用由所述能源管理***106发送的数据确定与所述能源***100相关的碳信用额。
在一个实施例中,与所述能源储存***102或能源***100相关的碳信用额还取决于所述能源储存***102或能源***100被使用的效率。例如,如果所述能源***100被有效使用,则需要的碳信用额较少。
在确定出与所述能源储存***102或所述能源***100相关的碳信用额和所消耗的电能的量之后,在步骤206利用所述碳信用额和所述所消耗的电能的量中的一个或两者计算为使用能源储存***的102或所述能源***100所需支付的费用。在一个实施例中、通过按照与所消耗的电能的量的增量和所述使用的碳信用额的增量成比例地增加所述费用来计算所述费用。进一步的,任何在使用期间获得的碳信用额可导致所述使用费用降低。例如,如上讨论,由于使用污染程度小的技术作为提供发电量的再充电能源来源可使得碳信用额增加。
所述在上述的方法中的各种操作可以按照描述的次序执行,也可以按不同的次序或同时执行。进一步的,在一些实施例中,列在图2中的一些操作可以略去。
在一个实施例中,确定所述能源储存***102或所述能源***100使用的持续时间。此后,根据持续时间来确定所述费用。在一个实施例中,通过随着所述能源储存***102或所述能源***100使用的持续时间增加而增加费用来确定所述费用。所述要向所述能源储存***102或所述能源***100的所有者支付的费用可以通过考虑以下因素确定:所述能源储存***102或所述能源***100被使用的持续时间、当所述能源储存***102或所述能源***100被使用时消耗的电能的量和/或与能源储存***102或所述能源***100相关的碳信用额。
在一个实施例中,所述确定由所述在它的使用期间消耗的电能的量的步骤、确定与能源储存***102或所述能源***相关的碳信用额的步骤、以及根据所述消耗的所述电能和所述碳信用额计算所述费用的步骤是由所述能源管理***106执行的。所述计算的关于所述费用的数据可以被发送给位于远程位置的数据处理***。
在另一个实施例中,所述能源管理***106向所述数据处理***提供同能源储存***102的充电状态和所述被用来为能源储存***102充电的源相关的数据。所述数据处理***可被配置为使用这些数据确定由所述能源储存***在被使用期间消耗的电能的量、确定与能源储存***102或所述能源***的使用相关的碳信用额、以及根据所述消耗的所述电能和所述碳信用额计算所述费用。在一个实施例中,所述能源管理***102和数据处理***分担所述涉及计算所述费用的步骤。
在一个实施例中,所述数据处理***从与一组能源储存***或所述能源***对应的能源管理***接收数据。例如,所述能源***可以是由提供汽车使用服务(例如,租用或其它临时的或长期的使用的方式)的服务提供商拥有或操作的一队电动汽车。所述数据处理***可被配置为从同所述一队汽车中的每个汽车对应的能源管理***接收数据。除了确定当所述车队中的任何一辆汽车被使用时的费用之外,所述数据处理***还可以确定与所述汽车相关的碳信用额。此外,所述数据处理***可以被配置为确定所述汽车队中的每个汽车被使用时的效率。例如,所述数据处理***可被配置为估计与车队中的不同汽车相关的碳信用额之间的差异或与不同车队相关的碳信用额之间的差异。这样的估计得到的信息被用在计算为使用汽车所需的费用时用于确定汽车被使用的效率,或用于其他目的。
实施例
图3是根据一个实施例说明用于确定租用能源***所需支付的费用的方法的流程图。在一个实施例中,被租用的能源***100是电动车(EV)。当所述电动车被出租时,在步骤302通过所述能源管理***106确定所述电动车中的能源储存***102的充电状态。所述能源储存***102的充电状态存储在所述能源管理***106中。此后,当租用结束时,在步骤304,确定所述能源储存***102的充电状态。所述能源储存***102在租用开始和结束时的充电状态之间的差异就是所述电动车被租用期间消耗的电能的量。所述电动车租用期间消耗的电能的量被用于计算费用。进一步的,在步骤310,检查所述电动车被租用期间所述能源储存***102是否被再次充电,在确定所述电动车租用期间所消耗的电能的量时要考虑所述能源储存***102被再次充电装入的电能的量。更进一步地,如果所述能源储存***102被再次充电,收集与用于给再充电提供电量的源有关的信息。所述信息用于在步骤312确定与所述电动车有关的碳信用额。进一步的,如果由于被用来再充电的源而获得碳信用额,则可为租户提供所述费用的折扣。进一步的,在步骤316检查在确定所述费用时是否要考虑所述租用的持续时间。如果要考虑所述持续时间,那么当确定所述费用时可将所述持续时间同其他参数一同考虑。进一步的,在步骤320检查确定所述费用时是否要考虑所述电动车被租用期间的里程。如果要考虑所述里程,那么当确定所述费用时可将所述行程同其他参数一同考虑。接着,在步骤324,使用所述要求的参数计算所述费用。
所述在上述的方法中的各种操作可以按照描述的次序执行,也可以按不同的次序或同时执行。进一步的,在一些实施例中,列在图3中的一些操作可以略去。
此处公开的实施例可以通过至少一个运行在硬件设备上的软件程序来执行并且执行网络管理功能以控制网络元件。
此处公开的实施例包括用于确定应为使用能源储存***或能源***(例如:当能源***被租用时)而支付的费用的方法和***。所以,所述公开的实施例包括一个程序和一个储存有数据的计算机可读媒质。所述计算机可读媒质可以包含用于执行所述公开的方法的一个或多个步骤的程序代码。所述公开的实施例还包括一个服务器或任何适当的被配置为执行那些程序代码的可编程设备。一个或多个所述公开的方法可以是通过或连同以超高速集成电路硬件描述语言(VHDL)或另外的程序设计语言写成的软件程序来执行。进一步的,所述公开的方法可以由一个或多个在至少一个硬件设备上执行的软件模块执行。所述至少一个硬件设备可以包括任何类型的可编程的便携式的设备。所述至少一个硬件设备还可以包括可编程的设备(例如,如专用集成电路的硬件设备,硬件和软件设备的组合例如专用集成电路和现场可编程门阵列、或至少一个微处理器和至少一个设置有软件模块的存储器)。此处描述的方法可部分地在硬件上并部分地在软件中执行。可替换地,实施例可在不同的硬件设备,例如使用多个CPU执行。

Claims (11)
1.用于确定为使用能源储存***和能源***中的任意一个而需支付的费用的方法,其中所述能源***至少部分地由存储在所述能源储存***中的电量来供电,所述方法包括:
确定所述能源储存***在被使用期间消耗的电能的量;
确定与所述能源储存***或所述能源***被使用期间相关的碳信用额;并且
根据所述消耗的电能的量和所述碳信用额计算所述费用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法、进一步的包括:
确定所述能源储存***或所述能源***被使用的持续时间;并
利用所述确定的持续时间计算所述费用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述碳信用额根据使用所述电能的效率确定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述碳信用额根据用于为所述能源储存***再充电的源来确定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步的包括确定与一队能源储存***或能源***相关的碳信用额。
6.用于确定为使用能源储存***和能源***中的任意一个而需支付的费用的***,其中所述能源***至少部分地由存储在所述能源储存***中的电量来供电,所述***包括一个能源管理***和一个数据处理***,其中所述***被配置为:
确定存储在所述能源储存***中的电能的消耗;
收集影响与所述能源储存***或所述能源***相关的碳信用额的信息;
确定与所述能源储存***或所述能源***被使用期间相关的碳信用额;并且
根据所述电能的消耗和所述碳信用额计算所述费用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的***,其中所述能源管理和所述进一步被配置为:
确定所述数据处理***被使用的持续时间;并
利用所确定的持续时间计算所述费用。
8.根据权利要求6所述的***,其中所述能源管理***和所述数据处理***被配置为根据所述电能被使用的效率确定所述碳信用额。
9.根据权利要求6所述的***,其中所述能源管理***和所述数据处理***被配置为根据用于为所述能源储存***再充电的源而确定所述碳信用额。
