(二)背景技术:从事种植竹荪15年,受季节的影响,采摘季节竹荪供不应求,不宜贮藏,通过本方法,保持了鲜摘竹荪鲜、香味道,保留了有效营养成分。
(三)发明内容:本发明为克服上述不足,提供一种制作简单、成本低的新型有效的农产品保鲜加工。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:竹荪采收前10小时停止喷水,七八成熟时采收,精选去杂,切除柄基,根据客户要求标准分级,然后将竹荪朝下摆放在席上或竹帘上,置于阳光下晾晒,秋、春季节晾晒约3~4小时,夏季阳光强晾晒1~1.5小时。
Claims (1)
1.竹荪的脱水冷藏保鲜方法,其特征是:竹荪采收前10小时停止喷水,七八成熟时采收,精选去杂,切除柄基,根据客户要求标准分级,然后将竹荪朝下摆放在席上或竹帘上,置于阳光下晾晒,秋、春季节晾晒约3~4小时,夏季阳光强晾晒1~1.5小时。晒后的竹荪脱水率为25%~30%,即100公斤鲜竹荪晒后为40公斤~50公斤。这时手捏竹荪有湿润感,有收缩。分级、定量装入纸盒中,盒外套上保鲜袋,再装入纸箱中,于0℃下保藏。
