Abstract
本发明涉及将从供水栓供应的冲洗水流畅地供应至水箱侧和马桶的唇面侧的马桶的注水阀,尤其涉及根据注水阀的唇面侧给水管的开放面积来调节供应至马桶的唇面侧的冲洗水量的马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀。为此,特征在于包括:注水阀,将从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水供应至水箱侧给水管和唇面侧给水管或切断供应至水箱侧给水管和唇面侧给水管的从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水;固定部,以用于将所述注水阀固定在溢流管;浮子,根据贮存于所述水箱的冲洗水的水位通过封堵件开闭注水阀的开闭孔;以及水量调节阀,以用于调节供应至所述注水阀的唇面侧给水管的冲洗水量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及将从供水栓供应的冲洗水流畅地供应至水箱侧和马桶的唇面侧的马桶的注水阀,尤其涉及根据注水阀的唇面侧给水管的开放面积来调节供应至马桶的唇面侧的冲洗水量的马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀。
背景技术
通常,设置于浴室或者洗手间的马桶配备可使用户以坐姿排便的马桶主体,而在马桶主体的后方配备有水箱,水箱的内部贮存着用于将位于所述马桶主体的***物排出至净化槽的冲洗水。
随着扳手的旋转,水箱的冲水孔被开放的同时,冲洗水通过所述冲水孔排出,同时水箱的水位降低,此时从供水栓提供至注水阀的冲洗水通过水箱侧给水管被供应至水箱内部的同时,通过唇面侧给水管被供应至马桶主体的唇面侧,由此冲洗掉位于所述马桶主体的***物。
而且,将从所述供水栓提供的冲洗水控制为供应至水箱侧给水管和唇面侧给水管的控制装置有本案申请人申请的申请号为韩国实用新型第2003-31855号,得到授权的专利号为第338316号的马桶的冲洗水控制装置。
在先被授权的实用新型中,根据贮存于水箱内的冲洗水的水位而升/降引导部的控制部控制方向转换杆的旋转,据此当冲洗水的水位较低时,使从供水栓供应的冲洗水供应至唇面侧给水管,当冲洗水的水位高时,使从供水栓供应的冲洗水供应至水箱侧给水管。
但是在先被授权的实用新型具有如下的问题。即,将从供水栓供应的冲洗水供应至唇面侧给水管和水箱侧给水管的结构非常复杂,不仅降低生产率,而且还导致制造成本的上升。
而且,由于无法调节供应至唇面侧给水管的冲洗水的量,因此具有无法减少非必要地排出的冲洗水的量的问题,还具有因无法减少非必要地排出的冲洗水的浪费而不经济的问题。
发明内容
技术问题
鉴于如上所述的现有的诸多缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀,以使从供水栓提供的冲洗水能够流畅地供应到唇面侧给水管和水箱侧给水管的同时,通过简化结构,能够提高生产率并节省制造成本。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀,以通过调节供应至唇面侧给水管的冲洗水的量,减少非必要地排出的冲洗水,由此能够降低冲洗水的浪费的同时,能够提高经济性。
技术问题解决手段
本发明的马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀,其特征在于,包括:
注水阀,将从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水供应至水箱侧给水管和唇面侧给水管或切断供应至水箱侧给水管和唇面侧给水管的从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水;
固定部,以用于将所述注水阀固定在溢流管;
浮子,根据贮存于所述水箱的冲洗水的水位通过封堵件开闭注水阀的开闭孔;以及
水量调节阀,以用于调节供应至所述注水阀的唇面侧给水管的冲洗水量。
发明效果
根据本发明的马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀具有如下优点。即,将结构简化为能够流畅地将从供水栓供应的冲洗水供应至唇面侧给水管和水箱侧供水管,由此能够节省生产成本的同时提高生产率。
而且,根据本发明的马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀还具有如下优点。即,通过调节供应至唇面侧给水管的冲洗水的量,减少非必要地排出的冲洗水,由此通过节约冲洗水而节省成本,从而提高经济性。

具体实施方式
以下,依据附图详细说明本发明的实施例。图1为本发明的立体图,图2为本发明的分解立体图。
本发明的马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀,包括:注水阀110,将从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水供应至水箱侧给水管111a和唇面侧给水管111b或切断供应至水箱侧给水管111a和唇面侧给水管111b的从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水;固定部120,以用于将所述注水阀110固定在溢流管20;浮子130,根据贮存于所述水箱10的冲洗水的水位通过封堵件131开闭注水阀110的开闭孔116a;以及水量调节阀140,以用于调节供应至所述注水阀110的唇面侧给水管111b的冲洗水量。
所述水量调节阀140包括:收容部件141,安装为与所述注水阀110的唇面侧给水管111b连通;面积调整部件142,结合于所述收容部件141,以调整唇面侧给水管111b的开放面积。
优选地,所述面积调整部件142可旋转地结合于所述收容部件141。
所述面积调整部件142在外周面上具备向内侧凹入的移动空间142′,以用于引导冲洗水的移动。
以下,对于本发明所采用的注水阀110的结合及设置过程进行说明。首先,如图3及图4所示,在注水阀110的阀主体111的卡接台111c上安置支撑部件115,并在所述支撑部件115上安置给水阀114的状态下,在所述给水阀114上安置盖116,并将***述盖116的安装部件117安装于所述阀主体111而进行固定。
而且,开闭所述盖116的开闭孔116a的封堵件131内置于浮子130而可旋转地结合于所述盖116的同时,所述注水阀110的唇面侧给水管111b和水量调节阀140的收容部件141与阀主体111形成为一体,以使所述注水阀110的唇面侧给水管111b和水量调节阀140的收容部件141连通,面积调整部件142可旋转地安装于所述收容部件141,优选为在所述收容部件141和面积调整部件142之间设置用于防止冲洗水漏水的O环(未图示)。
在结合有所述浮子130和水量调节阀140的注水阀110的供水管112上连接供水栓的状态下,将所述固定部120安装在溢流管20上进行固定,如此完成注水阀110的设置。
如上设置的注水阀110的动作过程如下。在用户排便之后,根据用户操作扳手(未图示),虹吸盖(未图示)向上旋转而开放水箱的冲水孔11的同时,贮存于水箱10内的冲洗水通过被开放的冲水孔11排出到马桶主体30内部,由此进行将***物排出到净化槽的冲洗。
冲洗水通过所述冲水孔11排出,导致水位变低时,浮子130以盖116为中心向下旋转,由此浮子130的封堵件131开放盖116的开闭孔116a的同时,位于给水阀114和盖116之间的冲洗水通过开闭孔116a被排出至水箱10内部,导致给水阀114丧失支撑力。
在此,丧失支撑力的给水阀114因从供水栓供应至供水管112的冲洗水的水压而上升,并向盖116的内部移动的同时开放供水管112,而排出至被开放的供水管112的冲洗水大部分被供应至水箱侧给水管111a和唇面侧给水管111b,而所述冲洗水中的一部分冲洗水通过给水阀114的通孔(未图示)被供应至给水阀114和盖116之间。
此时,如图5至图6所示,供应至所述唇面侧给水管11b的冲洗水的流动过程如下。可一边在收容部件141旋转水量调整部件140的面积调整部件142,一边调整唇面侧给水管111b的开放面积,被供应至通过上述过程而开放面积被调整的唇面侧给水管111b的冲洗水经由面积调整部件142的移动空间142′供应至马桶主体30的唇面侧。
通过上述过程能够调节被供应至马桶主体30的唇面侧的冲洗水,因此可以防止提供所需以上的冲洗水而造成的浪费,通过被供应至所述唇面侧的冲洗水和被供应至水箱侧给水管111a而排出至冲水孔11的冲洗水,能够容易地冲洗掉马桶主体30的***物。

Claims (4)
1.一种马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀,其特征在于,包括:
注水阀,将从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水供应至水箱侧给水管和唇面侧给水管或切断供应至水箱侧给水管和唇面侧给水管的从供水栓供应至水箱内部的冲洗水;
固定部,以用于将所述注水阀固定在溢流管;
浮子,根据贮存于所述水箱的冲洗水的水位通过封堵件开闭注水阀的开闭孔;以及
水量调节阀,以用于调节供应至所述注水阀的唇面侧给水管的冲洗水量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀,其特征在于,所述水量调节阀包括:
收容部件,安装为与所述注水阀的唇面侧给水管连通;
面积调整部件,结合于所述收容部件,以调整唇面侧给水管的开放面积。
3.根据权利要求2所述的马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀,其特征在于,
所述面积调整部件可旋转地结合于收容部件。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的马桶注水阀的唇面侧给水管水量调节阀,其特征在于,包括在所述面积调整部件的外周面向内侧凹入而引导冲洗水的移动的移动空间。
