Abstract
本发明涉及被安装在溢流管以使从供水栓提供的冲洗水流畅地供应至水箱侧和马桶主体的马桶的注水阀,尤其涉及当从供水栓供应至水箱侧和马桶主体的冲洗水发生断水时,防止因逆流到供水栓的冲洗水的逆压而导致水箱及马桶主体的冲洗水逆流到供水栓的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置。为此,特征在于包括:注水阀,以用于供应/切断从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水;固定部,以用于将所述注水阀固定在溢流管;浮子,以用于根据贮存于所述水箱的冲洗水的水位,通过封堵件开闭注水阀的开闭孔;以及防逆流部,内置于注水阀,以用于使从所述供水栓供应的冲洗水供应到水箱内部,且当所述冲洗水发生逆流时,防止水箱内的冲洗水逆流到供水栓,所述防逆流部包括:防逆流部件,设置于所述注水阀的供水管;动作控制部件,安置于所述注水阀的卡接台,以用于控制防逆流部件的动作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及被安装在溢流管以使从供水栓提供的冲洗水流畅地供应至水箱侧和马桶主体的马桶的注水阀,尤其涉及当从供水栓供应至水箱侧和马桶主体的冲洗水发生断水时,防止因逆流到供水栓的冲洗水的逆压而导致水箱及马桶主体的冲洗水逆流到供水栓的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置。
背景技术
通常,设置于浴室或者洗手间的马桶配备可使用户以坐姿排便的马桶主体,而在马桶主体的后方配备有水箱,水箱的内部贮存着用于将位于所述马桶主体的***物排出至净化槽的冲洗水。
而且,向所述水箱内供应冲洗水的供水装置有本案申请人申请的申请号为韩国实用新型第1996-10735号,得到授权的专利号为第138379号的马桶的蓄水箱供水装置。
在先被授权的实用新型具有以下问题。即,从供水栓供应的冲洗水从水箱的下部向上部贮存,因此当冲洗水的水压较低时,无法实现流畅的冲洗水的供应。
而且,还具有以下问题。即,当贮存于所述水箱的冲洗水的水位达到满水位,从而浮子的封堵件封闭开闭孔时,浮子根据水位而向上旋转上升的同时,随着浮子的封堵件与开闭孔之间的间隔变窄,冲洗水供应至开闭孔时产生噪音。
为了解决上述问题,近期本申请的申请人申请并获得了申请号为韩国发明第2005-10735号、授权的专利号为第758827号的马桶的冲洗水供水控制装置。
在先被授权的发明具有如下问题。即,通过在溢流管的上端部安装注水阀,从而使冲洗水从水箱的上部向下部供应,由此虽然具有解决了以往的问题的优点,但所供应的冲洗水被中断供应或断水时,因逆流的冲洗水的压力,贮存于水箱内的冲洗水或马桶主体内的冲洗水瞬间通过注水阀逆流到供水栓的同时,逆流到供水栓的冲洗水不仅会污染供水栓,而且在再次供应冲洗水时,冲洗水会通过受到污染的供水栓供应到洗漱器、淋浴器或厨房阀门,因此不卫生。
发明内容
技术问题
鉴于如上所述的现有的诸多缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种马桶注水阀的防逆流装置,以将从供水栓供应的冲洗水流畅地供应到水箱内部的同时,当通过供水栓供应的冲洗水发生逆流时,防止水箱及马桶主体内部的冲洗水发生逆流。
而且,本发明的另一目的在于提供一种马桶注水阀的防逆流装置,通过防止水箱及马桶主体内部的冲洗水逆流到供水栓,从而防止供水栓受到污染,能够卫生地使用供水栓。
技术问题解决手段
本发明的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置,其特征在于包括:
注水阀,以用于供应/切断从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水;
固定部,以用于将所述注水阀固定在溢流管;
浮子,以用于根据贮存于所述水箱的冲洗水的水位,通过封堵件开闭注水阀的开闭孔;以及
防逆流部,内置于注水阀,以用于使从所述供水栓供应的冲洗水供应到水箱内部,且当所述冲洗水发生逆流时,防止水箱内的冲洗水逆流到供水栓,
所述防逆流部包括:
防逆流部件,设置于所述注水阀的供水管;
动作控制部件,安置于所述注水阀的卡接台,以用于控制防逆流部件的动作。
发明效果
根据本发明的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置具有如下优点。即,当从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水发生逆流时,因逆流至供水栓的冲洗水的逆压,防逆流部件的防逆流片收缩而牢固地紧贴于动作控制部件的凹入槽的同时,切断供水栓和水箱内部的联通,从而防止水箱内部的污水逆流。
而且,根据本发明的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置还具有如下优点。即,防止由水箱内部的污水引起的供水栓的污染,从而可卫生地使用供水栓的同时,由此能够使用户提高对产品的可信度。

本发明的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置100包括:注水阀110,以用于供应/切断从供水栓供应至水箱10内部的冲洗水;固定部120,以用于将所述注水阀110固定在溢流管20;浮子130,以用于使封堵件131根据贮存于所述水箱10的冲洗水的水位而开闭注水阀110的开闭孔116a;防逆流部140,内置于注水阀110,以用于使从所述供水栓供应的冲洗水供应到水箱10内部,且当所述冲洗水发生逆流时,防止水箱10内的冲洗水逆流到供水栓。
所述注水阀110包括:阀主体111,由供水管112与所述注水栓连通的同时两端贯通有水箱侧给水管111a和唇面侧给水管111b;空气移动孔113,贯通于所述阀主体111的底面;给水阀114,用于开闭所述供水管112;支撑部件115,内置于阀主体111,以用于支撑所述给水阀114;盖116,对所述支撑部件115和给水阀114加压的同时贯通有开闭孔116a;装配螺母117,***述盖116的同时安装固定于阀主体111。
而且,所述防逆流部140包括:防逆流部件141,安装于所述注水阀110的供水管112;动作控制部件142,安置于所述注水阀110的卡接台111c,以用于控制防逆流部件141的动作,对此,进一步详细的说明如下。
所述防逆流部件141包括:防逆流主体141a,贯通有用于将防逆流主体141a安装到所述供水管112的安装孔141a′;防逆流片141b,突出于所述防逆流主体141a的外周面,并紧贴于动作控制部件142。
优选地,所述防逆流部件141采用柔性材料形成。
所述动作控制部件142包括:控制主体142a,安置于所述注水阀110的卡接台111c;贯通孔142b,贯通于所述控制主体142a的中央,以收容供水管112的外周面;凹入槽142c,凹入于所述控制主体142a的底面,使防逆流部件141的防逆流片141b紧贴。
还包括在所述动作控制部件142的贯通孔142b的内周面以辐射状突出,并紧贴于供水管112的引导肋142b′。
以下,对于如上构成的本发明的结合及设置过程进行说明。
首先,如图3至图4所示,在注水阀110的供水管112上安装防逆流部件141的安装孔141a′,以使防逆流主体141a结合到供水管112,并将动作控制部件142安置于阀主体111的卡接台111c,以使动作控制部件142位于所述防逆流部件141的上部。
此时,所述动作控制部件142的贯通孔142b在收容供水管112的同时控制主体142a被安置在卡接台111c,在所述贯通孔142b的内周面以辐射状突出的引导肋142b′紧贴于供水管112的外周面,防逆流部件141的防逆流片142紧贴于在所述控制主体142a的底面凹入的凹入槽142c。
而且,在所述动作控制部件142的上部安置支撑部件115,并在所述支撑部件115安置给水阀114之后,在所述给水阀114上安置盖116,并将***述盖116的装配部件117装配固定于阀主体111。
开闭所述盖116的开闭孔116a的封堵件131内置于浮子130,并可旋转地安装于所述盖116,而且将供水栓连接到结合有所述浮子130的注水阀110的供水管112之后通过固定部120固定到溢流管20时,将完成本发明的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置100的结合。
在此,所述固定部120固定于溢流管20,由此注水阀110可能被贮存于水箱10内部的冲洗水淹没,但优选为所述固定部120固定在溢流管20的上端部,由此避免注水阀110被冲洗水淹没。
如上结合的本发明的动作过程如下。在用户排便之后,根据用户操作扳手(未图示),虹吸盖(未图示)向上旋转而开放冲水孔11的同时,贮存于水箱10内的冲洗水通过被开放的冲水孔11排出到马桶主体30内部,由此进行将***物排出到净化槽的冲洗。
冲洗水通过所述冲水孔11排出,导致水位变低时,如图5所示,浮子130以盖116为中心向下旋转,由此浮子130的封堵件131开放盖116的开闭孔116a的同时,位于给水阀114和盖116之间的冲洗水通过开闭孔116a被排出至水箱10内部,导致给水阀114丧失支撑力。
在此,丧失支撑力的给水阀114因从供水栓供应至供水管112的冲洗水的水压而上升,并向盖116的内部移动的同时开放供水管112,且经过被开放的供水管112和动作控制部件142的贯通孔142b及引导肋142b′之间而对防逆流部件141的防逆流片141b施压,同时,所述防逆流片141b以防逆流主体141a为中心向下旋转而从凹入槽142c脱离。
当防逆流片141b从所述凹入槽142c脱离时,冲洗水被供应至所述动作控制部件142的控制主体142a和防逆流部件141的逆流防止片141b之间的同时,所述冲洗水中的大部分被供应至水箱侧给水管111a和唇面侧给水管111b,而所述冲洗水的一部分通过给水阀114的通孔(未图示)被供应至给水阀114和盖116之间。
在此,由于用户的***物而导致马桶主体30被堵,由此无法进行冲洗时,马桶主体30内将储存***物和冲洗水混合的污水的同时,通过供水管112供应的冲洗水将储存于水箱10,而储存于水箱10内的冲洗水又会与污水混合而被污染,被污染的污水的一部分将会与通过供水管112供应的冲洗水一起通过溢流管20排出至净化槽。
利用通过所述供水栓供应的冲洗水冲洗***物的状态下,若从所述供水栓供应至供水管112的冲洗水的供应被中断或断水,则通过所述供水栓供应的冲洗水发生逆流的同时因冲洗水逆流产生的压力差,即逆压而将发生瞬间吸入水箱10内的污水的现象。
此时,当所述冲洗水的供应被中断或断水时,如图6所示,防逆流部件141的防逆流片141b根据自身的复原力复原而紧贴于动作控制部件142的凹入槽142c的同时,所述防逆流片141b因逆压而更加牢固地紧贴在凹入槽142c,从而切断供水管112和水箱10内部的连通,以防止水箱10内部的污水逆流,从而防止供水栓受到污染。
当通过所述防逆流部140防止水箱10的污水逆流到供水栓时,外部空气通过所述给水阀114与盖116之间的冲洗水逆流时被开放的开闭孔116a和注水阀110的空气移动孔113流入的同时,可以衰减供水栓的逆压,由此能够防止供水栓受到污染,且能够卫生地使用供水栓。

Claims (6)
1.一种马桶注水阀的防逆流装置,包括:
注水阀,以用于供应/切断从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水;
固定部,以用于将所述注水阀固定在溢流管;
浮子,以用于根据贮存于所述水箱的冲洗水的水位,通过封堵件开闭注水阀的开闭孔;以及
防逆流部,内置于注水阀,以用于使从所述供水栓供应的冲洗水供应到水箱内部,且当所述冲洗水发生逆流时,防止水箱内的冲洗水逆流到供水栓,
所述防逆流部包括:
防逆流部件,设置于所述注水阀的供水管;
动作控制部件,安置于所述注水阀的卡接台,以用于控制防逆流部件的动作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置,其特征在于,注水阀包括:
阀主体,由供水管与所述注水栓连通的同时,两端贯通有水箱侧给水管和唇面侧给水管;
空气移动孔,贯通于所述阀主体的底面;
给水阀,用于开闭所述供水管;
支撑部件,内置于阀主体,以用于支撑所述给水阀;
盖,对所述支撑部件和给水阀加压的同时贯通有开闭孔;
装配螺母,***述盖的同时安装固定于阀主体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置,其特征在于,防逆流部件包括:
防逆流主体,贯通有用于将所述防逆流主体安装到所述供水管的安装孔;
防逆流片,突出于所述防逆流主体的外周面,并紧贴于动作控制部件。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置,其特征在于,所述防逆流部件采用柔性材料形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置,其特征在于,动作控制部件包括:
控制主体,安置于所述注水阀的卡接台;
贯通孔,贯通于所述控制主体的中央,以收容供水管的外周面;
凹入槽,凹入于所述控制主体的底面,使防逆流部件的防逆流片紧贴。
6.根据权利要求5所述的马桶注水阀的防逆流装置,其特征在于,还包括在所述动作控制部件的贯通孔内周面以辐射状突出而紧贴到供水管的引导肋。
