提供一种混合排气涡轮增压器,能够降低制造费及保养检修费的成本。该混合排气涡轮增压器被设置为以下结构:压缩机部(5)的上游侧设置有消音器(16),该消音器(16)与内燃机的进气***相连接,并且经由所述压缩机部(5)被支承于机壳(6),该消音器(16)的中央部设置有内部具有凹部(18a)的壳体(18),并且,所述凹部(18a)内收容有发电机(19),所述壳体(18)的底部形成有储油部(23),该储油部(23)储存对设置于所述发电机(19)内的轴承进行润滑并从所述发电机(19)内滴下的润滑油,储存于该储油部(23)的润滑油经由与储油部(23)相连通的润滑油排出管(25),利用重力返回设置于下游侧的油箱。

Description

混合排气涡轮增压器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合排气涡轮增压器,特别是安装于船舶用内燃机、路上发电机用内燃机等的混合排气涡轮增压器。 
背景技术
公知,作为这样的混合排气涡轮增压器,其旋转轴具备与增压器的涡轮及压缩机的旋转轴相连接的发电机(例如,参见专利文献1)。

在具有这样结构的混合排气涡轮增压器中,必须向支承小型高速旋转(以约1万rpm旋转)的发电机的旋转轴的轴承(例如,滑动轴承)供给大量的润滑油。但是,不扩大发电机的尺寸,在其内部设置利用润滑轴承的油的重力进行下落的空间是困难的。因此,存在以下问题:必须具备能够向轴承供给大量润滑油的润滑油循环泵和吸引润滑后的润滑油返回油箱的润滑油吸引泵,使制造费及保养检修费升高。 
发明内容
鉴于以上所述情况,本发明的目的是提供一种混合排气涡轮增压器,能够降低制造费及保养检修费的成本。 
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用以下手段。 
涉及本发明的混合排气涡轮增压器具有:利用从内燃机导出的排气气体进行驱动的涡轮部;利用该涡轮部驱动而向所述内燃机压送外气的压缩机部;支承该涡轮部及压缩机部的机壳,所述压缩机部的上游侧设置有消音器,该消音器与所述内燃机的进气***相连接并且经由所述压缩机部被支承于所述机壳,在该消音器的中央部设置有其内部具有凹部的壳体,并且,所述凹部内收容有发电机,所述壳体的底部形成有储油部,该储油部储存对设置 于所述发电机内的轴承进行润滑并从所述发电机内滴下的润滑油,储存于该储油部的润滑油经由与储油部相连通的润滑油排出管,利用重力返回设置于下游侧的油箱。 
利用涉及本实施方式的混合排气涡轮增压器,因为润滑发电机的轴承并从储油部滴下的润滑油通过润滑油排出管,只利用重力(自然地)返回油箱,所以能够省略目前必须的润滑油吸引泵,能够降低制造费及保养检修费的成本。 
因为涉及本发明的内燃机具有能够降低制造费及保养检修费的成本的混合排气涡轮增压器,所以能够降低内燃机全体的制造费及保养检修费的成本。 
利用本发明,具有以下效果:能够降低制造费及保养检修的成本。

具体实施方式
以下,参考图1~图3对利用本发明的混合排气涡轮增压器的一个实施方式进行说明。 
如图1及图2所示,涉及本实施方式的混合排气涡轮增压器1由以下主要元件构成:利用从未图示的内燃机(例如,柴油机、燃气涡轮发动机等)导出的排气气体(燃烧气体)2驱动的涡轮部3;利用该涡轮部3驱动向所述内燃机压送外气4的压缩机部5;设置于这些涡轮部3和压缩机部5之间并支承该涡轮部3和压缩机部5的机壳6;发电机19,该发电机19具有旋转轴19a,该旋转轴19a经由柔性连轴器21,与涡轮部3及压缩机部5的旋转轴7相连接。 
机壳6插通有旋转轴7,该旋转轴7的一端向涡轮部3侧突出,另一端 向压缩机5侧突出。该旋转轴7利用设置于机壳6的轴承8被支承,并且可以绕轴线旋转。另外,机壳6设置有润滑油供给路9,该润滑油供给路9从未图示的油箱(润滑储油部)向轴承8供给润滑油。 
另外,机壳6的下端部成为脚部6a,利用一点支承旋转轴7的轴线方向的机壳6(也可以在与旋转轴7的轴线方向正交的方向上利用二点以上支承),该脚部6a固定在设置于地面的基台(未图示)。即,混合排气涡轮增压器1的重量经由该脚部6a传递到基台。 
另外,图中的符号P是防振动板。该防振动板P的一端固定于涡轮部3的下端部,同时另一端与机壳6的脚部6a相同固定于基台。该防振动板P的主要目的不是像脚部6a那样支承混合排气涡轮增压器1的重量,而是防止混合排气涡轮增压器1相对于基台摆动(振动),同时,阻挡机壳6的轴线方向的热膨胀,防止产生热应力。 
涡轮部3具有:排气气体通路10,其与所述内燃机的排气***连接,供给至少一部分的排气气体2;涡轮11,其接受向该排气气体通路10内供给的排气气体2的流动并被旋转驱动。 
涡轮11具备涡轮转动体12及涡轮喷嘴13。涡轮转动体12具有涡轮盘12a及多枚涡轮片12b。该涡轮盘12a为圆盘状,被设置于旋转轴7的一端部;该多枚涡轮片12b具有翼型断面,被安装于该涡轮盘12a的外周上。 
另外,涡轮喷嘴13由多枚环状设置的喷嘴导片13a构成,被设置于涡轮片12b的上游侧。 
排气气体通路10具有供给路10a及送出路10b。该供给路10a与所述内燃机的排气***相连接,向喷嘴导片13a及涡轮片12b引导排气气体2。该送出路10b被设置为朝向涡轮11的半径方向的外侧,通过涡轮11把排气气体2向***外或未图示的排气净化装置、排气气体锅炉等引导。 
压缩机部5具有压缩机叶轮14及漩涡室15。该压缩机叶轮14通过被旋转驱动,而向径向外侧送出外气4。该漩涡室15包围该压缩机叶轮14的周围,而使压缩机叶轮14送出的外气4压缩。 
压缩机叶轮14具有轮毂14a及叶片14b。该轮毂14a大致为圆盘状,被安装于旋转轴7的另一端部。该叶片14b从该轮毂14a的外表面朝向半径方向外侧延伸,并且沿周向环状设置。 
压缩机部5的上游侧邻接设置有与所述内燃机的进气***相连接的消音器(silencer)16,通过该消音器16的外气4经由流入路17向压缩机叶轮14的叶片14b引导。另外,压缩机部5的下游侧设置有未图示的冷热气自动调节机、稳压箱等,通过漩涡室15的外气4通过这些冷热气自动调节机、稳压箱等后,供给所述内燃机。
消音器16的中央部设置有在其内部具有凹部18a的壳体18,该凹部18a朝向轮毂14a的端面形成为前部细,并且,凹部18a内收容有(高速感应)发电机19。壳体18经由设置于流入路17内的多枚(例如,四枚)的支架20固定于压缩机部5(形成有流入路17的半径方向外侧的壁面)。壳体18的外侧表面构成形成有流入路17的半径方向内侧的壁面。 
发电机19的旋转轴19a被设置为位于所述旋转轴7的同一旋转轴上,并且,该旋转轴19a经由联轴器21与贯通轮毂14a向消音器16侧突出的旋转轴7的一个端部的前端相连接。即,发电机19的旋转轴19a与旋转轴7一起旋转。 
另外,如图1所示,涉及本实施方式的混合排气涡轮增压器1的壳体18的顶部(上部)里侧(图1的右侧)及正面(图1的左侧的端面)上部分别设置有润滑油入口(未图示),该润滑油入口向收容于凹部18a内的未图示的发电机19的轴承(例如,滑动轴承)导入润滑油,各润滑油入口与润滑油供给管22的一端连接,该润滑油供给管22的途中设置有润滑油循环泵(未图示)。 
另外,壳体18的正面底部(下部)设置有把后述储油部23储存的润滑油(未图示)向外部引导的润滑油出口24,润滑油排出管25与润滑油出口24连接,该润滑油排出管25把排出的润滑油向所述油箱引导。 
油箱的底部(下部)与润滑油供给管22的另一端连接,储存在油箱内的润滑油通过润滑油循环泵压送到润滑油供给管22内,润滑发电机19的轴承后,通过储油部23及润滑油排出管25返回油箱。 
储油部23沿壳体18的长度方向(图1的左右方向)延伸,并且,如图3B所示,具有剖视大致相等的底座形状的空间,该空间被设置于壳体18的底部(下部)。 
利用涉及本实施方式的混合排气涡轮增压器1,因为润滑发电机19的轴承并从储油部23滴下的润滑油通过润滑油出口24,只利用重力(自然地)返回油箱,所以能够省略目前必须的润滑油吸引泵,能够降低制造费及保养 检修费的成本。 
另外,本发明不仅局限于所述实施方式,在不超过本发明的技术思想的范围,可以适当的进行必要的变形实施、变更实施。 
例如,在所述实施方式中,虽然润滑油供给管22的另一端与油箱直接连接,但是该润滑油供给管22的另一端也可以与润滑油供给管(未图示)连接,该润滑油供给管22将油箱及润滑油供给路9连通。 
因此,润滑油供给管22的途中连接的润滑油循环泵也可以不要,能够更降低制造费及保养检修的成本。

Claims (2)

1.一种混合排气涡轮增压器,包括:利用从内燃机导出的排气气体进行驱动的涡轮部;利用该涡轮部驱动而向所述内燃机压送外气的压缩机部;支承该涡轮部及压缩机部的机壳,
所述压缩机部的上游侧设置有与所述内燃机的进气***相连接并且经由所述压缩机部被支承于所述机壳的消音器,在该消音器的中央部设置有在其内部具有凹部的壳体,并且,所述凹部内收容有发电机,其特征在于,
所述壳体的底部形成有储油部,该储油部储存对设置于所述发电机内的轴承进行润滑并从所述发电机内滴下的润滑油,储存于该储油部的润滑油经由与储油部相连通的润滑油排出管,利用重力返回设置于下游侧的油箱,
所述壳体的正面底部设置有将所述储油部储存的所述润滑油向外部引导的润滑油出口,该润滑油出口上连接有润滑油排出管,所述储油部是沿所述壳体的长度方向延伸的空间。
2.一种内燃机,其特征在于,具有如权利要求1所述的混合排气涡轮增压器。
