Abstract
本发明提供了一种理想的印刷玻璃全息光栅装饰板,属于一种新型装饰材料,该材料能有一种或几种基本色,再透出华丽的光栅色彩。
该种印刷玻璃光栅装饰板包括透明粘合树脂层(3),和在其下面的带有金属反射膜层(4)的光栅浮雕的树脂层(5),其特征在于在透明粘合树脂层(3)的上面,有彩色有机油墨图案层(2),在彩色有机油墨图案层(2)的上面,有平板玻璃(1)。
Description
本发明提供了一种理想的装饰材料,主要用于做建筑装饰、日用品及家私装饰。
现有的全息光栅制品,一种为热塑性树脂膜,其采用热压痕工艺制成;另一种为在玻璃上涂布感光材料,采用光学技术加工而成;还有最新技术为在玻璃上加带光栅的交联型分子结构的树脂制成。申请号为CN87105800A的发明专利,公开了一种全息光栅太阳膜,它包括透明塑料膜、茶色树脂层、带有光栅浮雕的金属反光膜、压敏胶层。但此种产品结构由于不耐磨,又只有单调的光栅图案,所以应用范围受到限制。但是,以上产品全息或光栅图像太抽象、太单调,而且应用面窄。
本发明的目的是提供一种印刷玻璃全息光栅装饰板,使其能有一种或几种基本色,再透出华丽的光栅色彩。
本发明的产品是这样制备的,在平板玻璃(1)上,用丝网印工艺上一层彩色有机油墨图案(2),然后加温使其固化,再将有机油墨的一面处理上一层透明树脂粘合层(3),再加一层带有反光金属膜(4)的光栅浮雕的树脂层(5),就将得到印刷玻璃光栅装饰板。
图1、2、3为本发明印刷玻璃光栅装饰板的实施例。
图1为印刷玻璃光栅装饰材料的平面示意图,其为基材6毫米的平板透明玻璃。黑色部分为背面有彩色油墨的图案,白色部分为可见玻璃背面正形光栅及金属反射层的部分。
图2为剖视图,由平板玻璃(1),彩色有机油墨层(2),透明树脂粘合层(3),金属反射层(4)及带有光栅浮雕的树脂层(5)组成。
图3为平面玻璃的没有彩色油墨层的透明玻璃的光栅部分的平面放大示意图。可见其布满了间距为2微米的正形光栅,黑色为下凹浮雕。
本发明印刷玻璃光栅装饰板包括透明粘合树脂层(3),和在其下面的带有金属反射膜层(4)的光栅浮雕的树脂层(5),其特征在于在透明粘合树脂层(3)的上面,有彩色有机油墨图案层(2),在彩色有机油墨图案层(2)的上面,有平板玻璃(1)。

1、一种印刷玻璃光栅装饰板包括透明粘合树脂层(3),和在其下面的带有金属反射膜层(4)的光栅浮雕的树脂层(5),其特征在于在透明粘合树脂层(3)的上面,有彩色有机油墨图案层(2),在彩色有机油墨图案层(2)的上面,有平板玻璃(1)。
