香料递送体系
某些香料递送体系,制备某些香料递送体系的方法和此类香料递送体系的用途公开于USPA 2007/0275866A1中。此类香料递送体系包括:
I.聚合物辅助递送(PAD):该香料递送技术使用聚合材料以递送香料材料。典型的凝聚,水溶性或部分溶解的至不溶解的带电或中性的聚合物,液晶,热熔融,水凝胶,有香味的塑料,微米胶囊,纳米-和微-乳液,聚合物膜成型器和聚合物吸收剂,聚合物吸附剂等是一些实例。PAD包括但不限于:
a.)基质体系:所述芳香剂溶解或分散在聚合物基质或颗粒中。香料,例如,可以1)在配制到所述产品中之前分散到聚合物中,或2)在产品配制期间或之后,与聚合物分别添加。尽管已知许多其它可控制香料释放的触发,香料从聚合物中的扩散是普通的触发,这允许或增加香料从聚合物基质体系中释放的速率,所述的体系被沉积到或施用到期望的表面(部位)。吸收和/或吸附到聚合物颗粒、膜、溶液等之上或颗粒、膜、溶液等之内是该技术的方面。由有机材料(如,乳液)构成的纳米-或微-颗粒是实例。适宜的颗粒包括各式各样的材料,包括但不限于聚缩醛、聚丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸类、聚丙烯腈、聚酰胺、聚芳醚酮、聚丁二烯、聚丁烯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚氯丁二烯、聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、对苯二甲酸亚环己基二亚甲酯、聚碳酸酯、聚氯丁二烯、聚羟基链烷酸酯、聚酮、聚酯、聚乙烯、聚醚酰亚胺、聚醚砜、氯化聚乙烯、聚酰亚胺、聚异戊二烯、聚乳酸、聚甲基戊烯、聚苯醚、聚苯硫醚、聚邻苯二甲酰胺、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚砜、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚氯乙烯、以及基于丙烯腈-丁二烯、乙酸纤维素、乙烯-醋酸乙烯、乙烯-乙烯醇、苯乙烯-丁二烯、乙酸乙烯酯-乙烯的聚合物或共聚物、以及它们的混合物。

硅氧烷也是可用作PDT的聚合物的实例,并可以类似于聚合物辅助递送“基质体系”的方式提供发香有益效果。此类PDT被称之为硅氧烷辅助递送(SAD)。人们可用香料预负载硅氧烷,或使用它们作为如PAD所述的平衡体系。适宜的硅氧烷以及其制备可存在于WO 2005/102261、USPA 20050124530A1、USPA20050143282A1和WO 2003/015736中。官能化硅氧烷也可如USPA 2006/003913A1中所述的那样使用。硅氧烷的实例包括聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚烷基二甲基硅氧烷。其它实例包括带有胺官能团的那些,其可被用来提供与胺辅助递送(AAD)和/或聚合物辅助递送(PAD)和/或胺反应产物(ARP)相关联的有益效果。其它此类实例可存在于USP 4,911,852、USPA 2004/0058845A1、USPA 2004/0092425A1和USPA 2005/0003980A1中。
b.)贮存体系:贮存体系也已知为核/壳型技术,或其中所述芳香剂为被香料释放控制膜围绕的那个,所述膜可用作保护外壳。在微米胶囊内部的材料被称之为芯、内相或填充物,而壁有时被称为外壳、包衣或膜。微粒或压敏胶囊或微米胶囊是这些技术的实例。现在发明的微米胶囊由多种工序形成,所述工序包括但不限于,包衣、挤出、喷雾干燥、界面、原位和模板聚合。可能的外壳材料在它们对水的稳定性上变化巨大。在最稳定之中的是聚羟甲脲(PMU)基的材料,其可在水溶液(或产品)中保持某些PRM甚至更长的一段时间。此类体系包括但不限于脲甲醛和/或三聚氰胺甲醛。可制备胶质基的微米胶囊以便它们在水中快速或缓慢溶解,取决于例如交联度。可获得许多其它胶囊壁材料并观察到在香料扩散稳定性程度上的变化。不受理论的束缚,例如,一旦沉积到表面时从胶囊中香料释放的速率通常为产品中香料扩散稳定性的相反顺序。同样地,例如,脲甲醛和三聚氰胺甲醛微米胶囊通常需要不同于或除扩散释放以外的释放机理,如机械力(如摩擦、压力、剪切应力),其用来打破所述胶囊并增加香料(芳香剂)释放的速率。其它触发包括熔融、溶解、水解或其它化学反应、电磁辐射等。预加载微米胶囊的使用需要在产品中稳定性和在应用中和/或在表面上(在部位上)释放的适当比率,以及PRM适当的选择。基于脲甲醛和/或三聚氰胺甲醛的微米胶囊是相对稳定的,尤其在近中性水基的溶液中。这些材料可需要摩擦触发,这不会适用于所有产品的应用。其它微米胶囊材料(如胶质)在水基的产品中会不稳定,并且当在产品中老化时,甚至会提供减少的有益效果(相对于游离香料对照物)。刮擦生香技术为PAD的另一个实例。香料微米胶囊(PMC)可包括下列参考文献中所描述的那些:US专利申请:2003/0125222A1、2003/215417A1、2003/216488A1、2003/158344A1、2003/165692A1、2004/071742A1、2004/071746A1、2004/072719A1、2004/072720A1、2006/0039934A1、2003/203829A1、2003/195133A1、2004/087477A1、2004/0106536A1;和US专利6,645,479B1、6,200,949B1、4,882,220、4,917,920、4,514,461、6,106,875和4,234,627、3,594,328和US RE 32713。
II.分子辅助递送(MAD):非聚合物材料或分子也可用来改善香料的递送。不受理论的束缚,香料可与有机材料非共价地相互作用,导致改变的沉积和/或释放。此类有机材料的非限制性实例包括但不限于:疏水材料,如有机油、蜡、矿物油、凡士林、脂肪酸或酯、糖、表面活性剂、脂质体和甚至其它香料原料(香料油),以及天然油,包括身体和/或其它污垢。香料固定剂为另一个实例。在一个方面,非聚合的材料或分子具有大于约2的CLogP。分子辅助递送(MAD)还可包括描述于USP 7,119,060和USP 5,506,201中的那些。
III.纤维辅助递送(FAD):部位自身的选择或使用可用来改善香料的递送。实际上,所述部位自身可为香料递送技术。例如,不同的织物类型,如棉或聚酯在关于吸引和/或保持和/或释放香料能力上将具有不同的特性。沉积到纤维上或纤维内香料的量可通过选择纤维,并且也通过纤维的过程或处理,以及通过任何纤维涂层或处理剂来改变。纤维可以为织造的和非织造的,以及天然的或合成的。天然纤维包括由植物、动物和地质作用制备的那些,包括但不限于纤维素材料,如棉、亚麻布、***、黄麻、亚麻、苎麻和剑麻,以及用来制造纸材和布料的纤维。纤维辅助递送可包括木质纤维的使用,如热力学木浆和漂白的或未漂白的牛皮纸浆或亚硫酸盐纸浆。动物纤维由大量特定蛋白,如丝绸、腱、肠线和毛发(包括羊毛)组成。基于合成化学的聚合物纤维包括但不限于聚酰胺尼龙、PET或PBT聚酯、苯酚甲醛(PF)、聚乙烯醇纤维(PVOH)、聚氯乙烯纤维(PVC)、聚烯烃(PP和PE)以及丙烯酸类聚合物。所有此类纤维可用香料预加载,然后加入到产品中,所述产品可包含或可不包含游离香料和/或一种或多种香料递送技术。在一个方面,所述纤维可在用香料加载之前加到产品中,然后通过添加香料用香料加载,所述香料可扩散至纤维,至产品中。不受理论的束缚,所述香料可吸收至纤维上或纤维内,例如,在产品贮藏期间,然后在一个或多个精确的或消费者触点时刻释放。
IV.胺辅助递送(AAD):胺辅助递送技术方法利用包含胺基团的材料以增加香料沉积或在产品使用期间改变香料释放。在该方法中不需要在添加至产品之前预络合或预反应所述香料原料和胺。在一个方面,适用于本文的包含胺的AAD材料可为非芳族的;例如,多烷基亚胺,如聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)或聚乙烯胺(PVAm)或芳族的,例如,邻氨基苯甲酸盐。此类材料还可为聚合的或非聚合的。在一个方面,此类材料包含至少一种伯胺。不受理论的约束,对于聚合的胺,通过聚合物辅助递送,该技术将允许相对胺官能团同样的低ODT香料香味(如醛、酮、烯酮)增加的保质期和受控释放,以及其它PRM的递送。没有该技术,挥发性的顶香会损失太快,留下中香和底香对顶香更高的比率。聚合的胺的使用允许更高含量的顶香和其它PRM被用来获得清新保质期而不会导致纯产品气味比期望的更浓郁,或允许顶香和其它PRM更有效地使用。在一个方面,AAD体系在大于约中性的pH下递送PRM是有效的。不受理论的束缚,其中更多的AAD体系的胺被去质子化的条件会导致对于PRM,如醛和酮,包括不饱和的酮和烯酮,如二氢大马酮去质子化的胺增加的亲和性。在另一方面,聚合的胺在小于约中性的pH下递送PRM是有效的。不受理论的束缚,其中更多的AAD体系的胺被质子化的条件会导致对于PRM,如醛和酮质子化的胺降低的亲和性,和对于广泛范围的PRM聚合物骨架强烈的亲和性。在这样的一个方面,聚合物辅助递送可递送更多的发香有益效果;此类体系为AAD的亚种,并可被称为胺-聚合物辅助递送或APAD。在一些情况下,当所述APAD被用于具有小于七的pH的组合物中时,此类APAD体系还可被认为是聚合物辅助递送(PAD)。在另一方面,AAD和PAD体系会与其它材料,如阴离子表面活性剂或聚合物相互作用以形成凝聚层和/或凝聚层似的体系。在另一方面,包含不同于氮,例如硫、磷或硒杂原子的材料可被用作胺化合物的替代方案。在另一方面,前述替代化合物可与胺化合物联合使用。在另一方面,单个分子可包含胺部分和一个或多个替代的杂原子部分,例如,硫醇、膦和硒醇。适宜的AAD体系以及其制造方法可存在于US专利申请2005/0003980A1、2003/0199422A1、2003/0036489A1、2004/0220074A1和USP 6,103,678中。
V.环糊精递送体系(CD):该技术方法使用环状的低聚糖或环糊精以改善香料的递送。通常形成香料和环糊精(CD)复合物。此类复合物可以被预形成、原位形成或在所述部位上或内形成。不受理论的束缚,水的损失会起到将平衡向CD-香料复合物方向转移,尤其是如果其它辅助成分(如表面活性剂)没有以高浓度存在而与香料竞争环糊精腔体。如果暴露于水或增加含水量发生在稍后的时间点,可获得浓郁度有益效果。此外,环糊精允许香料配制人员增加在选择PRM上的灵活性。环糊精可用香料预加载或与香料单独加入以获得期望的香料稳定性、沉积或释放有益效果。适宜的CD以及其制造方法可存在于USPA 2005/0003980A1和2006/0263313A1中和US专利5,552,378、3,812,011、4,317,881、4,418,144和4,378,923中。
VI.淀粉胶囊包封调和物(SEA):淀粉胶囊包封调和物(SEA)技术的使用允许人们改变所述香料的特性,例如,通过添加诸如淀粉的成分将液体香料转变成固体。所述有益效果包括在产品贮藏期间,尤其是在非水性的条件下增加香料驻留。一旦暴露于水,香料浓郁度可被触发。也可获得在精确的其它时刻的有益效果,因为所述淀粉允许产品配制人员选择PRM或PRM浓度,所述浓度通常在没有SEA存在下不能被使用。另一个技术实例包括使用其它有机和无机材料,如二氧化硅以将香料从液体转变成固体。适宜的SEA以及其制造方法可存在于USPA 2005/0003980A1和USP 6,458,754B1中。
VII.无机载体递送体系(ZIC):该技术涉及多孔的沸石或其它无机材料的使用以递送香料。载有香料的沸石可与辅助成分或不与辅助成分一起使用,例如,所述辅助成分用来涂覆载有香料的沸石(PLZ)以在产品贮藏期间或在使用期间或从所述干燥部位改变其香料释放特性。适宜的沸石和无机载体以及其制造方法可存在于USPA 2005/0003980A1和US专利5,858,959、6,245,732B1、6,048,830和4,539,135中。二氧化硅为ZIC的另一种形式。适宜的无机载体的另一个实例包括无机的小管,其中所述香料或其它活性物质被包含在纳米-或微-小管的管腔内。在一个方面,所述载有香料的无机小管(或载有香料的小管或PLT)为矿物质纳米-或微-小管,如多水高岭土或多水高岭土与其它无机材料,包括其它粘土的混合物。所述PLT技术还可在所述小管的内部和/或外部包括附加的成分,用于改善产品中的扩散稳定性,沉积在期望的部位之目的,或用于控制加载的香料的释放。单体材料和/或聚合材料,包括淀粉胶囊包封,可被用来涂覆、填塞、加盖或换句话讲胶囊包封所述PLT。适宜的PLT体系以及其制造方法可存在于USP 5,651,976中。

表面活性剂-根据本发明所述的组合物可包含表面活性剂或表面活性剂体系,其中所述表面活性剂可选自非离子和/或阴离子和/或阳离子表面活性剂和/或两性的和/或两性离子的和/或半极性的非离子表面活性剂。所述表面活性剂的通常含量按所述清洁组合物的重量计为从约0.1%,从约1%,甚至从约5%至约99.9%,至约80%,至约35%,甚至至约30%。

分散剂-本发明的组合物还可包含分散剂。合适的水溶性有机物是均聚或共聚酸或它们的盐,其中多元羧酸可包含至少两个彼此相隔不超过两个碳原子的羧基。

酶稳定剂-对于用于组合物中的酶,例如洗涤剂可用多种技术来稳定。本发明使用的酶可由最终组合物中存在的钙和/或镁离子水溶性源来稳定,最终组合物将这种离子提供给酶。
催化金属配合物-申请人的组合物可包含催化金属配合物。一类含金属的漂白催化剂是这样的催化剂体系,该体系包含具有确定漂白催化活性的过渡金属阳离子,如铜阳离子、铁阳离子、钛阳离子、钌阳离子、钨阳离子、钼阳离子或锰阳离子;包含具有很低的或者没有漂白催化活性的辅助金属阳离子,如锌阳离子或铝阳离子;以及包含对于催化的和辅助的金属阳离子有确定稳定性常数的螯合剂,尤其是乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)以及它们的水溶性盐。此类催化剂公开于美国专利4,430,243中。
如果需要,本发明组合物可借助锰化合物进行催化。上述化合物和用量是本领域熟知的,并且包括例如公开于美国专利5,576,282中的基于锰的催化剂。
可用于本文的钴漂白催化剂是已知的,并且描述于例如美国专利5,597,936和5,595,967中。此类钴催化剂易于通过已知的方法制备,例如美国专利5,597,936和5,595,967中所提出的方法。
本发明的组合物还可适宜地包含大多环刚性配体(简写为“MRL”)的过渡金属配合物。作为实施项,而不是作为限制,可调节本发明的组合物和清洁方法,使得在含水洗涤介质中提供大约至少一亿分之一的有益剂MRL物质,并且在洗涤液体中可提供约0.005ppm至约25ppm,约0.05ppm至约10ppm,甚至约0.1ppm至约5ppm的MRL。
即用的过渡金属漂白催化剂中的适宜过渡金属包括锰、铁和铬。本文适宜的MRL是特殊类型的交联超刚性配体,诸如5,12-二乙基-1,5,8,12-四氮杂双环[6.6.2]十六烷。
通过已知步骤易于制备合适的过渡金属MRL,例如在WO 00/32601和U.S专利6,225,464中所提出的。
使用方法
本文所公开的某些消费品可被用于清洁或处理部位,特别是表面或织物。典型地,该部位至少一部分接触申请者的组合物实施方案(其以纯态或稀释在液体例如洗涤液体中),然后可任选洗涤和/或漂洗所述部位。在一个方面,任选洗涤和/或漂洗一个部位,将按照本发明的颗粒或包含所述颗粒的组合物与该部位相接触,然后任选洗涤和/或漂洗该部位。对本发明而言,洗涤包括但不限于擦洗和机械搅拌。织物可包括大多数可在正常消费者使用条件下洗涤或处理的任何织物。可包含所公开组合物的液体可具有约3至约11.5的pH。此类组合物在溶液中通常以约500ppm至约15,000ppm的浓度使用。当洗涤溶剂是水时,水温典型为约5℃至约90℃,并且当所述部位包括织物时,水与织物之比典型为约1∶1至约30∶1。

Claims (13)

(a)聚合物辅助递送体系,所述聚合物辅助递送体系使用聚合材料以递送香料材料,其中所述香料材料溶解或分散在聚合物基质或颗粒中或被用作保护外壳的香料释放控制膜围绕;
(b)分子辅助递送体系,其中香料材料与有机材料非共价地相互作用,导致改变的沉积和/或释放;
(c)纤维辅助递送体系,其中所述香料材料在产品贮藏期间吸收至纤维上或纤维内,然后释放;
(d)胺辅助递送体系,其中利用包含胺基团的材料以增加香料沉积或改变香料释放;
(e)环糊精递送体系,其中环糊精与香料材料复合以改善香料材料的递送;
(f)淀粉胶囊包封调和物,其中通过添加淀粉将液体香料转变成固体;
(g)无机载体递送体系,其中使用无机载体以递送香料,其中所述无机载体选自多孔的沸石、二氧化硅、无机小管及其混合物;和
(h)前香料,其中香料材料与基质或载体反应以形成具有介于香料材料和基质或载体之间的共价键的前香料材料,其可在暴露于触发时释放香料材料,所述触发选自水、光、酶、热、pH改变、自动氧化、平衡的转移、浓度或离子浓度的变化;和
c.)辅助成分。
